"The apartment is very close to the bus terminal and most of the tourist attractions. It also has a lift, which is very handy, and the room is spacious and clean. The only disappointing aspect was that it was difficult to get hold of anyone quickly when we had an issue. If the management improves its customer service, the apartment would be like a five-star hotel! I will definitely be coming back."

"The hotel was small, which meant it was nice and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious with high ceilings. It was very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the free mini- bar- a lovely touch. The bathroom was nice and clean and it had a powerful shower. The only negative is that it was too hot and stuffy in the room. There was no air con although fans were provided but didn't cool it down sufficiently. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful with fresh fruit, fresh meats and cheeses, hot options, a good selection of pastries and cereals. The coffee machine was confusing- sometimes it was free and sometimes I was told that it wasn't (although I never actually paid). I would recommend staying at this lovely hotel. It is a 10 minute walk from the centre but there are trams available. It would be helpful to have details of the trams/buses into the centre in the hotel room. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay!"
