Service was good. Breakfast was good. The room was clean. Coffe at room was good. The location was good. But, there is no additional water for the 2nd day at the room.
Hotel directly next to the train station - unfortunately also the room directly next to the highway. windows quite well contained. Wellness area actually beautiful. It would have been nice if we had been told when checking in after the question of the wellness area that there are no bathroom clothes, but for 4,- at the reception. This would save us the march through the unspecified and relatively well-designed gangs. Also the ”frokost sample” before the breakfast room was completely superfluous if you've already gone. We were Saturday at 9 a.m. breakfast, were welcomed by the ”frokost” with the notice that it is now full. This notice would be in the room and/or a driving chair certainly helpful. Also the permanent indications ”douche before bath” in the wellness area are rather nervous without shower gel in the showers. Small things that unfortunately reduce the quite positive overall impression.
Convenient location, right near the station and a lot of places to eat, and an REWE for your groceries too. Room was clean and spacious, kitchen especially was spotless, well stocked and well organised. Staff were friendly and very helpful, looked after my luggage as my flight arrived at 8am. Bed was very comfy
At the arrival we were welcomed friendly, could go to the room before 15:00. Instruction came like from the fast firearm that I couldn't take it all right. Room was beautifully spacious and clean, but too hot, air conditioning was not controlable. Bed was very comfortable, no back pain. Minibar no longer available in the room, for that is a drinking machine at the reception, felt like in a youth hostel. Breakfast was super, staff very nice. The hygiene is still air upwards, for example, a lap washed several tables with it, newly covered. The space decks were only washed generously. In times of Corona I would have expected something more. In the bar high prices, staff overburdened by the number of guests. Long waiting for drinks. Ash cups in the outer area were stoned, the table stood empty cups around the whole day.
As we were mostly on the way, everything was all right. Had liked a map on the room so I can look at everything in peace, for example, with regard to the spa area, travel may be a city plan.
It was more often in the marine in other cities in the past, and now it was a little more savings, while other hotel chains keep their standard.
Everything in all, was okay, but I don't have to go for the price again.
The hotel is conviently located very close to the central train station. In the pedestrian walk way of the train station take the exit ”Bürgerweide/Congress-Centrum” and turn right. The entrance to the hotel is less than 100 m from the exit of the train station. The reception staff is friendly, my room was clean and nicely furnished. The hotel does provide room service only every 3rd day of your stay. While I do not need a new towel every day, I felt annoyed by the lack of daily service to make up the room, as I certainly expect this daily service from a hotel of this price category. I felt even more annoyed by the fact that this lack of service comes along with ridiculous mission statements ”be part of the future” (see picture). I am not interested in being part of a travel future, where maximizing profit through reducing service is the vision of the brand management.
My conclusion, if you stay one night, I can recommend the hotel, if you stay more then one night consider to chose a brand that still provides room services.
Ich übernachte immer gerne in diesem Hotel, da die Stadt und der Alte Hafen so nah sind.
Eine gute Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln hat und eine Garage unter dem Hotel.
A really nice hotel along the river. Room is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is great. It won’t take long to walk to the old town. There are quite many restaurants along the river. I will definitely be there again.
The location is very good, the nearby is the city center of Bremen, eating and shopping are very convenient, the room is large, this is already better than many hotels in Europe. Rich breakfast, good front desk attitude
Excellent location of the hotel, just for train travelers. We were to the Christmas market in Bremen and were very pleased with the hotel and especially the service, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. Breakfast was also good. Thank you again!
The hotel is within easy walking distance of the train station. The old town is also close by.
The room was clean and spacious. The refrigerator was broken, but was quickly replaced.
The service staff was friendly and accommodating.

GGuest UserHotel is nicely renovated. The lobby and restaurants looked impressive. Breakfast had enough selection and was nice. Towels and bedding were new.
However, the bathroom was extremely small and quite difficult to get in the shower due to the positioning of the door. Water bottle was not refilled so maybe it’s only one bottle per stay.
Overall good for our needs.

HHeyerThe city centre and train station are within walking distance from the hotel. The rooms are nice, clean and modern. The lobby has a bar and restaurant with elegant design. There is a spacious and very comfortable smoking room opposite the reception. The front desk service is always very friendly and helpful. Had a perfect day at the bar, no motivation the next night. It doesn't matter, we are all human beings. I will not go to any other hotels in Bremen, I know a lot in my former hometown.
GGuest UserWas up in NY for graduation ceremony with our family and had the double suite with a separate living room and kitchenette. Very helpful and pleasant staff, excellent neighborhood with lots of great restaurants. And washer /dryer available is a big plus
WWorthWow, it’s awesome. I booked it for breakfast, but it’s free. The environment is also very good. The train station I saw on the balcony is the photo on the publicity map. The room of the peers is incredibly large and incredible. .
