"Just returned from a two night stay. The hotel could not be in a better location.....absolutely perfect! Unfortunately though the hotel is very tired and dated. The lift doesnt work and judging bybprevious reviews im not sure the last time that it was. The bathroom door wouldnt stay closed and my room overlooked the backs where clearly the bins and restaurant staff are. I was rudely awoken by the staff and bin men at 04.45am which wasnt great. All in all a perfect location and the reception staff were lovely but not really worth the money that it cost!"

"It was excellent, our room was quite large and was very clean and tidy. The staff at the service desk were very helpful if you needed anything. The location is awesome, right on the Thames river, close to everything, Windsor Castle, pubs, restaurants and shopping. The best was our view out our bedroom window of Windsor Castle. It was stunning. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here."

"Central hotel. Location to Windsor so convenient and has parking if you book in advance. Breakfast choice was wonderful. I really enjoyed this. Coffee let it down as I'm not fussed on a caffitier. The double Bed was super comfy. Room was a little hot but that's because we didn't switch on the air con. However we did eat in there restaurant and I really enjoyed my food. Free complimentary drink (of your choice) on arrival. Complimentary bottle of Water in the room. Quality tea and coffee facilities in the room."
