Nice hotel, small, in a quiet part of the old town. It has 3 floors and a terrace. My room was spacious with air conditioning. The room has a refrigerator, kettle, tea, coffee, water, slippers, bathrobe, all accessories for the shower. The bed is large with a soft comfortable mattress. Breakfast is delicious, good choice, there is a coffee machine, which was surprising. I recommend the hotel!
The hotel was very clean, and the interior and doors had a lovely, authentic Uzbek design. The breakfast was also delicious, with plenty of vegetables and fruits, allowing for a hearty start to the day. The courtyard was decorated with elements that truly captured Uzbek culture. The shower had good water pressure, and the bathrooms were clean. The hotel staff were incredibly kind; although there's no elevator, they helped carry our heavy suitcases both upon arrival and departure!
During breakfast, other guests were celebrating a birthday with a surprise party, and at check-out, we were even given snacks. The owner and all the staff were very kind and attentive. We had a small issue, but they handled it professionally and earnestly.
The hotel is close to the Ark Citadel, and it's about a 20-minute walk along the main street from the Lyab-i Hauz area, so you can easily explore without needing a taxi. Underneath the Ark Citadel, there was a festive light-up from the end of the year into the new year, attracting many locals. The area around the hotel is quiet, which was perfect for a relaxing stay.
The rooms have bathtub. They provide shampoo, conditioner, body shower, toothbrush, toothpaste, dryer, safety box, mini fridge. I couldn't book a train ticket and they helped me to get it, that was very helpful. The hotel is very close to the old city and there are restaurants and the coffee shop ”Bon” very close. The decoration of the bathroom was stunning. In my room I had a painting of the Choir Minor Mosque which was lovely. I didn't like the breakfast because it was too many things with cheese and very traditional. I prefer something more western. Overall I liked it. Staff friendly.
I really liked the oriental-style hotel; it's very beautiful, with clean, cozy rooms, polite staff, and a beautifully designed interior. I really liked the owner, Anvar, who helped us exchange money and took us to the center of the old city, suggesting interesting excursions. I definitely recommend this hotel; it has a very luxurious interior. If I ever return to Bukhara, I'll definitely stay here.
I was really worried because I booked this hotel in a hurry just two weeks before my trip, but it turned out to be right in front of Lyab-i Hauz! All the tourist spots in Bukhara were pretty much within walking distance, and finding places to eat was never an issue. The breakfast every morning was plentiful and delicious. I stayed for two nights, and even though the main dishes were the same, the juices were different and all equally tasty! The toilet flushed properly, and the water pressure and hot water were perfectly fine. For the price, the location and cleanliness were outstanding. I truly recommend this place!!
A trip to Bukhara is always like stepping into a fairy tale, but a fairy tale only comes true when you have the right home. My friend and I had a wonderful vacation, thanks in large part to the hotel, which became more than just a place to stay, but a truly cozy haven.
The location is simply incredible – right in the heart of the old city. It couldn't be more convenient: all the sights are literally within walking distance.
But the hotel's greatest treasure is its people. I'd like to express my deepest gratitude to the administrator, Olim. He became more than just an employee for us, but a true facilitator of our trip. It was impossible to take him by surprise: he always greeted us with a sincere smile, helped, offered advice, and organized everything perfectly. Not a single request went unanswered, and this feeling of care is priceless.
The tea is a whole other story. We drank countless liters of this aromatic beverage during our stay! But every tea party was a symbol of that legendary Eastern hospitality. Thank you for making us feel like welcome guests, not just tourists.
We definitely recommend this place to anyone who appreciates comfort, history, and human warmth.
It’s a beautifully restored house right in the heart of the old town and within easy walking distance to all the major attractions. The in house restaurant is absolutely fabulous! The service is fantastic all round - highly recommended!
Room was more than adequate (although the bathroom tap system took a couple of attempts to figure out).
Fifteen-minute (ish) walk from the main centre.
Kind staff helped us order a taxi at 4:00 in the morning to the train station (so didn't get chance to try the breakfast 😢). Would definitely book again.

GGuest UserIt was a wonderful hotel with a very stylish interior.
The staff were friendly and spoke fluent English.
Breakfast was a buffet with a wide variety of food and was delicious.
I'm sure the hotel room walls were designed to resemble Bukhara, but the one thing that bothered me was the white powder that would stain clothes and other items when they touched the walls.

kongzhongguanjing The room is luxurious, elegant, generous and comfortable. The environment is elegant and clean with flowers and plants. The interior design is spacious, comfortable and breathable. The quilts, sheets and pillowcases are all very clean and white. The hygiene is clean and tidy. There are cleaners cleaning every day. Thank them for their hard work. 🌹🌹👍🏿 The staff are friendly, gentle and amiable. If you want to travel and rest, you must choose Dendi Plaza Hotel 🌹🌹🌹🌹👍🏿👍🏿❤️

VVallicoGood mini hotel, friendly administrators. A minking happened, it is not clear for whom reason, but it is all ruined.
There are breakfasts, cooking cashes, eggs, standard sausage cutting, east sweets, tea/coffee. If you stay at 2-3 night will not be tired if more, a lot of places where you can eat and even drink delicious coffee.
The street is a little noisy, with a sensitive sleep. The mattress is as tough as everywhere in Uzbekistan.
The fen is not in every room, but on request brought, hm, former.
In general, everything was nice, I recommend. Not expensive and pleasant. If you buy the cheapest fans for all rooms and sleep pepper in the peppers, there will be 11 out of 10.
GGuest UserThe Nanosh East Hotel is a hidden gem that genuinely elevates your travel experience. Its prime location offers unparalleled convenience, putting you right where you want to be. From the moment we arrived, the exceptional hospitality and genuinely friendly staff made us feel instantly welcome. Every team member goes the extra mile with a smile. And do not miss the morning spread—the breakfast was good, fresh, and the perfect start to our day. Highly recommended for an unforgettable, comfortable, and charming stay!

SSonny427About 500 meters from the old town, you will pass through a very dirty construction site. Next to Wyndham. The facilities are very poor. The shower water can only be turned on hot, otherwise it is cold and hot. The network is very slow. The sound insulation is very poor. There are people partying at 2 o'clock in the morning. The front desk service is very good. They helped me call a taxi several times. Every time I called a taxi, the location here seemed to be inaccurate. The breakfast was not very good, there was no milk.
