"I've stayed here before, but this time I had a rather unpleasant experience. My child, after taking a shower, wasn't wearing slippers and suddenly screamed that their foot hurt and was bleeding. It turned out there was a piece of broken glass in the room (near the carpet). Although it was small, it's still dangerous. Luckily, the glass didn't penetrate their skin. Perhaps a glass or bottle broke previously, and the cleaning wasn't thorough enough. I reported it to the receptionist, and all they said was sorry. Aside from that, there were no other issues; they also provided the complimentary anniversary amenities I requested."

"Parking is limited and the staff are very nimble, especially when there is a bukber event at the hotel. Hotel residents have to wait for the cars to come out first. My room had a leaking AC, moved to another room there was a small cockroach. What really disappointed me was that I took a room package with free breakfast, I just wanted to add black coffee and I was asked to add a price charge 😖, the buffet also had variations. If you are a married couple like me, the hotel room is still safe because it is quite small, but if you have children, I don't recommend it because it is smaller than usual hotels. The design is interesting because it is a container but the sound of vehicles can still be heard and can disturb your night's rest."

"recommended budget hotel in Bandung (from my own POV of course). In terms of price, of course you can't demand more or have to be according to your wishes which must be perfect, but the plus for me is, the room is quite spacious, a sofa is also provided in the room, there is a special room for those who like to smoke, there is also a kettle, you can refill water outside. bathroom? well maybe this is one that can be debated, but again for a budget hotel just to rest, this is okay. for parking maybe it's not big enough, but still enough. the crew is informative, helpful.. overall okay"

"Many things in the room is broken, old, or rotten, especially the toilets and the towel. Firstly, the towel provided is very dirty, and looks like it is used as a floor mat. Are the towels washed together with the floor mat? So dirty! Better use your own towel. The towel is yellow, has dirty spots, and has a strange smell. Secondly, the toilets are very run down and long overdue for maintenance. The taps are chipped all around, the shower’s doors are broken, the shower floor is dirty and looks like breaking, the sink is cracked, water from the shower leaks onto the floor, the toilet door is broken and cannot open and close properly. Thirdly, the bedsheets are dirty and torn. It is very bad, and I could not sleep well the entire night because it is so dirty and dusty. This hotel is for you if you don’t mind using dirty or things that needed maintenance long time ago."
