Next to Gangxia Metro Station, take the Link City exit C. Across the road from One Avenue. The lobby is on level 6 of building A2. The reception is just a small desk around the corner from the lift. The location is amazing, and the reception was friendly, efficient and helpful, but the room was less so. We got a 2 bedroom residence and it felt like it a bit run down. There was duct tape on the ceiling, exposed pipes in the kitchen. They provided a kettle with tea, coffee and bottled water. The bathroom had packaged toothbrushes and paste. It served its purpose as a convenient place to stay for the night. Easily fit 4 people, maybe 5 on the couch. The projector for TV was misaligned and needed adjustment. 10/10 for location but 5/10 for the state of the room.

Great location... clean hotel.. evertjing was good except the shower water pressure.. water pressure was so low .. booked room for 2 nights but because of water issue we canceled the 1 night booking and the hotel was generous enough to refund.. staff able to communicate in a little english

The room may appear ordinary and small but it was one of the comfiest during our trip. The staff were polite, accommodating, and helpful. Cleanliness and amenities are acceptable. The location is close to the Electronic City, well-connected to two subway stations (3 lines), where there's an abundance of food stalls underground and aboveground. The self-service laundry is a life saviour!

Booked my stay for 8 nights and below are my reviews. ISSUE 1 We were given the room facing the railway station and true to other traveller’s review, it IS NOISY! The constant honks of the vehicles can start at 7am till 12midnight everyday. When we entered the room on the first day, we tried to on the air-con for better ventilation but instead of cool air, warm air came out. Tried to adjust the settings but there was no change. Went to the reception to enquire but they mentioned they were not able to on the central aircon as it’s winter season and they would need to get management’s approval to activate it. what they could offer us was to open the one and only small window in our room. We told them we already opened it but it’s still warm so the other alternative is to provide us with standing fans which they did. Imagine us sleeping for 5 nights with the window open and the fans on, hearing the cars honks from 7am-12midnight. IT WAS TORTURE. Luckily on the 6th day, we enquired again and they finally activated the central air-con. Mind you the winter season in Guangzhou is totally different temperature than Shanghai or Beijing. There’s no need to off the central aircon at all. ISSUE 2 There were 20 floors in this hotel but there were only three lifts in this building. The lift space was small, could only fit 9 adults max in my opinion. The speed the lifts were going was also slow. Plus, you’re sharing the space with the service robots. So if you’re staying here, kindly cater extra waiting time. ISSUE 3 The rooms are not labeled non-smoking/ smoking room. So you could be staying in a non-smoking room but the room around you could be a smoking room. There were days where we could smell cigarette smoke in our toilet and unable to find the source. And there were days when we came out of our room to walk to the lift, the whole corridor smelled of cigarettes. I pity the cleaners having to use the humidifier everyday while cleaning the rooms. PLUS side - the room I booked was spacious. Could fit in four medium sized luggages with loads of space to walk around. - toilet was clean and spacious - there’s free bottled water provided and could ask for more - metro station is just below us. Conclusion, this would be my first and last visit to this hotel. Will probably stay somewhere away from the railway station in the future and will make sure to check with the hotels if their air-con is working. Not worth the price I’m paying for.

I stayed here on a transit trip. The hotel was very clean and there were many delicious restaurants nearby, so I enjoyed it very much. The receptionist also spoke good English, so I felt at ease. I took the subway to get to the hotel, but it was a little difficult to access. It's more convenient to take a taxi. There is a free shuttle service to the airport, so it's a good idea to use it.

We stay at the hotel for three nights. The staff are very nice what they upgraded our room to a much bigger and comfortable room even at Christmas. They also gave us a Christmas gift! We had three great nights here. It is near the shop but quiet. It is convenient to eat or play nearby. Even if we deliver food, it is fast to arrive with lot of choice! We will come again.

