This is a completely renovated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit of a waterfront duplex. Enjoy the views from your huge sliding glass doors that overlooks the gorgeous pool and beautiful Boca Ciega Bay. We have spared no expense for this home, and you will enjoy brand new Samsung appliances throughout the home, granite counter tops, full size washer and dryer in the master en-suite. All of the amenities you would want to enjoy at a relaxing get away! The public Treasure Island Beach is a 4 minute walk, located right across from our neighborhood. The inlet we are on in Boca Ciega has both sun rise and sunset views, and at the end of the inlet is a boat/kayak rental company. The unit has access to its own dock with, for an additional fee and, we offer a 10k pound boat lift and 2 jet ski lifts! (Please contact us prior to booking for more information and pricing). . Bring your boat, rent one, or simply enjoy the dolphin watching from the deck! We even have a manatee that frequents our dock. We want this to be your vacation destination for years to come, and we are confident you will have everything you need to enjoy your stay... even down to the beach wagon to bring your items to the beach! This is not a party house, however and this duplex is nestled into a quiet and safe neighborhood.
