I am 69 years old and have been living overseas for over forty years. Despite the language barrier, I truly appreciate （洋蜻）your patience and thoughtfulness in providing us with important travel information for seniors, as well as your valuable and heartwarming advice—all without causing us any inconvenience. Although we stayed for only one night, your 洋蜻careful guidance saved us a great deal of time and effort on our trip to Tianmen Mountain and the National Forest Park, helping us avoid unnecessary detours. Your thoughtfulness means a great deal to us. Thank you sincerely for your help, which made our journey smoother and more wonderful.

Good host. The room i booked had issues he changed the room. I dont know Chinese so couldn't read the air conditioning control so he came upstairs and helped me. I stayed in a cheap room and the hotel doesbt have elevator however clean bed and helpful host. The place is only 300 meters away from Tianmen mountain entrance. The street below is full of restaurants .

The Luyuan Inn is clean, tidy, and hygienic, with a comfortable and unique style. It's bright and airy with great natural light. The front desk lady was very friendly and enthusiastic, helping us with sightseeing tips, times, and routes. It's only a three-minute walk to the Tianmen Mountain cable car, and the high-speed train station, airport, and bus station are all within a 10-minute drive. The location is excellent, with lots of great food options nearby. Highly recommended!

This is the second time i come here to this hotel , and it won’t be the last time, there may be other hotels with similar or better views, but the service of the girl in the reception is the reason why i will always choose the Siman luxury hotel, she is so friendly so helpful so kind so serviable so professional , makes me feel home , i live in changsha i don’t need a hotel to stay the night, but whenever i need to feel home i come to this hotel thanks to her she is one of the best receptionists that all the hotels need , that girl deserves the best , and i love this hotel as long as she’s here , but the hotel it’s self is beautiful calm and comfortable clean and everything is in the order as well ❤️

The room was largely as described. The owner was very patient and kind, even helping me with my luggage and showing me to my room. However, do pay attention to the room size – the 'mini sunroom' was indeed quite small, but it's perfectly fine if you're a solo traveler and not too particular.

We stayed at the basement room and we still can see the waterfall view. Only blocked at a corner by the windows which are always opened at the next building. The best room with the waterfall view should be lvl 1 or 2. But generally the rooms have nice view of the waterfall. Everything in the room was clean. Owner is easily contactable via WeChat. So do email him in advance before reaching if you need any arrangements / enquiry so he can share you his WeChat contact. The daytime view in the photo is after I removed the windows. The night view photo is the actual view from the balcony.

The price is reasonable for this kind of holiday. The facilities are old and parking is not convenient. There are stains on the quilt. The glass door handle must have been broken for a long time. The air conditioning button is actually useless but it has air conditioning function. There are signs of mold in the corners.

The front desk service was very good. The room was small but well-equipped. The only difference was that the hair dryer wasn't powerful enough. The shampoo and shower gel came in disposable sachets. There were also disposable slippers. The TV worked fine.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station. The reception staff were friendly, and the room was very good considering the price. The photos accurately reflect the property. I would definitely stay here again.

Liu Yan she is very helpful owner. Very fast response on the message via trip.com, hotel very good area and she help us booked taxi, teach how to use wechat,assist to have the meal. I very highly recommend to have meal at his brother restaurant which almost fews steps from her hotel. Room very nice and clean.I would recommend peoples to stay this hotel you won't disappoint.
