"Excellent cleanliness and a very welcoming reception, who gave great recommendations for dinner. The breakfast was superb, with everything fresh. The only minor issue, if you can even call it one, was the shortage of teaspoons at the buffet, with only two or three ever seeming to be available."

"Hotel Vittoria is an older hotel - quite nostalgic I must say! Just look at the key of the room! Totally old style, but super cool! The staff was very welcoming and friendly and the room was big and clean and very simple. The bed was bigger than what we usually had during our Sicily trip and it was very comfy ... I'd say it reflected the size of the room ... 😂 The breakfast next morning was very nice - we had eggs, crêpes, cakes, fruits, ... a lot to choose from and again, very helpful and friendly staff. Those heads on the pictures were all on tables on the way to the dining room ... Unfortunately, I forgot to take more pictures of the hotel, but instead, I will add some pix of Trapani where in the evening we enjoyed one of the most beautiful sunsets of our trip ... And that tree! OMG! What a personality! 😍"

"A fabulous hotel. We stayed in a room with a balcony which was a nice size, very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was wonderful with a lot of choice. Staff were happy and want to help you. They gave us some ideas for different types of restaurants, one that we went to was a pizza restaurant, it was the best pizza I have ever eaten! The hotel is centrally located to the port and the beaches, right in the middle of the roads to take you to the shops. It is quiet with a large car park (payable) and a garden type piazza. There is a fabulous bakery/cafe attached to the building. I would definitely stay again. Do check your rooms though as this is a converted hotel from a very old building so each room is slightly different in shape and size."

"Excellent food, wine and room. Staff helpful and all had some English, lucky as we have no Italian. We arrived the last day of high season just before harvest so some things were already closing but they held the pool open just for us. Follows a sustainable model. We did not see any wine production areas during our tasting and tour. Some misunderstandings due to language issues, entry-level translations. Once you arrive it is still uphill with your suitcases and then many stairs to the rooms. Possible some accessible areas available and if needed, should arrange beforehand. We booked breakfast included and it was superb and quite plentiful. Once there you are without any other choices for food or beverage so budget accordingly. They are very helpful with allergies. Best mattress and shower we found in Sicily."

"I have to give them 5* despite the shortfalls because of the views, the awesome staff and the proximity to the beach. This is a beach resort with direct access to the sea, with nicely designed common spaces, a well stocked bar and a good restaurant. My room was tiny. Little storage space, small bathroom with poor amenities, but it is modern, there is a safe deposit box, I had a large comfortable bed as requested and pleasant views over the sea and the city in the distance. Breakfast was good and so was dinner. Depending on the month, I am not sure it justifies the high price, but I didn't see any better in Trapani."

"My wife and I travel often and this is a genuinely beautiful hotel. We went during off season so we were one of the few guests there making it incredibly peaceful. The hotel decor is lovely and the room and amenities are top quality. Sara helped us constantly with restaurant recommendations and to accommodate a self check in since we were driving and had no clear arrival time. Really lovely hotel would recommend. The pictures show the little balcony that overlooks a lovely street. Sunset at the bottom of the street a short walk away and the mountain top view from Eric’s which is a 22 min drive by car or you can take a cable car - the drive is not for the faint hearted!"

"Disappointing Experience 🫣 I had a rather unpleasant stay at *Appartamenti Rosa Dei Venti* in Trapani. First of all, the parking situation is very misleading. It's advertised as “free parking near the property,” but in reality, you’ll be given a business card upon arrival with the name of a parking lot located 3 km away in an industrial area beyond the port. They do offer a free shuttle to and from the parking lot, but be prepared to wait. Even if you prearrange your pick-up time, you'll likely have to call and ask “Where are you?” when the time comes. As for the apartment itself — unfortunately, it was far from cozy. The building hardly gets any sunlight, so the space feels dark and chilly. I was freezing at night under a very thin blanket. The bathroom window opens into the shared stairwell, so you can hear people coming in and out, and even sounds from neighboring bathrooms — not exactly pleasant. The location is central, but that also means a lot of street noise. There’s a café just below the windows. I was lucky it was a weekday and they closed around 11 PM — but not without the clatter of dumpsters and shutters being slammed. Conversations from people downstairs are easily heard inside the room. To be fair, the apartment was clean, which is probably the only positive I can mention. In summary, if you're staying in Trapani for just a day or two, I’d recommend booking a hotel instead — something more welcoming and better managed. And unless you're traveling without a car and plan to spend all your time in the city center, this place may not be the best option. For me, it was an overall disappointing experience."

"The location was close to the bus stop where the airport bus was off, and I visited the surroundings on foot. The hostel was very clean and tidy. The plane was delayed and arrived after 9 p.m., but in the morning of the same day, I took a video of how to self-check in with the Watts app at the hotel. Thanks to you, I was able to enter the hotel easily. Our room was well divided into living room and bed space, and I liked it very much because the bathroom was large. Breakfast was also concise and delicious. The female staff at the reception and the female staff at the breakfast restaurant were all friendly, so we stayed comfortably without any inconvenience during our stay. ;)"
