"Great location. Room clean and spacious. Had a twin bedded room and room was divided which felt like two rooms. No nice view though. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. Spa was really good with lots of pools, saunas and steam room. The outdoor jacuzzi and sauna was fabulous with great views. The jacuzzi could be warmer though. Have to pay for flip flops, bathrobe and swimming cap which seems odd rather than just pay for spa itself or build into the cost of the room."

The chef Mr. Rino, professional and attentive to our every request, but above all we want to thank the director Mrs. Giulia who did her best to solve one of our logistical problems. "We stayed 3 days in this magnificent structure in the heart of San Martino at the foot of the Dolomites. The apartment was bright, spacious, equipped with everything necessary for the stay, all very clean and with a terrace with a fabulous view. The staff was friendly, kind and available to our needs. The only negative note in my opinion is the cost of breakfast (11 € per person) which for a family is a bit too high."

"Very special place. Hotel seems standard upon arrival but what makes it special is the family that runs it and the restaurant. One of the sons is a sommelier which obviously brings the restaurant to a new level and the wine list is different and great. We ordered some of the bottles online even. The chef is phenomenal as we are very well each night, some nights being exceptional. Nowhere is close to matching the restaurant in San Martino. The rooms are being renovated one at a time but served their purpose of having 2 bedrooms separated by a bathroom which is how we travel with 2 kids usually. The owners are just as nice as you could be and the location had perfect parking. We recommend driving each morning to ski which is about 4 minutes away because the ski bus is cramped, you need to wait, and once we waited 1 hour in delay."

"Nice clean hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. The location was a little ways off the main road on a relatively quiet street. Room was quite large and had a balcony with views of the exceptional scenery in San Martino di Castrozzo. Breakfast was ample and varied. When we checked out, the manager said he was giving us a discount on the room, which was much appreciated."
