I recently stayed at Kabayan Hotel with my girlfriend for two nights, and we booked a standard twin room. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds that helped us rest well throughout our stay. Even though it was a twin setup, it still worked fine for the two of us and didn’t feel too cramped.
The amenities were simple but functional, and everything we needed was provided. Housekeeping kept the room tidy during our stay, which we appreciated. The staff were friendly, approachable, and always ready to help, making our overall experience smooth and hassle-free.
For a two-night stay, it was definitely comfortable and convenient. I’d gladly stay here again in the future.
The rooms were spacious, spotless, and featured remarkably comfortable beds. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable—nothing was too much trouble.
The location was perfect for sightseeing, within walking distance of popular landmarks. Don’t miss the breakfast buffet; it had a huge variety of delicious options. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a stress-free and pleasant stay!
I would love to be able to rate this hotel 9.5 out of 10, because of its beauty, and because of the great staff. However the room I rented had the following issues.
1. The room normally stayed around 26°C (78.8°F) to 27°C (80.6°F) with the AC running on the highest setting.
2. The shower had a drain issue, and water overflowed throughout half the bathroom floor.
3. The TV had about 5 channels in English, and the picture was horrible. Very fuzzy with intermittent audio.
4. The WiFi was mediocre, and would occasionally disconnect from the internet.
5. The view through the window was just other roof tops.
6. It's a little far from the airport.
It is a very beautiful hotel, with an outstanding looking lobby, and a great ground floor restaurant. The staff is outstanding. When I first entered the hotel and the room, my first thought was that I was never leaving this hotel. That is until I ran into the room AC issue. I could not stay there more than 2 nights with such a hot room.
My experience at Holiday Inn Express Manila was a mixed bag. The bedding and pillows were quite comfortable, but the hallway insulation was poor. The toilet seat wasn't very clean, and the shower floor was yellowed with weak water pressure. During peak check-in, the front desk couldn't find my reservation, leading to a long wait. It wasn't until I threatened to cancel that they rushed to verify and process it.
I stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights, and the location is very convenient since there are many fast-food chains and a public market nearby. The staff were very accommodating, and the room was clean. However, the restroom is a bit small, especially when taking a shower. Overall, everything was good, and I would definitely recommend this place.

Location to PITX (and thus, airport) is so convenient. Pool is nice, just check the times its operating. (Same as with the Gym) As for the room, its mostly nice apart from the TV being all-mandarin (use a dongle if you want youtube!), Wifi randomly dropping at times (and the 5G band being extremely unreliable), aircon remote randomly not working, some paint job being chipped away at the far side of the room beside the balcony, and the shower ceiling randomly having a temporary cardboard job.
Service was nice, though I highly recommend buying some airtime to your number, as you either need that or doing the whole song and dance of going to the lobby and back up, and as with me having others in my journey meant that I always ask the security to tap his card to get back to my floor. Speaking of security, there’s a baggage scanner installed near the elevator lobby, so be mindful of that.
I chose the option with no food, so we went instead to a hot pot restaurant at the ground floor. There’s also some parking outside.
City Center Executive is part of the whole Imperial Plaza Residences complex, so on top of everything that I mentioned in this review, be extra mindful of the residents and try not to bother them.
I feel disappointed the room is just fine but the bed is not confortable to sleep, the cover is like dirty because instead of white it become dirty white also the towels!and with all the hotels ive been checking in this hotel is different and theres no small fridge.diappointed ive been stay here for more than a week.and inside the bathroom there place to put for thier soap and shampoo.i hope the management will pay attention for thier service.

The room was perfect, and the Jacuzzi was absolutely phenomenal. The space is great, but the amenities aren't quite up to standard—an additional wardrobe would be a huge help for guests staying a while. Also, the front gate being occupied by car parking made coming and going a bit inconvenient. One thing that left a sour note: I arrived for an early check-in around 6-7 AM. The counter staff charged me an extra PHP 600. I'm not sure if this is standard hotel policy, but in my experience elsewhere, if the room is ready, it's usually offered as a free gesture of goodwill. That would have made the service feel much more comfortable.

KKj1111I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and truly enjoyed the overall experience.
The staff were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive with my requests throughout our stay.
They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed.
I would especially like to commend the team for providing excellent service and for always assisting us with a smile. Their hospitality made our stay truly remarkable! 😊
AAnonymous UserOverall great location, 711 accessible, same building.
Ayala Malls 5 mins walk, Parqal closed by.
MOA - great for morning walk / exercise, back and forth
Only downside - you can hear people moving and talking outside your room, sometimes bathroom will smell of smoke (possibly from the exhaust)
Lobby - warm and welcoming
Employees - all respectable
Room - clean, cozy, relaxing
Table space - great specially for those who are working
Room Wifi - can be a bit unstable but overall great connection, choose 5g option for a more stable connection
Bed - king size with 4 pillows and warm duvet cover
2 sofa bed - can make larger beds with two sofa beds available in the room (you can request them to arrange this before your check in)
Bathroom - clean, warm and cold water, with hair dryer, towels can be replaced upon request for additional cost, standard set for hygiene care (toothbrush, toothpaste)
Fridge - available, just need to plug it in when you arrive
TV - only cable channel, no netflix or other streaming app
Safety deposit box - available
Swimming Pool - not heated, very cold, great in summer or hot weather
Breakfast - Buffet, a few selection but has appetizers (salad, fruits), main dish, desserts, drinks, coffee, cereals. Overall great food.
AAnonymous UserThe room is comportable for family of three and had a great view The staffs are helpful and welcoming. The place is perfect for exploring manila.

GGrace TionkoI had a comfortable stay, and the location was very convenient when traveling from Batangas to Nichols Hotel, and from Nichols Hotel to NAIA Terminals 1 and 2. Public transportation to Terminals 1 and 2 passes directly in front of the hotel. It is also easy to go to Baclaran Church and travel back to Batangas.
Just a minor feedback regarding cleanliness: I noticed a few small roaches, and the bathroom floor was slippery, possibly due to some cleaning residue
Overall stay was 4/5
GGuest UserI had a very pleasant stay at Red Planet Manila Ortigas. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
What made my stay truly special was the staff from the information desk to the security guards and the cleaners, everyone was kind, helpful, and professional. They made me feel safe and welcomed throughout my stay.
Thank you for the excellent service. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!
Thank you!🙏🥰

FFalltraveller_25Hop Inn Ortigas is very convenient and comfortable place to stay. It's clean and basic necessities are provided. I appreciate it's being environmentally-friendly hotel promoting less plastic and zero-waste.
GGuest UserWe stayed at Asiatel to meet a friend. It was conveniently located nearby 3 of Nino Aquino Manila Airport. Location is its best attribute plus free luggage storage which travelers often need. There is an attached restaurant, other than that not many amenities; mostly a close convenient place to stay by the airport.
