"What an amazing find, we where very happy staying here. Rooms are fantastic, just as shown in the pictures, clean tidy, spacious, large bathroom minibar in the room with reasonable priced items. Check in was very easy and we left our bags as we where early, staff very helpful checking us in and offering directions of places to visit. Hotel located close to town, stations and eateries, we had a great base for exploring Zaragoza. Breakfast was good, plenty of items to choose from, good selection of food and coffee (via a coffee machine). The hotel is superb itself, not dated, not in need of updates its just perfect. We didnt use the in house restaurant as we ate out in plenty of the others in the area."

"Hugely disappointing. Although the hotel is clean with large double rooms and well situated, it was a huge disappointment to see the state of this 4 star hotel which is in desperate need of renovation. It is simply shameful that a hotel which bears the name of one of Zaragoza's most illustrious painters of all times has been left to such a poor and outdated décor and still charging 4 star rates. Not acceptable on so many levels. This hotel belongs to the same company owning two fabulous 5 star hotels Palafox and Reina Petronila. Hotel Goya is no longer a 4* hotel and should be degraded to a very old 3* star, one in urgent need of a total refurbishment."

"I had a very comfortable stay. All the staff were kind and had lovely smiles. It was a shame that there was construction going on from the entrance to the front desk. The location was also great, right next to the Gran Via station, making it convenient for going to department stores and downtown. I would like to stay there again if I have the opportunity."
