"Lots to like at this resort, firstly the location nestled in the hills is beautiful and the staff are warm and welcoming and it’s spotless. Michele in the restaurant was superb, going out of his way to greet us. However, the rooms are a let down, the air conditioning is almost non existent and can be adjusted by reception so although we set it at 18 degrees it never got cooler than 22 so it was too hot to sleep well. The bathrooms were spacious with everything you needed but the shower cubicle was the smallest I ever used barely able to turn around and looked very 70’s, nothing swanky at all. Breakfast had all you needed and again the staff were great but dinner in the restaurant was nothing special, undercooked potatoes, food warm not hot. I think for the price you should eat elsewhere."

"Stayed for 6 nights based on previous reviews and price. This was a no frills hotel which exceeded our expectations. Staff super friendly and helpful. The whole hotel is immaculate. The bed was too hard for us but that’s personal taste. Great location and free sunbeds on the beautiful Simius beach are a bonus."

Delightful gardens, very well laid out with a variety of well established trees and shrubs that are very well maintained. Good choices of various types of accommodation at the hotel. The local bus runs along the coast, one bus an hour, very useful as we didn't have a car, pay on the bus."

"The food was very good, as was the breakfast buffet, although unfortunately there was little variety for such a 4-star hotel. We had booked a suite. The shower had a rainforest shower, which unfortunately didn't work. After showering, the bathroom was also flooded! What particularly annoyed me, however, was that even in a hotel like this, they charge an additional fee for the table: per person!!! I'd never been to Italy before, so I didn't know this was apparently common practice. I found it outrageous."

"Such a bad hotel! Nothing close to a 5 star hotel! Lots of the staff is rude, including the hotel manager and the receptionist. Food is NOT good, and it feels like you eat the same think morning , lunch and dinner! Same cheese, bread, vegetable . You can’t see the food anymore after 2 days The mini club hours are bad, not many activities, life guards don’t do their job! If you don’t want your kids in the pool, then the mini club sums up in 2 hours a day. Some of the staff is wonderful such as Matteo and Daniel from the mini club, but that’s it! Rooms are old and dirty. I really don’t recommend! There are so many better hotels . This really is a bad hotel! Save your money and stay away!"

"We would have expected more for a 5-star hotel. The floor around the pool bar always looked dirty due to old stains from the dates in the palm trees. For the price I paid, I would have expected at least the soft drinks in the room to be free, instead of charging a whopping 6 euros for them. The prices are far too high overall. A cocktail served in a martini glass cost 18 euros! Dinner buffet per person 65 euros WITHOUT drinks, far too much, at least soft drinks and maybe a table wine could have been included. Breakfast was the same every morning. We know from 4-star hotels that there is also, for example, a glass of prosecco for self-service - unfortunately not here. The evening program (music) was always too loud for the small area and the number of guests present. In the room we missed hooks to air out worn clothes, and a line or clothes rack for wet swimwear would have been nice on the balcony too. Even in our current 4-star hotel there is a small clothes rack on the balcony! Unfortunately we won't be coming back."

"Positive aspects: clean, spacious and quiet room with access from an external staircase. Nice furnished terrace available to all rooms. Kettle in the room with tea and herbal teas. Negative aspects: change of towels every 3 days, if necessary at a cost of 8 euros. Structure not always manned especially in the evening, contactable only by calling a landline number at reception (where in fact there is no one at certain times), no cell phone for emergency calls (personal experience). Modest breakfast: only sandwich bread, because fresh bread, according to them, is not delivered to small structures and they cannot go and buy it because they already get up early! On the tray 4 slices of cooked ham of the small type and cheese slices. Everything is at the bare minimum, because according to them they are an anti-waste brand hotel: very good, but then write it down, so when you book you know what to expect. But the downfall is the written note you find in the room, which invites you to leave a tip for the person who cleans.... Finally, having forgotten a personal effect in the hotel, I received a refusal when I asked to send it to me at my expense. I will not dwell on the rude response I received when I complained because they were not found at the agreed time by the person I had instructed to go and collect the object. The overall impression was of little willingness to accommodate the customer."

"We booked at the last minute. And we found kindness, availability and also professionalism. The first thing when we arrived before completing the check-in since I am in a wheelchair, they showed us the room to make sure it could meet my needs. The garden, the pool and the bar area are enchanting. As for accessibility, with a few adjustments the entire structure could reach a good level (it has all the potential to make a leap in quality and be able to address a wider user base) allowing everyone to access the reception and most of the rooms on the first floor, including the pool showers. The rooms are spacious and well-organized, with everything you need including a courtesy kit."

"Poorly managed hotel with ( at best) 3 star service not five star. Rip off charges for water 5.50 euro/ bottle even charged for icecream and 40 euro for the cheapest bottle of very average wine was unacceptable. No feedback at all from complaints- the hot water pressure was so low in our room it was difficult to have a hot shower before the water cut off. The food was of good quality but repetitive. Kids under five everywhere not fun when you want to enjoy dinner looking out to sea but have screaming kids running around. The hotel is in a remote corner of the island and without a car you are hostage to the hotel. Overall I was very disappointed. I loved Sardinia but would not go back to this hotel."
