"Great, very modern place with spacious rooms. I stayed at Haus zum Wald during a business trip, and thanks to the 24/7 check-in, I had no trouble getting in despite my late arrival. The neighbourhood is wonderfully quiet, yet still within easy walking distance of downtown, where you'll find plenty of good restaurants. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I'll definitely be booking again for my next trip."

Breakfast is barely acceptable; they offer stale pastries and very little variety—and the food itself is even worse. The reception staff are rude and seem annoyed whenever you ask for information; money was stolen from me, yet the owner, Rebecca (I believe that’s her name), didn't bat an eye and didn't even apologize. The worst nightmare of my life. A terrible experience."
