The hotel is located in the Loop area, with a relatively high safety factor.
The location is excellent, close to the Chicago River, and it is very convenient for boat trips. It is very convenient to go to various attractions, whether it is the Magnificent Mile or Millennium Park and the Chicago Art Museum, you can walk there.
The hotel service is OK, and they do not actively provide toiletries, but you can ask the front desk to provide them.
I need to remind you: when choosing a room, it is recommended to choose a room without breakfast. The so-called breakfast is just a $20 coupon for you to go to the restaurant on the first floor, but you can't have a satisfactory breakfast for $20, and you need to tip and pay taxes. The key is: the difference between breakfast and no breakfast is almost enough to book a room without breakfast. The explanation given by the hotel is: the price with breakfast allows customers to cancel the reservation at any time a few hours before check-in, which only gives you the right to cancel the reservation. This is the only unpleasant point of the stay. I stayed for 5 nights and spent nearly 6,000 yuan to buy this breakfast. Although the solution provided by Ctrip is a drop in the bucket, it is more important to be in a good mood when you go out, so I just give up. I hope Ctrip can clearly state the terms and conditions in the product details in the future, and I also hope that the comments can help everyone~

Guest UserThe staff were amazing so I want everyone to know that part. This is not the front desk staff. Now on to the bad…. The rooms are not clean. I dislike having to say this. But it’s facts. When walking in the room- first thing we notice is a huge pretty fresh stain on floor that screamed puke. It was attempted to be cleaned but the orange stain was disgusting. The windows were smudged. The glass tables had finger prints all over. The walls had dried splashes of who knows what and edges around the room at knee high were full of dust. Soap was left in shower and the floor when the door was opened and closed was disgusting. No liners in garbage cans.
The front desk was very understanding and switched us rooms. Problem was it was a downsize. We lived through it but will all the hotels we have stayed in while in the city - (dozens- as we are only 2 hours away and like to stay at different places) this one unfortunately we will not be returning too.

Guest UserThe hotel is great, especially the location, very close to the attractions, the Millennium Park is 5 minutes walk, the wills sky tower is 9 minutes walk, the Chicago River Cruise is also 10 minutes from the Museum District, 25 minutes, the Navy Pier 32 minutes, in short You don't have to buy a bus card here, walking is enough. Especially to the airport is very convenient, two minutes to the subway blue line directly to O'Hare airport, very convenient. Breakfast has not been eaten. The room was a little bit small, I ignored it, and it was so perfect when I went out. It feels good. Only a little hotel received my estimate of $200 is a deposit. If there is no problem, I will return it. I will ask how long I can return to my account. The front desk said that I don’t know. The money was swiped directly from the credit card. A bit uncomfortable.

Excellent location. The staff were very friendly. The only downside was the breakfast; even though it states you've booked breakfast, when you arrive, you only get credit to use at the restaurant, and the credit isn't enough for a full breakfast. Plus, they serve very few people at a time, so you have to wait to eat. On our last day, we had to wait an hour.

Overall, I had a very good stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, and I really liked the filtered water station on our floor. It had several options and was very convenient.
Guest services were excellent. Anytime we made a request, they handled it quickly and professionally. After the first night, housekeeping took our towels but didn’t replace them, so we had to call and ask for more. Thankfully, after that, we didn’t have any other towel issues.
Housekeeping overall was a bit different than what I’m used to. They made the beds and handled the bathroom by emptying the trash, picking up dirty towels, and refilling tissues, but they didn’t take out the trash in the main room. Since we had a lot of takeout, that trash piled up pretty quickly. They also didn’t replenish items like used tea bags or glassware, which would’ve been helpful.
We also had an issue with the fridge. It stayed warm for the first few days until we realized it hadn’t been turned on. Once we figured that out, it worked fine, but it would’ve been nice if it had been checked before we arrived.
The hotel is in a beautiful location, which added to the overall experience. Despite the few small issues, the staff was friendly and responsive, and the positives definitely outweighed the negatives. I would absolutely book with them again!

The room isn't small, and the bed is large and very comfortable. The hotel's location is fantastic. The front desk staff are also very enthusiastic. The hotel has front and back entrances that are connected. There's a Starbucks in the hotel lobby. The exit near the Starbucks leads directly to Magnificent Mile. With your back to the hotel, walking a few hundred meters to your right will take you to the river and the boat tour boarding point, which is super close. If you walk to your left, after a few traffic lights, you'll find the world's largest Starbucks, and further down is the Water Tower.

Guest UserI looked up onto CQ Central Loop's banner unexpectedly and I didn't expect its location to be so central! There were convenience stores and restaurants and Metros all nearby.
Front Office was also all ready to receive guests, and very kindly directed me to the lounge when they realize that my check in was a while away. The lounger was a perfect cozy escape from the cold and had coffee and tea facilities and wifi.
The room was small but well kept and I slept comfortably.

The hotel is old and the cleanliness is so-so. It's located in the city center, which is convenient for getting to the airport. The American breakfast is plentiful and quite good.

The hotel was fabulously located in the Loop.
The room we had was very large, and although it was a bit dated, especially the bathroom, with a shower curtain, it was still very clean to this day. A minor issue with the drain was resolved immediately.
The staff was very polite; they even let us leave our things on checkout day. I'd also like to mention that the British pub downstairs is fantastic, whether for lunch or for a drink when you arrive tired from sightseeing.
In short, I would return.

I was to pay 117 at check in per room. Hotel made me par 285 for something I didn’t have time to use which was tickets to attractions and that fee included a fee for checking out. ..49 a room for coupons snd 65 per room check out fee. Our car was too tall for the 85.00 a night parking but the garage at the corner only charged 58.00 a night. I wouldn’t recommend driving downtown Chicago unless you like being stressed out. I’m asking trip.com to reimburse the difference between the 117 and 185.
