The exteriors of this fantastic property invite you to relax in the salt swimming pool which measures 10 metres long and 3 metres wide, with a depth ranging from 1.20m to 1.60 metres. The pool is surrounded by a green garden with stunning mountain views. There are 4 sun loungers by the pool for sunbathing in the sun after a swim. Before going inside, there is a fully furnished porch, ready to enjoy an outdoor meal or sit on the sofa and read a book. Once inside the cosy interior of the house, distributed on one floor, you will find an open space where the kitchen, the living room and the dining room are located. Equipped with A/C, it becomes an ideal space where you can spend the evening watching movies on the Smart TV. When it's time to eat, you will be able to cook delicious dishes on the ceramic hob, as it has all the necessary utensils to cook during your stay.

Family traditional villa situated on a small hill 30 mt from the road and just 1 km to the centre of Pollença and 100 meters from the entrance of the town, so you don´t need to take the car. It has its own delightful terrace, garden, swimming pool and roofed BBQ with dining area. It has a homely ambience with original features of the Mallorcan countryside ancient life, beamed ceilings, terracotta floor tiles and open stone wallsThe accommodation is on two levels. In the first floor there is a spacious lounge, a dining room, a well equipped kitchen also equipated with a dish-machine with an antic fireplace and a bathroom. In the second floor you will find the three bedrooms (2 twin rooms and a double one) equipated with air-conditioning and another bathroom, all benefit from glorious views of the rolling countryside, the Serra de Tramuntana mountain and Puig de Maria.North Mallorca: The North of the island is where the Serra de Tramuntana mountains reach the highest peaks as Puig Major (1445 m), Massanella (1364 m.) and Puig Tomir (1102 m.). It is also where the Lluch Monastery lies, in a valley 500 m. above sea level, place of pilgrimage to see the Moreneta (a dark Madonna). The mountain skyline in Port de Pollença is breathtaking, with their unique shapes and colours. North Mallorca beaches are characterized by the rocky shores of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains, which hide beaches like Cala Sant Vicenç, Cala Bóquer, Cala Figuera and Cala Murta. Port de Pollença and Alcúdia are more family-oriented as they have long beaches with white sand, clear waters and nearby pine woods. The mountains create a micro-climate for vineyards in this region which means that the resulting wines are distinctive to this area. The swimming pool is surrounded by a well-kept lawn where you will find sun loungers where you can sunbathe. Next to the porch you will find the barbecue where you can prepare dinner outdoors thanks to the tables and chairs provided in the porch. In the rustic interior of the villa, distributed over 2 floors, there is a living room with a large sofa where you can relax during the afternoon. The ceramic hob kitchen, equipped with all the necessary utensils for cooking during your stay, has a table where you can eat with your companions. Located in an idyllic spot and overlooking the mountains of Pollensa, this nice villa offers a second home for 6 people. Surrounded by forest and with views of the mountains, this house offers a private salt pool measuring 9m x 4.5m and a depth varying from 0.6m to 1.9m. Our guests love to be outside and swim in the pool, sunbathe on one of the six sun loungers or have dinner with the whole family. A spacious terrace with outdoor bathroom with shower and two furnished porches, one of them with fixed barbecue, invite you to enjoy your free time. The plot of 2000 m2 is completely fenced and there are some neighbours in the area. Entering the two-storey house, you are welcomed by a pleasant living-dining room, where you can watch satellite TV (English channels only) or eat together under the A/C. In the gas kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare any dish. There is a complete bathroom with shower serving this floor.
