"Very good, the hotel has a nice view, and it is very safe. The front desk is responsive. There are shops all around, and it is very pleasant to go shopping. There is also a bar downstairs, and the steaks and wine are great."

"The hotel is in a good location but expensive. You can stay in a top five-star hotel in China for this price, but this is just an ordinary four-star hotel on the street. Trump Tower is across the street. It takes about 1 km to go to Millennium Park or the Art Museum of Chicago. The Chicago River is across the street, which is perfect for running and strolling. There is no restaurant of the hotel. The hotel breakfast is served in a bar and restaurant next to it. I didn't try it. It is convenient, but people outside eat together. It is not convenient to take a taxi, especially Uber. It is estimated that it will take a long time to go one way even if it is nearby."

"I stayed at the Warwick Allerton Chicago recently and honestly, it struck a really nice balance between historic charm and modern comfort. The building itself has that classic Chicago character—it’s been around since the 1920s and even has landmark status—so you immediately feel like you’re staying somewhere with a bit of story behind it. The biggest highlight for me was the location. Being right on the Magnificent Mile made everything incredibly easy—shopping, restaurants, and even spots like Millennium Park were all within walking distance. It’s one of those places where you can step outside and instantly be in the middle of everything, which made the trip feel effortless. My room was also clean, comfortable, and large. Overall, prime location and solid comfort without going over-the-top expensive. A really good find on Trip.com."

"A gorgeous hotel, I especially recommend taking a room with a view of the riverwalk. Light, air conditioning, curtains are controlled from an iPad, a smart home system, almost familiar to many if you are from Russia. The only thing missing is voice control 😅"

"Be careful, there is a hidden charge ”A $25 daily urban experience fee will be charged to each room” at this hotel Fairmont Chicago - Millennium Park. The breakfast charge is very tricky if you have prepaid. 1st you have to argue that you have prepaid for the breakfast for each person in the room. 2nd you need to ask and confirm with the front desk how much the credit is for the breakfast you have paid (my case $38 for each person daily, covers taxes and tips). It is not buffet breakfast, you need to pay extra when you check out if you have ordered more than your credit for the breakfast. When I asked that if I missed one breakfast, can I use the extra credit for the next day. The answers were different from different staff members. A very expensive hotel focusing on big conferences, there are no microwave oven, empty refrigerator (you can request) in the room and swimming pool. Do not lift up the drinks and snacks in the box on the table (there are sensors underneath) unless you don't mind to be charged. The existing refrigerator is full of drinks. I was afraid to touch it, even the concierge didn't know how to open the refrigerator lock. But the coffee and tea are free. There is a person (not housekeeper) comes to the room to check and refill all the drinks and snacks including the free ones. We booked our room many weeks earlier, after we checked in I realized that the room prices dropped comparing our original prices, maybe not enough conference people attending. "This is the second time my husband and I stayed at Eurostars! We live this hotel for it's close proximity to a lot of shops, restaurants, tourist attractions, supermarkets, bars. I love that they have a sauna to use whenever I need a detox. The room is spacious and the staffs are super friendly and accommodating! This is such a hidden gem and my go to hotel whenever I visit Chicago! Definitely go to their restaurant downstairs which is situated within the hotel (River North Bistro) for Happy Hour!!!!"

"Going for Christmas holidays, downtown location, close to the Chicago River, one block from the Trump Tower, cost-effective. Free hot chocolate and biscuits are available in the lobby, the rooms are clean and tidy, and you can see the night view of the Chicago River, a very satisfying experience."
