Our one night-stay was very pleasant and comfortable and deserving of 4 stars. The beds were comfortable, the room was quiet, the wifi worked well, and the room was well-appointed with all the typical necessities. I would have liked to have a freezer compartment in the mini fridge. The cleanliness level was good. The service was good. I marked it down one star for trouble with the breakfast. The coffee supply was not replenished in a timely fashion (completely out for20 minutes ) and when the bacon and potatoes ran out, there was no more provided (this was at 8:30am). The music piped into the lobby was pleasant but geared toward customers aged 70-80. I found that interesting and a little surprising.

Peaceful with great service and always helpful with available places to shop

Absolutely loved this property. Would be perfect for a longer stay, but we were only in town for one night. We arrived very early due to flight time, and were greeted by two very friendly and accommodating staffers, Lenroy and Angel. I was thanked for my Hilton loyalty, offered luggage storage, and was estimated a time a room should be ready. Lots to do in the lobby as well. Tru and Home 2 Suites are a ”shared property”, very close to convention center. Was just a quick 4 or so block walk to Hall of Fame and the arena and Broadway attractions. Sleek and modern rooms with small fridge, but oddly no micro or coffee maker. That is not a problem for me, but it may be for others. Delicious Lavazza coffee and Stash teas are available 24 hrs in the lobby. Pool tables, shuffleboard, games and TV's in lobby as well. LOTS of choices for the complimentary breakfast and there was never an issue with seating. Despite all of the construction going on downtown, we were never bothered by noise. Would happily choose this property again next time in Nashville.

Great room. Good service. Nice soft bed! Would recommend for your needs. Staff was helpful. Check in was very quick and no issues. I had booked online and got an amazing rate! Waffle House beside it has amazing food!

Arrived on May 5th for two weeks of training in Cookville. Upon arrival to the hotel in the evening, I was greeted by gentleman working the front desk. Following day after day when arriving or departed he would greet guests including myself. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and more than helpful when needed. During my stay, I requested to utilize my Marriott status for a room upgrade. The front desk associate Isabel was more than helpful getting this arrangement completed along with the manger during the hours I was in class. Each morning there was complementary continental breakfast. From the years staying at numerous of the Marriott properties, I would rate this breakfast above average. Again greeted each morning by Gitte working in this area. She literally would clean the tables after each and every person finished. Along with making sure everything was stocked and would check on items if they were not out to each guests liking. In my opinion, that’s a person going extra mile to make sure the guests were happy Overall, very happy with my accommodations, the pool area, and the gym. Just off the highway, close to everything.

We were traveling through Nashville on our way to Washington D.C.. At first I was a little concerned about the location but it turned out to be perfect. There is a wonderful Central American restaurant next to the property and it very convenient to get back on the highway. The room was clean, the front desk was extremely friendly and everything worked just fine. The breakfast was typical but got the job done

Great place to stay, not plush or full of amenities but, the beds were comfortable, the rooms clean. Very faint odor of smoke but not so much that it bothered my very sensitive nose. And, all at a budget friendly price.

My husband thought it was dirty he found dust on the lamp base. Probably when they vaccumed it spewed dust back out. You don’t get much for $200 these days but it was walking distance of Ruth Chris steak house. Parking cost us $60 for 2 cars that was ridiculous on top of the over priced room but the breakfast was very satisfying.

Staff was super friendly and hotel is just a short drive to the airport. Room smelled terrible and was very run down. Didn’t even have a garbage can in the room. Worst part was the cockroach I smashed in the morning. Could not get out of there fast enough. Do not recommend staying here

40Days 40 Nights on the road. This was the worst place and mistreatment. As the saying goes ( Treated worse than a Red Headed step child ). Called clerk for directions, know idea how to get there. Police Officer said foĺow him. Oh what a mistake that was. On arriving I handed the clerk my Driver's License and Credit Card. She promptly informed me of a 2 & 1/2 % charge for Cr. Cd. use. Plus if you lose your Key Card $5 ea. She gave me two. Hoping to reap the rewards. Got to room 500 feet down , around, and up. Room assigned was under construction. Walked back to desk. This time I was assigned a room higher up and at end of hall. Punishment for being disabled I guess. A.C / Heater had no controls . Lid was screwed down. Blew cold air all night. 17° in the a.m. No plug to unplug it either.Black hair on toilet and bathtub. No internet , not to worry. No cell phone charger. I shivered for hours. Finally left at 4 a.m. Gave them the $10 plastic key cards back and jumped in car to warm up.

We just checked in 20 minutes ago and I can say we will never be staying at this hotel ever again. The woman at check in was very rude. We asked about staying on a higher floor because we are 3 young women traveling alone and don’t feel safe on the first floor, and she said because of the type of room we booked they only have that on the first floor. We took our keys and went to the room, and the door was left open to the room, and it was a studio, not the suite that I prepayed for. When we went to tell the woman at the front desk she said it’s okay, we can just go in because the housekeeper probably just left the door open. After explaining that it’s not what I booked, we don’t feel safe, and it smells like feet, she made a face and reluctantly gave us keys to the suite I reserved on a higher floor. Fridge doesn’t have freezer tray for ice Fridge is missing a shelf Curtain is broken Beds are so old and sunken in There is a greasy handprint on the headboard. Room still smells like feet

