July 10-11 to Liangdu alone, stay at Zijin B&B. It is adjacent to Dongguan Street, Mojia Street, Daxin Street, Xiaoxin Street Commercial, Night Market Centralized Area, convenient access, clean, hygienic, quiet and warm environment. The boss is warm and thoughtful, giving the best guide to Qinghai Lake and Ta'er Temple two famous scenic spots and helping to book, so that I can effectively use the time to fill my eyes; recommend Yixin hand-caught lamb, Mazhong sheep intestine noodles local food, so that I don't have much foot effort, you can have a full mouth. Because a store, a boss, fell in love with a city. Just left, I started to miss it. Go home and work hard to earn money, and strive to come back in winter!

Staying at the Sapphire Hotel in Xining was a much better experience than I expected. I was pleasantly surprised to find that breakfast was included, and it was excellent with a wide variety of choices, including delicious beef noodles. As I was driving an electric car, having charging stations at the hotel was incredibly convenient and solved my charging worries. The room was spacious and clean, and I slept very well. The hotel's location is fantastic, not far from Limeng Pedestrian Street and the Provincial Museum, making getting around very easy. The staff were all very helpful and responsive. If I come back to Xining, I would definitely choose this hotel again, and I highly recommend it to anyone self-driving to Qinghai.

The location is super convenient, close to major transport hubs and business districts, making it easy to get around and find food. This really saves on commute time. The room has all the basic amenities, and the bedding is reasonably comfortable. Hot water and Wi-Fi are stable, fulfilling basic rest needs. Hygiene is up to par; there are no noticeable odors or stains in public areas or the guest room, and daily cleaning is well-maintained. The price is very reasonable, offering good value for money compared to other places in the same area and category. It's ideal for short stays or business trips.

The hotel has a great location, with underground parking available. It's within walking distance of the pedestrian street and the Qinghai Provincial Museum. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as a supermarket. The downside is that the bathroom light, exhaust fan, and a night light are all linked. So, when you go to the bathroom at night, everything turns on and gets incredibly noisy, which disturbs anyone sleeping in the bedroom. During the day, the same thing happens – the exhaust fan even turns on just from walking past the bathroom. Smart technology is great, but if the logic is flawed, it's worse than simple manual controls. It also seemed like the air conditioning wasn't working, so we had to open the window to cool down, but being near a school, it could get noisy at times.

After staying for two nights, I was afraid of high altitude sickness, so I only washed my hair before leaving. The water was not hot and was close to body temperature. It is easy for outsiders to catch colds, so hot water is the most basic guarantee. The toilet in the room is like a wooden house, and it squeaks when you step on it. When I first checked in, I found a short hair on the pillow, uncleaned hair in the basket containing the toothbrush and comb, and soap soaked in a small dish with water... I hope the cleaning can pay attention to details. Also, couldn't the front desk call first and ask if cleaning was needed? There is no anti-theft link in the room, and the aunt directly swiped her card to enter the room. Security and privacy are not well protected. It is recommended that the laundry room provide some basic washing powder, and it is acceptable to provide it for a fee, otherwise it will be really inconvenient. Overall, the hotel's location is convenient and the price-performance ratio is good.

I had two short (two nights each) stays at the San Want. The desk staff is excellent- they get things done, are friendly with a tourist with no Mandarin, and seem to genuinely care about my well being. Checkin was easy and smooth. I had a reservation through Trip.com. There is a food street next door, a Bank of China branch on the corner, and plenty of available taxis and a public bus system that is efficient. It is not a new building, but the owners maintain it. The house restaurant is okay, but there are many choices right outside the door. I will stay again if I return to Xining.

The landlady is very warm and hospitable. She never smiles or talks. She is always cheerful and contagious. It makes people happy unconsciously. I urge her to stay here next time she comes to Xining.
