Good location with many food options nearby. Walking distance to Nagoya Hill Mall. Breakfast is superb, delicious local tastes. The room is clean but lacks amenities, especially hand towels and hairdryers.

The hotel is very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is small and dirty when we were there. Kids walking around at the breakfast area and jumping in and out from the pool to breakfast area. No proper towels provided for the pool. My room is clean but face a block of construction wall which looks really eerie at night. I think they are in the midst of extension their hotel. Blackout twice but power came back fast. Despite the small imperfect, it is still a very comfortable hotel which I will go back to in Batam.

A perfect stay! I enjoyed this resort so much. Everything is very accessible, and the room was beautifully designed. The staff are all incredibly friendly—especially the security guards and buggy drivers who provided excellent service. Between the fantastic restaurants, the relaxing bar, and the stunning view, everything about this trip was absolutely perfect. Highly recommended!

The check- in was smoothe The access to the room was convinient (on the 3rd floor). The amenities were superb (elevator was near, dining area was located on 1st floor & wash was okay) Ovwrall would recommend to those short getaway.

It was my partner’s birthday when we arrived at the hotel, and we decided to request an early check-in. We approached Customer Service, where Wan kindly attended to us. He explained that the room was still being cleaned, so we decided to take a walk around the nearby mall while waiting. The location was very convenient, and we noticed that there were several spas in the surrounding area, so we decided to book a couple’s room for a relaxing spa experience. When we returned to the hotel, our room was ready. We were delighted with the beautiful view from the 18th floor, overlooking the surrounding houses and buildings. My partner was especially happy with the thoughtful little birthday decorations in the room. We also had a lovely dinner that evening. We especially enjoyed the begedil and kept going back for more! The prawns were delicious as well, and I found myself getting seconds. To make the evening even more special, we were able to enjoy the beautiful sunset while seated in the dining area. The following day, the hotel surprised us with a slice of cake, which was a lovely touch. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the thoughtful service and little details that made my partner’s birthday extra special. I also had the Ayam Taliwang set for lunch one afternoon while my partner was out playing golf. The food was fantastic and I thoroughly enjoyed the meal. The lady who recommended the dish to me was very friendly and attentive throughout my lunch. I’m sorry I didn’t manage to get her name, but I truly appreciated how she took such good care of me and made me feel comfortable, warm, and relaxed during my meal. Overall, we had a wonderful experience throughout our stay. We will definitely be coming back again, especially whenever we are planning another spa getaway or when my partner has another golf trip.

I enjoyed the accessibility to Grand ESKA spa. The breakfast buffet was simple yet enjoyable and delicious. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Appreciated the front desk team for remembering us by face and asking how our day was daily. The hotel was refurbished. Even though old, the bed was good, firm and new and room was kept clean. The lift was rather dingy but it still got us up and down safely. Lastly, i personally enjoyed the quiet corners of the hotel. Loved the fact that our level was “child free” hence there werent kids shouting in rooms. I love children, but the hotel’s particular policy of no child in the room type we booked was pleasantly surprising. Will returned. Note: spa experience was on point too.

Facilities: The recreational facilities are abundant and great, with plenty to do. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, and the staff's attitude is very good. Service: Every staff member greets you warmly and friendly, which really enhances the emotional experience. Environment: The environment is beautiful, giving a complete resort feel.

This hotel truly offers great value for money; I only paid a little over 500 when I booked it. The rooms are average, especially the bathroom, which I really didn't like. It's too small, and the shower only has a half-glass door, so water splashes out everywhere when you shower. The sink is a vessel sink, making it easy to splash water all over when washing clothes. Also, some details in the room show that the decor was done quite carelessly, with many paint seams not properly finished. However! The hotel's public areas and staff are exceptional. The public areas are beautiful, and it's very close to Lagoi Plaza. The sea outside isn't crystal clear, but the sand on the beach is decent. The hotel staff are very warm and friendly, always answering my questions patiently. I'm very satisfied! The hotel breakfast is also pretty good, with plenty of options, though it might not have suited our personal taste. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. It's the kind of place I'd definitely stay at again if I have the chance!

There were free pick up from the terminal, no need to arrange, someone will be there. The massage was an experience, for 60 mins about $52. Activities and food is a little pricy but you can easily get a grab to grab to the plaza where there’s many more shops there.

The receptionist & staff are friendly and helpful..always smile even though they have a lot of customers need to check in at same time..the staff upgraded my two rooms to deluxe room with bath tub & both are huge..hair dryer & iron are upon request but for iron, the customer can use for 1 hour.. My parents room have stagnant water in the bathroom & the wall also not so clean...my room also having coffee stained at the coffee table...maybe the housekeeping shaould take care more about this. The breakfast is good & having mutiple choices... Overall, my stay with my family at this hotel is awesome..
