"Good location, smack in the middle of the city (difficult to drive, easy to cab). Staff are friendly but they might be too busy. Asked for some toiletries and ice, it was slow to reach us. fridge not wining in the hotel"

"Stayed at this hotel for a 2nd time & the room was not so clean as the 1st room & was more outdated and had a horrible strong smell! Other than that everything else was good, breakfast is decent, we only stayed for the night so didn’t want to spend much! Beddings were clean! The pool is open from 6am till 11pm. However, it’s for women and children till 2pm and men can use till 11pm, no women & children allowed after 2! But it’s full of men at all times, they should’ve had a ladies timings too"

"Because I'm from the village city, I'm more than 15 years old, and I'm in Amman, three hours away. We booked with breakfast, but because there were few inmates who gave us breakfast, not Buffet, it was on our request, and it was delicious, and they provided everything the Prophet and the professor (Ali) at the top of the morality, the high-end treatment, the permanent smile, and the delicious eating we liked 👍 The hotel is new and the design of the hotel from three floors of modern art, in all its details, carefully selected colors, professional touches and the breathtaking smell. And for me, I would prefer the room to be open-air, because I like to enjoy the Amman air, and it turned out to be in the first turn in rooms with the net, and unfortunately, it was maintaining while my room was in the second, so I would prefer to confirm and communicate and communicate if you're like me. "The staff was friendly and they are up to help and assist. However, some points are conveyed with managed while my stating and they were very responsine; 1- magnetic card would not open easily. It need several attempt to in and out for make it open. 2- the color of the rooms and hall is dark. Such colors make the person unhappy. 3- inspite it is four star, no ATM machine avaliable in the hotel. 4- it need tourist arrangers inside the hotel. The desk avaliable but no one 5- as international standard for four hotel, tv subscription os usually available not air satellite channels"
