"Bait and switch at its finest! The photos were a lie. I'm old-school, I like to check out the amenities before booking. Guess what? The couch I paid for was nowhere to be found. Management couldn't care less, so I'm hitting them with a credit card chargeback. This will give them 5 seconds to think about what a customer is looking for when booking and hopefully keep their listings honest! Some call me the community service worker no one asked for."
