Four friends traveled together and it was a very satisfying stay. The room was very large, and the boss also prepared welcome fruits, coffee, and afternoon tea. The room can directly see the core attraction Laladu, and the ferry crossing is right downstairs. It's very convenient. The hotel is in a very central location. It's so comfortable to have a late night snack and stroll around the old streets of the ancient town! The boss is very nice and knows everything about the local area. He knows everything you ask. Awesome Must praise!

The house is very close to Xiaodongjiang River, and it only takes 5 minutes to drive there. The decoration is very artistic, and the boss lady must have spent a lot of time on it. The trip was rushed and I didn't have time to take pictures carefully. The scene is as beautiful as the pictures. I really like this place! The boss lady is super nice, and so are the staff.

Service was great! The host offered free transfers from the train station and they helped with our luggage as cars are not allowed to be driven into the hotel area. Location is great as it is walking distance to eateries and shopping area. The room has a really nice view of the entire ancient city and it is very clean. The host was very friendly and recommended places for us to go to.

Very diligent and kind owners who have provided excellent service on top of clean and comfortable accommodation. Ask them anything and they will provide assistance at their best. Location - walking distance to East gate entrance (21 min walk). Plenty of food outlets nearby. Breakfast is simple but taste nice. Would be excellent if there are clothes dryer machine to use during wet seasons.

Love this place! Although a bit of walking distance towards the main attraction area but it is still a great place to stay, love the view, bed room setup was spacious with a outdoor small balcony , weather was nice so add on to the pleasant factor here, the surrounding view was also mesmerising, should have stayed here for 2-3nights to enjoy the village vibes here definitely will come back, they also gave us free pick up ride from the bus station, note that they couldnt pick us up from the HSR Station due to some restrictions which we are not quite sure why, but they gave good instructions for us to take the bus rise which is very cheap right at the top of the HSR arrival exit

This hotel was the best hotel I stayed in throughout my holiday in China. Unfortunately, I stayed here only for 1 night. The people working at the reception were friendly and helpful. If you have any questions, you can contact them via Wechat. The room was already ready when we checked in so the lights and aircon was on when we entered the room. You can use AI smart control 小度 to control switches or perform various tasks. The beds were comfortable and location is good. It's walking distance from the subway station and various food/shopping streets in the city. The hotel uses Laifen hairdryer, it was so good that I'm thinking of getting one for myself. The welcome snacks were a nice touch and you can get coffee from the reception area.

Star Garden Hotel (IFS Guojin Center Pozi Street Branch) is a gem in Changsha. The location is unbeatable, steps from shopping and dining. Rooms are stylish, clean, and comfortable, with modern amenities. The staff are attentive and friendly, ensuring a seamless stay. Highly recommended for business or leisure travelers seeking convenience and comfort.

Good place if you're thinking about going to Tianmen mountain. Very close to the starting point and hotel staff can help you book the tickets with a discount which is great. On top of that, there are lots of restaurants close to the hotel location. The staff was great. Even though they did not speak English very well, they were trying their best to explain everything. We could also leave our bags stored for the whole day before our late night flight. The place is a little bit worn off, there are marks on the wall and on the ceiling (see pictures). So it needs a bit of renovation. Additionally there is no elevator which might be an issue to some people. We had a room on the 5th floor so it was a bit of a climb. I'd say it's good for one or two nights but I don't know if I would stay there longer than that.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful, especially considering the great value for the price we paid. The room was clean, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations in every way. What truly made our experience unforgettable was the kindness of the owner. We were in a tough spot, feeling unwell due to food poisoning, and they went above and beyond to help us by buying food for us. Their care and generosity made a challenging time so much easier. Highly recommend this place for both its quality and the warmth of its hospitality!

I came here without any tour guide, the people here are super helpful, but mostly communicated in mandarin. Food are mostly spicy and variety too, my son loves 串烧/barbecue food on a skewer, plain rice and non spicy noodle. Hotel provided unlimited drinking water, transportation are easy to find, online purchase is the most common thing to do here.