$$ DO NOT BOOK BEFORE READING THIS $$ THIS IS AN ONGOING PROBLEM THAT I WILL UPDATE WHILE DEVELOPING Since checking in there is no internet in my room. You know the level of care a hotel have for its guest by how it act when there is a problem. Owning and solving it. Choice Hotels manage many hotels and also Comfort Suites Gatlinburg, and they do not own the problems their guests have. Their problems become the guest problem to follow up and solve. Instead of having your mind on relaxing and enjoying your stay you own a problem of the hotel infrastructure. Don’t know how is it for you, but for me and because of my line of work, one of the features I look at hotels when vacationing is access to wifi at the room. I need that to stay connected for work, unfortunately. Choice Hotels (Comfort Suites Gatlinburg) advertise that they have “high speed internet”, but no internet in my room. I spoke 3 times with the third party company that runs it for the hotel after checking in. Yes, you read it right, instead of owning the problem, the hotel has a sign telling me to call a third party company that run this stuff for them. Their problem became my problem. My first call to them was 20 min after checking in. At the 2nd call that they would have to escalate the problem. After calling the front desk again at the night of my 2nd day here, still without internet, after having spoken 3 times with their service provider, the hotel sent a staff member to my room. One of the times I’ve spoken with their internet service provider, I was told that it could be the router (at each time they said something different), so the hotel staff came to see it, but we found out that there was no router at the room. The staff member (who was learning about the situation at that moment) was very attentive, he had a posture of someone trying to solve a problem instead of giving excuses. He called the service provider, explaining what was happening and pushing for a solution, the feedback he got was that the service provider would have to escalate the problem AGAIN. Can you believe that?? The escalation of the escalation. The service provider representative said he could see that there was an escalation registered after my 2nd call to them to solve the issue but also that nothing had being done about it. The guy sent by the hotel to my room was clearly uncomfortable with the situation of the service provider escalating an already escalated problem, but could do nothing, as there was a third party service provider involved. He was asking for a time for the answer about the escalation of the escalation but only got evasive answers in return. He was frustrated. The reason they are escalating my situation again is because no one at this third party service provider is following up to have it solved. It is really unfortunate because the hotel staff is great, really nice people, from breakfast to the staff that came to see the problem today, but if Choice Hotel, who I lea

Upon arrival noticed that the place was freshly painted, freshly renovated Cutest fall decorations, felt very comfortable environment. Staff was extremely nice. Rooms were extremely clean. Complementary breakfast was a plus would highly recommend this place especially for the price.

The hotel is located by the quiet river, just a few minutes walk to the city center, saving the trouble of shopping and driving. As soon as I entered the door, I found that the toilet and sink were not connected to 𣈱, and immediately contacted the front desk, but immediately sent us tools to let us deal with 😓 after insisting on changing rooms or leaving the hotel, I gave another room to live in. If there is no unpleasant experience, this is a good place! Breakfast is also delicious!

A decent place to stay for couple of days. Location is very good with close proximity to every essential stuff.

This place exceeded expectations in every way possible. I can’t believe this is actually an Econo lodge. The rooms are clean and serviced daily. There’s a free breakfast which is okay. But what really stands out is how brand new and sparkly everything feels. The landscaping is done very well. I would definitely stay here again.

9The staff was very friendly, they spoke to us every time we walked by the front desk. They had a good amount of parking, some was even covered. They are an older hotel, but they have kept everything in good shape and even had some USB ports in the rooms. The room was very spacious. They also have a microwave and refrigerator in the room, which was nice to have, along with a table and two chairs in the room with two queen beds. They also had continental breakfast every morning from 7am till 9:30am. The have a small outside pool. They also had bench's outside along the river, that the hotel over looks, so you can enjoy the river view. Overall this is a good place to stay and at a good rate.

Twin Mountain Inn & Suites in Pigeon Forge, TN, offers a delightful stay with its clean, spacious rooms and beautiful river views. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a comfortable experience. Guests can enjoy cozy fireplaces and private balconies, adding a special touch to their stay. The location is perfect, close to popular attractions like Dollywood and the Great Smoky Mountains. The breakfast is delicious and varied, providing a great start to the day. This was hands down one of the best Choice Hotels we've stayed at and we've stayed in a LOT of these hotels in the last 8 years. The rooms were clean, beds nice and comfortable, pillows just the right softness/hardness, plenty of towels, wash clothes and the complimentary soap actually smelled NICE! But the very BEST part of this stay was dealing with the front end desk auditors. Each and every one of them were friendly, thoughtful, kind, understanding, very polite and competent. They actually cared about each and every guest and went over and beyond. The atmosphere here was relaxing and fun; the outdoor seating area is perfect for morning coffee and watching the sun rise. The breakfast was beyond what you'd normally expect; they have a mother and daughter running the kitchen and there wasn't a single thing we didn't like, from the waffles to the coffee, how clean everything was at ALL times, even during the rush hours - we can't say enough about how wonderful they did and how great the food was. Thank you Vicky, Donna, Diane, Dale and I'm sure I'm missing someone - but thank you to everyone working there; you made our first family vacation in years something fun and special, so much so that we bailed out on Washington D.C. to come back to you for the remaining days and we will certainly come back each time we go to the Smokey's. We've already told several family and friends to stay there and we can't wait to see y'all again!

Stayed here as family, good location in town. Despite listing on Choice hotel site, THERE IS NO BREAKFAST at the hotel, apparently for the last few months while the hotel has been under renovation. Room had a sour smell and in need of repairs. Open WiFi, no password needed. Access doors to hotel stay open without key card security. We got the impression that the hotel was under new ownership, making changes and renovations that will take time. Hope that those who stay there in the future may have the experience that we had hoped we would have had. I know the owners are trying and I hope their endeavors pay off. A little more accuracy in hotel listing and communication at check-in would help decrease customer frustration.
