"We had a really lovely stay here. The staff, many of whom are from Italy, were incredibly friendly, kind and helpful throughout. We had a small issue during check-in, but they were very patient and did their best to sort it out quickly, which we really appreciated. It’s a great place to stay with children. Everything was handled efficiently whenever we needed help, and there are plenty of facilities to keep everyone happy — including a restaurant and bar, a nice area for breakfast and evening activities, and a play area for kids to burn off some energy. For those who enjoy music, there are instruments like a piano, guitar and ukulele to use. There’s also a gym for anyone who enjoys sports and exercise. The outdoor kitchen area is a lovely touch, and our room was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. Overall, a very positive experience and we would happily stay again."

"Stayed at the hotel for two nights and it was super convenient! The place just few steps away from the train station which makes it easier when you travel with a bigger luggage. ＞ walkable distance to nice restaurants and shops ＞ few steps away from train station ＞ tasty breakfast, buffet ＞ friendly staff ＞ free luggage storage after and before check in I totally recommend!"

"Do not check in! It looks glamorous on the surface, but it's full of traps. Cut your losses and leave immediately. This is a hotel in the mountains, and I booked three nights. I didn't know that to get to Cinque Terre, I had to take a bus for about two hours to La Spezia and transfer, and there were no buses on Sundays. I needed to go to Milan that day, and the hotel refused to refund my money, offering to call a taxi for 50 euros. Didn't you tell me there were no buses on Sundays when I booked the hotel? Is it reasonable for you not to refund my money now? Furthermore, there are no restaurants around the hotel in the mountains; you can only book through the hotel, and my reservation number was 1. For dinner, I asked the head waiter for some Italian specialties, and he recommended minced meat pasta. In the end, that was all the pasta served! At the next table, table number 2, an Italian-Chinese diner ordered an Italian salad with ham and kept winking at me while eating. I forced myself to finish the not-so-good pasta and left. They promised to provide breakfast, but it didn't start until 7:10 am. The bus arrived at 7:30 am, and it was a 10-minute walk to the bus stop. After that, there were no more buses. They completely controlled my time. Ancient lands, modern people do not relax. The only way is to cut your losses in time, leave two days in advance, stay only one night, and bear the losses yourself."

"Amazing location—literally in the same building as La Spezia train station! Super convenient. The staff were incredibly attentive and even messaged in advance to ask about my arrival time so they could assist with check-in. They also allowed luggage storage after check-out, which was very helpful. Highly recommended!!!"

"Although the room still used a traditional key to open the door, it was very clean and had all the necessary amenities such as a kettle, tea bags, and toiletries. It was a 2-minute walk from Huodong Station, which was perfect for our Cinque Terre itinerary the next day!"

"We adored this apartment! It was perfect for our stay in La Spezia. Check in was easy and instructions were clear. The kitchen was well stocked with dishware and cleaning products, the beds were fabulously comfortable and the apartment was well decorated and clean. The housekeeper/manager was also extremely kind and made sure we were comfortable! Also, breakfast (coffee + pastry) was a nice touch at the cafe downstairs. 10/10!"

"The hotel has excellent access to place the car to load and download the travel bags. If you use a car, the hotel sells daily tickets to stop the car in one of the various parking parks for €7 per day. The rooms are very good and the beach is very easy to access."

"Very spacious place and bathroom. Our room had a small kitchen with the basics that became very useful as we cooked two of the nights we were there. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Centrally located and very near places to eat, supermarkets, all kinds of stores and more. Lots of places to see and visit just a short drive away. Place is located right next to some train tracks but we barely noticed when the train went by. Limited parking. Great place, would stay again."

"The room was clean and tidy, 2 minutes away from the train station, because it was a self-check-in, I needed to get the password in advance to get the key, and I didn't have a password when I arrived at the hotel. I called the boss over to help me through the Internet phone before I checked in smoothly. In short, everything went smoothly!"
