The hotel reception needs more training and more authority to deal with customers. He couldn't print out my receipt and asked for permission from his manager, which he received on the next day!! Also they couldn't find my booking through trip.com.

The slippers in the bathroom don't work well, the scent of the bathroom in the room, we didn't sleep because of the scent of the bathroom, please work on this problem, we'll always be customers you have the ear of God, and the rest of the hotel services are so wonderful and integrated.

The bed arrangement was excellent. Have a big living room to accomodate visitors or friends nearby. The Rooms are well maintained or cleaned and their availability if requested is in quick response. Adding to that is the good and kind assistance of staff specialy sir Rod. Lastly. I have a wonderful experience for having my breakfadt serve well and the good hospitality of their chef Joseph as well as the kitchen crew. They are the best. In general.. The Swiss Spirit will give you a relaxing experience and comfort.

this is a very nice hotel located close to the waret front, rooms are very big, beds are comfortable and there is an indoor swimming pool to use, parking is right in from of the hotel, some shops and restaurants are located around 15 minutes on foot. nd the reception staff is very friendly and helpful

A very good mid-range deal at 170 rials for a double room. Everything looked new and was very clean. Towels provided and strong Wi-Fi, which are features that are rare in Saudi Arabia. The location is a bit of a wasteland: you are a 3 to 4 km hike away from the city centre (bus stations, hypermarket clusters, old town). The nearest (unmarked) city bus stop is about 1 km away. Close to the hotel is large Al-Tamimi supermarket, a few groceries and some snack-bars and restaurants.
