Near Vaison la Romaine and Mont Ventoux, this large independent house will welcome you for your holidays or stays with family or friends.On the first level you will find a fitted kitchen, a dining room with its lounge area and its fireplace area, another fitted kitchen opening onto a large covered and closed terrace (panoramic view of the Ouvèze valley and the surrounding hills) with barbecue. You can have your meals there or relax in its lounge area during the mild days. New luxury rental in the small village of Saint Maurice sur Eygues just 12 kms from Vaison la Romaine and 10 kms from Nyons.The house enjoys a clear view facing Mont Ventoux. The latter built in 2014, has all the necessary equipment for your comfort such as air conditioning, internet access, dishwasher, washing machine, with a capacity of 6 people. You will also appreciate its terrace in the shade of its pergola and more particularly, its swimming pool of 8.5 m x 4 m with flat bottom (having a space whirlpool on the stairs) and reassured for the children. The latter is for your exclusive use (shared with no one else, you are the only residents on the property).
