"The front desk service was excellent, even calling to check if I'd left anything in the room. I'd read everyone's reviews in advance, and thank you for sharing your own pitfalls... Parking is free, so if you're driving, please park right outside the hotel entrance, activate your hazard lights, check in first, and then move your car to the parking lot. The parking lot's voice-activated lights are short-lived (only about a minute. I asked the front desk, and they said they'd also reported this issue, ***). Be quick, or you'll be in total darkness (we checked in after sunset, so daytime is better). The stairs from the parking lot to the first-floor reception desk are like those ascending to the top of a church (there's really no elevator). If you're carrying luggage, I believe the moment you push open the door to the first floor, it'll feel more like reaching the summit (tired to heaven...)."

The room was perfectly equipped, with bathrobes, coffee machine and kettle, separate toilet, very spacious, beautiful and warm. The bed was perfect, which is quite rare. The welcome was friendly, attentive and efficient"