The location of the hotel is super convenient. Right next to Fumin mtr exit C. There are so many food options around the hotel. The hotel room is really clean and the design and layout is super pleasing. Definitely recommend anyone coming to SZ to try out this hotel

The environment in the hotel is cosy and comfortable. In addition, location is close to the Hong Kong custom, after having a nice time in Shenzhen maybe consider heading to Hong Kong and also. Enjoy your time and have a journey for whom decided to stay in this hotel.

This is one of the best hotels that we stayed in. The room is so spacious and airy with a beautiful view outside. Inside, it’s very comfortable that you could lay back or stretch out on the sofa to watch movies. We really appreciated that there is a washing machine with liquid soap provided in the room. This place is centrally located near all the shops and restaurants. The cleaning ladies are super nice. They tidy up and replenished all the necessary items everyday. The front desk gentleman is also so nice to upgraded us to a higher floor. We had an outstanding stay and we would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. Thank you.

Very great hotel, clean and spacious. Great sunlight if you stay a room with window. Even the room without window, is super comfortable, because it has a green scenery. Great staff, especially the one gave us a free upgrade. And, just 3 mins walking to the Subway station? And lots of restaurants around the hotel. Superb location! Would definitely recommend this!

For the price, the room was more than sufficient. The bed of clean, the shower was hot and powerful. There was a slight smell of smoke. The aircon was silent and we had a very comfortable sleep. The location is great and although it is not super close to the station, it is so convenient to rent a bike and ride to the station or laojie. I experienced slight leaking water from the bathroom ceiling and my cup cracked as soon as I poured hot water into it - I informed the reception via WeChat and they responded instantly so they will ensure the next customer is not affected. I will stay here again!

I am very satisfied during my 3 nights stay here. The room are clean and well kept, location is good so near to the MRT station. There is bubble tea shop next to the MRT station which operates till 1AM, can grab one when you are on your way to hotel till late. Supermarket is available next to the hotel. Eateries are everywhere, shopping mall is just stone throw. I bought breakfast together with room and I enjoy it very much. Fried mee hoon, sausage, dumpling, glutinous rice, croissant etc are very nice to eat. Meantime, I would like to express my gratitude to 黄女士, staff who works at the Cafeteria. The incident happen when my mom has left her handbag at the Cafe during the morning breakfast and only discovered it after an hour later. We quickly go down to the Cafe and check whether the bag is still there as all her document and money are in the bag. We met the staff on duty Madam Wong, she verified with some question and return the bag to us. God blessed we have met some being so honest, she told us the place is safe with CCTV full coverage. We reward her with tips but she rejected reason being it was her job. Thank you so much. Really appreciate it.

001 we stayed at the Fei before. We like it because it’s close to the mall and you have so much food options to choose from. Noise wise it’s ok even though it’s close to the street it’s not that noisy. Cleanliness it’s also average. But its location and friendly service with comfortable room sold me.

We were warmly greeted and accommodated by the receptionist who helped us with check in, also sharing with us tips to get upgraded and receive complimentary welcome gifts. All requests are fulfilled on time and with diligence.  One shortcoming is the wifi is not very stable connecting to TV. Apart from that, rooms are cleaned every day. Very satisfied with the stay and it is very near to the metro station.

This is a steal! Such a nice new smart hotel! I was a bit worried about smoke 🚬 smell as in China people smoked indoor and the smell will remain in the room… Luckily wasn’t the case when I was there, very clean, very new, toilet was nice with nice shampoo, conditioner, shower foam and all smells good. They also have slippers, staff are nice, and they provide simple breakfast which you must eat. I’m usually not a bread person but their breads are so delicious! Location: it’s directly opposite the Sunac Mall, I’m here to snowboard so it’s perfect!

The service is good. Hotel is located a short distance from airport with free shuttle service to and from the airport. There's a few restaurants nearby including convenient stores

Upon check-in , we felt most welcome. Front service staffs including the nite duties staffs are super friendly & helpful. They perform beyond their duties to assist all of us, getting the location of visits and recommendations. Hotels location is a bit old but the hotel provide the best amenities, close to all sights of Beijing Road, enjoy the bidet toilet every morning.

