"The location is quite good, not right on the main road, so it's relatively quiet at night. The decor isn't super modern, but the facilities are complete. You can see rapeseed flowers from one side when you open the window. There's a restaurant on the first floor, which is convenient for meals. Today is Lantern Festival, and after breakfast, the owner even gave us a free serving of Tangyuan (sweet rice dumplings)."

"The proprietress’s family is very enthusiastic. Our family of three stayed on New Year’s Eve. The proprietress called us in advance at noon to ask about our check-in time. The hotel is located in Jinji Village and can be reached in half an hour on foot. The room is on the 8th floor, there is a rooftop at the door, and you can watch the sunrise and sunset outside the house. Our hometown will not let fireworks go this year, but in this small village in another country, listening to thousands of firecrackers, watching thousands of fireworks rise on the rooftop, eating the New Year's Eve dinner set prepared by the proprietress herself, I feel very happy and moved, the rice noodles and a pot of chicken cooked by the proprietress are very delicious, Also included are freshly picked vegetables, home-made ingredients, spent an unforgettable New Year's Eve"

"Very satisfied! A very unique hotel! The style of the room is very good, the decoration is very detailed and has a sense of design! It is recommended to come and experience it! Just make a reservation in advance, the reservations are fully booked! The lady at the front desk who checked in on Saturday night was very enthusiastic and had a great service attitude. She also gave us snacks👍It was a great hotel experience. I slept very comfortably and there was also a chess and card room to play🀄️. I will come back next time!"

GGuest UserI can't believe it's 2025, and there are still such wonderful hostels in China: bookstores, music, drinks, courtyards, and incredibly cool owners... a cultural utopia in Luoping County, Qujing City, Yunnan Province. It's a haven of cleanliness, a great location, excellent amenities, and a remarkably quiet environment. I hope Luoping 97 Bookstore Hostel stays open for a hundred years! Right now, I'm at Guiyang Longdongbao Airport T3 Terminal, about to board a Xiamen Airlines flight back to Nanjing. Yunnan, Guizhou, and Sichuan are a hub of delicious food and a gathering place for all kinds of culinary experts. This isn't my first time here, and it won't be my last. By the way, the hostel owner told me about the Time YHA Hostel in Yongyuan Alley next to the Presidential Palace in Nanjing. That's where my stays at China International Youth Hostels began, the place where a beautiful dream started... I miss the pre-pandemic hostel era, cherish everything I have now, and look forward to the future. Attached is a picture: the sunset I saw from the owner's rooftop that night. The sunset was beautiful; goodbye sunset.

The shower head in the bathroom has enough water. The rice noodles and porridge for breakfast taste good. The homestay is close to the rapeseed flower scenic area, and you can also see the flower fields on one side from the window. Before booking, I was a little hesitant because I saw some reviews (reviews in early 2023) pointing out that there were some flaws in the homestay. I specifically called the homestay to ask if those problems had been solved. The person in charge who answered the phone told me with certainty that those problems were no longer there and I could book with confidence, and explained in detail the causes of the problems and the measures to solve them. It is a reliable store!
