Fanea Residence ★★★

📍 Strada Gheorghe Pop de Băsești 23, Timisoara

"We chose a hotel near the railway station. We stayed for 2 nights. This is the worst room you can have :( The room was not cleaned, very, very dirty. Dirty torn curtains that fell off the cornice. We had to hang them back ourselves. The room is on the first floor in a residential building. The windows overlook the backyards where workers work and at night men sit and drink beer, talking loudly. In the evening, on the second day, water flowed from under the bathtub. This room requires major repairs. The beds and mattresses were comfortable and the bed linen was clean. Thanks to the employee we contacted and he solved the problems. On the first day, in order to clean the room, the cleaning lady came quickly removed the trash, vacuumed and washed the room. On the second evening, when water flowed from under the bathtub, the employee offered us to change the room since the problem could only be solved in the morning. But we refused, it was late and early in the morning we were leaving, and the water was flowing, but not too much, and put a towel so that the water would not flow from the bathroom into the room."

📍 Calea Bogdăneștilor 18, Timisoara

"The hotel feels quiet, clean and has a sense of design. It is close to the city. It is suitable for business trips. The rooms are small, but some rooms have large balconies. They should be rooms on the first floor. The steakhouse downstairs is also quite good."

Visaj Residence ★★★

📍 Str. Rândunicii 9, Timisoara

"Since it's self-check-in, please call in advance to confirm. The parking lot and facilities are good. Except for the screen windows that don't close properly...^^ And the front is fine. There are no large buildings nearby, and I was assigned to the top floor... I remember the sunset being especially beautiful... There's also a supermarket about a 5-minute walk away. The road is a bit dark, though."

📍 Bulevardul Cetății 10, Timisoara

"I do not recommend the hotel, lack of parking spaces, prices at the hotel restaurant are totally unrealistic, especially the drinks. The rooms are very poorly lit. Lots of lighting fixtures that are totally inefficient."

Atlas Hotel

Atlas Hotel ★★★★

📍 Piața Sfântul Gheorghe 2-3, Timisoara

"Atlas hotel is in the middle of the city center thus having an excelent location. It is very clean, modern and comes with all the facilities of a 4 star hotel. The staff were very pleasant, the breakfast was a bufet with a large variety of foods and drinks. The restaurant was also very good. The only downside of this hotel is that the windows in the rooms open in the lobby of the hotel not outside."

Fanea Residence ★★★
"The Apartment was big and comfortable. Beds in the Bedrooms were clean, comfortable and appropriate size but the sofa, freeze drawer in refrigerator and chairs in the living room were dirty and smelled awful like a homless person had slept on it! Drawers in the kitchen were greasy. Host must pay attention about cleanliness and hygiene. Location is good. We had a good time and vacation."