Was a pleasant stay in this hotel. Location is great as it was just 5min walk to the train station. The room was clean and spacious. The bed and pillow were comfortable. Breakfast was good with varieties. The staff were helpful too. If you would like to have a slightly less busy place yet convenient, can consider this hotel.

My stay was pleasant, small decent boutique hotel. I like the location which is close to Wen Ming street with all the eateries cater for local which is more close to the local people. As for tourist you can go Beijing Street. MRT need to have a little walk but it was OK. Room was clean, I was assign at 6 floor which is very close to the Reception, Cafe and Washing Machine. Guest can use the washing machine for free, 2 in 1 (Wash + Dry) 60mins. Very convenient, throw the clothes to wash walk back to room shower blablabla then can collect the clothes already. So happy. They do provide free bottle water 500ml near the lift, just take if u need more. They do serve simple breakfast and supper, good enough.

It was good as over all , the hotel staffs were so friendly and humble. They even upgraded my rooms. Rooms and restrooms were so clean. Room service is excellent. But amenities like gym , work area and laundry yet need to be upgraded. Breakfast is repeated one daily the same. Instead you can opt without breakfast rooms

Great location is near to walking street “Beijing Lou” busy and plenty of foods 😋. The room is clean. The reception is nice and helpful even not good at English, specially Fay at the reception, she tried to help me with directions and information using her phone to translate. There is guest laundry which is also one of the my requirements for me to book the hotel. So I booked 2 more nights for myself and an other one room for my cousin to come to see me at Guangzhou from Jiangmen. The hotel has only level 2 and 3 but only guest can get inside area of level 2 and 3 through the door by the room card key.

Room is clean with all the necessary amenities, eg, tooth brush,sandal it's is very near gong bei custom so, it's is very convenient to go to macau, overall I feel happy with the hotel

I went to Zhuhai on a business trip some time ago and stayed at Zhuhai Wutongshu Hotel. The experience was quite good. Good location with excellent reception Appreciate the quick intervention of the hotel staff with noisy chn in another room at 12:15am for one particular night. Hotel has good housekeeping with good towels/ clean room and smoke free rooms. Good that water is available all the time. Toiletries are replaced daily. Love the good mattress and bright room! This hotel has thoughtful service, warm and meticulous front desk, and excellent stay experience. The room is spacious and bright, with complete facilities, thoughtful front desk service, and the auntie cleans once a day, and cleans very cleanly! The room is full of smart devices, just call Xiaodu Xiaodu directly! ! The surrounding transportation is convenient, suitable for business and leisure travel. Especially recommended for travelers who pay attention to comfort and convenience, highly recommended!

There is free parking, which is convenient. After parking, go directly to the elevator. There are hot springs nearby, you can go there and have fun. The room is new and clean, and the decoration style is good. The interior is big enough. The beds are soft and comfortable. On a personal note, I feel that the only flaw is the bathroom. The design lacks privacy, and it would be a bit awkward to come with friends, but it's still acceptable. And there are no rubber slippers for bathing. I like to wear slippers to bathe and don't like to put my feet directly on the ground. The hair dryer is powerful enough to dry long hair quickly. Overall, there is still a next time👍🏻

1.5 hours drive from Shenzhen!! Who hasn't been to the Castle Hotel!! This place is so beautiful! Even I can't bear to leave! The kids played in the room all day and didn't want to go out🥰 The address is in Zhuhai~It's only 1.5 hours drive from Shenzhen~ Come and stay with your kids!!

Friendly staffs, clean, tidy room and neat lobby.

Location is good just 1 bus stop from Gongbei Macau to Zhuhai border entry. Many restaurants and supermart within walking distance. Nature massage just on 2nd floor. Hotel room all at 3 floor. Room is spacious and quiet. Just a slight traffic noise from Lover Road. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast typical Chinese style. Not much variety. Just nice for us to leave some room on our stomach to taste other street foods. Reception staffs very friendly.
