"Forgot to take photos, but I have to say, even though this is an older hotel, the rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable. The only downside is that it's a bit noisy if your room faces the road. My only real complaint is about the breakfast; it's an Indian or Nepalese style meal that I'm not used to, and it's not a buffet, so I found myself still hungry afterward."

"I would like to compliment staff 家野 of hotel wing international kobe which i stayed on 8-10oct 2025. i have lost my necklace into the sink. she have helpfully helped to remove the pipe and tried her best to have to flush the sink to find it. although unfortunately we are not able to find it, i would like to appreciate her efforts."

"A very comfortable stay! It's just a 3-minute walk from the station, and from the moment we stepped in, the staff took wonderful care of us. Dinner in the room was delicious, and the private onsen, which doesn't require a reservation, was absolutely perfect – much more comfortable than the public baths. We made sure to use it as many times as we could. If any friends come to Kinosaki Onsen, I'll definitely recommend they stay here!"

"We stayed at the hotel in October 2024. We took two rooms for two. Pros: 1. Magnificent rooms in the style of a classic ryokan: everything is very beautiful, authentic, lots of small details, notes and tips for guests, interesting trinkets in the room. We had beds, not futons, but this is not a minus - the beds are very comfortable. The view from the room (3rd floor) is of the mountains. The cleanliness is perfect, the room has everything that should be in a classic ryokan room: from tatami to a low table for relaxing. 2. Incomparable kaiseki dinner. Excellent sukiyaki breakfast (you cook it yourself). 3. The most beautiful interiors of the hotel, it is interesting to walk around it, exploring it from the inside. The hotel is beautiful from the outside too. 4. You can smoke in the rooms (we did not do this, and the rooms are not smoked at all). There is a smoking room at the entrance to the hotel. 5. Wonderful staff. All requests and complaints are satisfied within minutes. They speak English poorly, but it's not a problem, we communicated through a translator. The guys are cool, cheerful. Quick check-in, a bunch of reminders about where and when to come / what and how to do correctly. 6. There is a private onsen (we did not use it). 7. They give a free pass to 7 public onsen. They give discounts on souvenirs. 8. They give excellent yukatas for onsen, for women - they will give beautiful ones, the choice is huge. Nuances: 1. The only downside of the hotel is the distance from the center of Kinosaki (15-20 minutes walk through not very beautiful places). But! There is a free transfer from the hotel to the city center, plus there is a transfer station-hotel-station. And the walk from the hotel to the center of Kinosaki did not bother us much. 2. This is not a business hotel, so there is no washing machine, iron or shower in the room. The shower (and in fact - onsen) is shared on the minus first floor - separate for men and women."

"In Japan, the Apa Hotel Chain is often used when traveling alone because of its low cost performance. I can't watch TV properly in my travel destination, so I'm always frustrated. This time, the function of smartphone screen mirroring is So I was able to spend it without being bored. I stayed at another hotel nearby, but the price was a little more expensive, the TV was much smaller, there was no function, and the bathroom was ok. "The room wasn't huge, but it was perfectly adequate. More importantly, it was immaculately clean, and the service was excellent and very attentive. The staff at this Italian hotel spoke good English, which was a huge plus. Overall, I was very satisfied. Also, its location in a bustling area made getting around incredibly convenient."
