Paradise at the Palms 3 is a luxury villa with two large gathering rooms/ den and 8 bedrooms and 5 full baths. It is directly across the street from the Ocean. The villa is very spacious with a huge kitchen, dining area and living area. There are 2 living areas each with a 55 inch TV's. The master suite is located on the first floor. It has 2 queen beds and a balcony facing the Ocean. It has double vanities, a spa tub and separate shower. The second bedroom downstairs has a king bed and there is another full bath. There are 6 bedrooms upstairs with king beds, 2 of the 6 have a balcony facing the ocean! There are TV's in all bedrooms and we have a full size washer and dryer. We provide the linens, cleaning, beach towels and beach chairs and some baby items. We have two high chairs and a pack n play. There is an outdoor grilling area with 4 grills, a nice pool and hot tub! There are only 12 units in the building. I like to work personally with all my guest and meet their needs. We provide some beach chairs and beach towels. I provide a welcome basket with a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper, a few trash bags and a bottle of dish washing soap to get you started. There are 2 refrigerators in the villa. I also have a Mr Coffee and a Keurig. We have a well stocked kitchen for the cooks in your family. We have HD TV's in all rooms. Please note. This luxury Villa is located across the street in the lovely Crescent Beach area of North Myrtle Beach. The accommodations include 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms consisting of 4 king beds and a daybed. All of the rooms have Smart TV's. The villa is a 2000 sq. ft. open floor plan and is on the third floor Unit 401. An oversized reclining sectional in the main den area transitions to a large dining table that seats 8. The dining area flows into a spacious kitchen with all the amenities and plenty of counter seating. We have newer stainless appliances. We kept the old refrigerator giving you extra food and drink storage. We also have a small chest freezer for extra bags of ice. Come sit and enjoy views of the ocean from the balcony. We have a washer and dryer available for guests to use in our villa just bring your detergent and we have Wi-Fi connection through Spectrum. There is a shared small outdoor pool and hot tub for the 12 units in the complex. The complex has 4 Weber Charcoal grills and a picnic table for guests to use. We have a large elevator to help guests get to their floor. Extra cleaning and disinfecting is a priority to make the villa ready for our guest. We have contactless check-in. We give a welcome basket with a roll of paper towels, small dish liquid, some dishwasher packs, and some trash bags to help start you off until you get your supplies. We provide bed linens and bath towels. The villa is on the second row with a great view of the ocean and a short walk to the beach. The beach is easily accessible with a beach access right across the street.Our complex has exterior security cameras which are located on each floor, in the parking deck, and the pool area.
