"Very happy with the person who manages this hotel and who was able to listen to me, in fact there was a problem when picking up the room, the reservation code was not valid, so I asked for assistance, and there was a surprise: I had to pay for the room to get the code that allowed me to access the hotel, but this room was already paid for via Trip.com, with supporting proof since Trip.com had taken the amount from Paypal and the amount was also withdrawn from my bank account, in short, if the person who takes care of this hotel had not offered me an alternative, well I would have had to sleep in my car, so I don't know his first name but I thank him again. As for the hotel, I recommend it, right in the city center with grader underground parking, very clean hotel, spacious room level, and comfortable bedding, top staff, nothing to add."

"Loved our stay at this hotel. First, the location, right on the River Tarne, with walking distance to the town centre and the magnificent Ste Cecile Cathedral. Very scenic location, and loved listening to the river. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable with Nespresso coffee maker in the room. The breakfast was copious, lots of choices with varieties of Nespresso coffees available. Bonus that we didn’t have to pay for parking either, maybe because it was off season. We really loved the stay and will probably come back to stay again."

"This ibis budget will offer you nice and clean rooms with a bit of flair in the same building as the ibis. Private parking is located onsite and is in a nice underground garage. The old centre is nearby and is easily accessed on foot, as well as a few restaurants and a supermarket. I skipped the ibis budget breakfast as I am not always very happy with their product. Overall this hotel is recommendable."

"An oasis of interior decoration, comfort and hospitality. We booked this chateau specifically as the restaurant is open on Sunday evening, many others aren’t. From the initial impression on entering the tastefully designed public areas to the relief of the first actually lovely room during this year’s road trip, the whole experience has been superb. Dinner was lovely and excellent value and all the staff are charming and eager to please. Not sure why there are so few reviews. Possibly because it’s not on a main route but served us perfectly on the way to the Riviera."

"Does everything the brand should. Spacious and comfortable room with a little extra investment in style. Convenient location for railway station, city centre and attractions. All offered at an incredibly good price. However air conditioning was either switched off or not working and we really could have done with it on a very hot evening. Seems an odd situation when the facility is there. Didn’t get as comfortable a sleep as we could have done and this brings my rating done."
