"What a great place! We paid a little more than we normally pay for 2 night’s accommodation and we’re so glad that we did. The cottage is a huge place with its own pool table inside where we spent a lot of time, even playing “Kelly pool” with 3 people. There was a swimming pool outside. Too bad it was too cold to swim. There was also a tennis court nearby. The combustion heater was so useful during the cold nights and mesmering watching the coals glow. Tonia was very friendly, approachable and helpful. A brilliant 2 days rest and relaxation."

Buttercup Hill

"We spent a great night in Warburton at the Buttercup Hill. The location is great, a very quiet relaxing spot a km or 2 outside of the main business area of Warburton. We received a warm welcome from the owner, Kim, who showed us around and loaded us up with useful local information. Our room was one of 3 bedrooms in an older heritage style cottage. We had a nice ensuite bathroom in our room and there was a large common area with kitchen, dining area, and sitting room. Our room was clean, spacious, and nicely furnished, and the Wifi internet was fast and reliable. The bed was comfortable and we had a very peaceful sleep. We enjoyed a gourmet breakfast cooked up by Kim the next morning – super delicious! Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place to other travelers."

"I only have positives to write after staying at 3 Kings. The location is great as it's within walking distance to the many cafes and eateries in Yarra Junction CBD, as well as the local Woolworths supermarket. 3 Kings is also within easy driving distance from many other towns in the Yarra Valley. The place itself was really spacious and well set-out, nothing feels cramped. Everything was clean, neat and welcoming. The breakfast hamper was lovely and plentiful. The bed was very comfortable. The views of the mountains in the distance was a lovely sight to look at from the balcony/verandah. Everything was inviting and homely. Julie was very hospitable and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would happily stay again!"

"Lovely villa in Warburton. I was met by Natalie at the gate and she explained the workings of the place. Beautiful villa with great attention to detail and the grounds is well maintained and tranquil. Unfortunately I was attending a conference elsewhere in Warburton so did not make the most of the stay. There is a fireplace but I did not have a chance to use it. I definitely would recommend this place for a romantic getaway for couples."
