"The hotel is very close to St. Mark's Square, and it's also a short walk to the Accademia Bridge for sunrise in the morning. The room was small and cozy. I was initially worried the duvet was too thin, but the air conditioning kept the room perfectly warm, so there was no need to worry. The only issues were that the shower water temperature was a bit low and the shower head was a little clogged. Also, since there are only boutiques nearby, restaurants are not cheap, so having breakfast at the hotel is a good option."

"Este no es un hotel sino habitaciones dentro de un edificio que no tiene recepción y está cerrado. No cuentan con nadie que te pueda recibir. Ten en cuenta que si llegas antes no tendrás quien te reciba maletas para almacenarlas mientras es el check-in. Como opción te ofrecen guardar tu equipaje en otro hotel que se encuentra a 10 minutos caminando, el cual es de más baja categoría, considera cargar tus maletas de ida y vuelta a ese hotel. Tampoco se muestran considera cargar tus apertura para un check-in más temprano."

"A very quiet, comfortable, and peaceful island, I really liked it. Dragging my luggage, the assisted ramp in the morning was quite convenient. It only took a few hundred meters to get to the hotel from the pier. Although the room was a bit small, it had a fridge and air conditioning, and it was very clean. "Magnificent location just between Realto and S.Marco Square. Vaporetto stop in 3 minutes’ walk to Grand Channel. On the photo - breakfast view (yes, directly to the channel). Small rooms (as anywhere in Venice), in our room was unpleasant odor, but staff did their best and in a few minutes we mooved to the nearest room without any problems. Staff is really best. Strongly recommend the hotel!"

If you're looking for a comfortable, affordable, and modern hotel in Venice, I'd recommend this one, but be prepared for transportation costs. Don't expect much from a chain hotel, as there aren't any particularly noteworthy services or facilities. From Venice train station, you have to take a boat to Lido Island. Since it's a large island, there are many boats available. Luckily, the Lido is very close to the boat station! The only downside is carrying your luggage on and off the boat during check-in and check-out. It's not too far to the main island, and there are plenty of boats. In the mornings and evenings, you can escape the crowds and old-fashioned environment 😂 There are even direct boats to Burano! The rooms offer a panoramic view of the main island, especially at sunset – absolutely stunning! Remember to choose a room with a view! It's definitely worth it! The breakfast is decent, not lavish but enough to fill you up. Everything in the refrigerator is chargeable. A special reminder! When you exit the train station with your luggage and need to take the ferry, a man in a vest will stand at the ferry station pretending to be from the ferry company and trying to charge you an extra ”large luggage fee.” This is unreasonable! Please don't be fooled! He is not a ferry company employee, his identification is fake, and there is no extra charge for large luggage on the ferry! Please board the ferry when there are many people and refuse to pay him! Otherwise, first-timers, confused and especially if the ferry has just left and the station isn't crowded, might almost fall for his trick! If you argue, he might get angry and refuse to let you board, forcing you to carry your luggage across the bridge to another ferry station for another one 😡 Complaining at the tourist information center or hotel counter is useless; they can only tell you that his behavior is wrong, and if you've already paid, you'll have to call the police yourself!"
