"Handy location. Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment (only unit available at booking time). Amenities in the room are functional, if a little dated. Other bungalows looked more modern. Unfortunately the heat pump wasn’t working and the column and fan heater supplied struggled on a cold night. Staff were friendly and good to deal with. At $235 it was pretty expensive for what was provided."

"I love ❤️ this little place. The manager is very welcoming and friendly. Always clean, cosy and well maintained. Unfortunately there was an issue between Trip and the Motel somehow. We booked for a single bed and a double or queen and got 2 singles for myself and 2 daughters. Unfortunately the place was booked out, which is always a good sign. We just pushed the beds together. The kids got some good sleep 😉😴 and Trip is sorting something out 🙏🏽. I love that there is a toaster & kettle, with complimentary coffee/tea making facilities. It would be really nice if side plates, bowls and cutlery were available too for breakfast making in the room. We will return ♥️"

"We spent 10 nights here whilst we explored the north coast of Tassie. Such a great central spot, close to Woolies and lots of shops. The park was just across the road from the beach which was beautiful and a nice beach to walk along each morning. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating letting us have a late check out as we waited to depart on the Spirit of Tasmania. We loved our stay here. The only feedback I could provide for future travellers is that the sites are quite small and packed in so in busy times it might be very cosy as we were close to our neighbours. And the other consideration is the train line which runs adjacent to the camp, it can be loud but didn’t bother us too much. Just a consideration. Would definitely stay again. Lovely park"
