Booked last minute and stumbled upon a gem! The entire place was spotless and bright, and there was no stuffiness when opening the windows. Room facilities were all in great working order, and there were plenty of amenities like a hairdryer and hangers. All the staff were kind and patient; they meticulously explained directions whenever I asked. The hotel environment was well-organized and easy to find, with convenient transportation. The value for money far exceeded other hotels in the same price range.

The room was clean and tidy, and the 1.8-meter king-size bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring a really good night's sleep. The overall decor was simple yet cozy, and the bathroom was fully equipped with disposable toiletries, which felt very hygienic. The location was convenient for getting around, and the owner's service was warm and attentive, responding promptly to any issues. It's excellent value for money, and my stay was better than expected. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town.

The room was exactly as it was in the images. It was cleaned everyday and very well. There is no weird smell and the hotel staff was available for support even at 2am in the night. Few things to know: 1) the building is accessible through a staircase only so one needs to carry their big bags over around 3 flight of stairs (2 floors). 2) the image of building exterior is not of glass facade as in the cover image but it’s a new property so feels premium. 3) kitchen is functioning but no kitchenware is provided so bring your own pans, plates, spoons and even dish washing liquid. Having said all this, we were extremely happy with our stay and will be booking this again when we visit Guangzhou.

Good service overall, plus an upgrade! The subway downstairs was super convenient. They even offered complimentary bottled water during check-out, which was a thoughtful touch. The room was meticulously cleaned – no bugs or strange smells, and the soundproofing was excellent. It's perfect whether you're traveling or just staying for a short while. I've already saved it and will recommend it to friends and family.

RANZ Lanzi hotel is just beside Dongmen Liaojie with lots of eateries around and it's super convenient to travel via MRT. The room is big and comfortable with the new towels sealed in plastic bags after every room makeup. In fact, it will be great if you want to go to Hong Kong for a day trip cos it's just 2 stations away from Luohu!

The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The location is super convenient, easy to get anywhere, and there are some good dining options nearby. The room was quite spacious, and the housekeeping staff were also great. Overall, a very good stay.

I was a bit worried about a new hotel having a smell, but my concerns were totally unfounded; the room was fresh, clean, and completely odor-free. The bed was just the right firmness – I slept incredibly soundly and comfortably. The front desk staff were wonderful, very friendly and approachable. They patiently helped with any issues, providing excellent and thoughtful service. Overall, my stay was incredibly relaxing and peaceful. Genuinely great!

It's very close to the airport and provides a dedicated shuttle service, wake-up calls, and breakfast. The front desk staff and service team were very attentive and deserve praise. My family has arrived the resident around 1240hrs which is much earlier than official check in time. However the counter staff was attentive whom has surprisingly offered to us with instant FOC upgrade from 2 rooms to 3 rooms unit and allowing us to move into unit immediately. It is located at 29 highest floors end of corridor corner unit. The viewing angle has 2 sides of street view instead of normal single side. One side of it is able to see Pearl river.😍😍It also just few walking steps to restaurant for breakfast or afternoon tea and gym are situated on the same level 😘😘 The pros 👍👍: 1. Great interior design with cosy ambiance. 2. The building security access is enhanced for guests safety. 3. In-room clothes washer with dryer and detergent was provided. 4. Breakfast with ample choice and perfect coffee served. 5. Daily housekeeping. 6. The food delivery is using robot to transport from L1 to guest room. The cons😩😩: A. The kitchen is empty without any cooking wares. B. In the late night some wired knocking noise from ceiling. C. The water pressure is low. D. The afternoon tea is served with very limited items. E. The guests have to alight along the road side without any shelter if bad weather. F. The Didi and Baidu app unable to locate J Resident which has to enter J Mansion (J 公館) G. The wifi is very unstable and easy disconnected. H. The double bed in each bedroom is only fitting for 2 small body sizes guests to sleep on it.
