Le Passage du Roi is an historic home, lovingly renovated with modern conveniences, while maintaining the charm of a Maison du Charactère early 1700's! It's located in the Heart of Old Town Amboise, with exclusive views of the Royal Palace, a luxury only afforded those in the King's favor. It's front entrance is accessed via a cobblestoned path, which is steps from the bustling square, lined with restaurants, bistros, cafés, wine shops, and the entry to the Chateau. The hidden passage was known to be used by the King and his courtiers to discretely enter and exit the Palace.
