Holiday visit, chose to stay near airport rather than walk around in old town at night. Hotel was ok but not outstanding, decent room, staff tried hard, but services and hotel a bit tired.

Lovely location, beautiful hotel, set back from the road over-looking the sea. Just outside the hustle and bustle of the centre of Sanremo, only a 10 minute walk into the centre. With a delicious breakfast with plenty of variety. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The spa was lovely, with a large steam room, sauna, Hydrotherapy pool, showers and ice. As well as plenty of loungers, teas, water and fruit.

The hotel is in an excellent location, only a few minutes away from the train station. Some of the rooms in the hotel have been renovated, but the room I stayed in was not renovated because it was a budget room. The room is underground. The walls and carpets in the corridor are dark in color and there is insufficient light. It feels a bit gloomy. The furniture in the room is shabby, the carpet is dull and the hair is falling off. I feel uncomfortable. I stayed for two nights and stayed there the next day. Skin allergies appear. Moreover, because it is a ”affordable” (hotel definition) room, it does not provide distilled water or a water boiler, nor does it provide free tea bags or coffee. The most outrageous thing is that there are no water cups, and the plastic cups used for brushing teeth will be taken away the next day! We booked five rooms. I stayed in an ”affordable” room, but the hotel did not indicate in advance that the room I stayed in did not provide the above items, so I just thought that compared with the other four rooms, my room was smaller. That’s all.

It is a very good hotel. The location is perfect, close to everything. It is quite well soundproofed and nicely decorated. Hotel perfectly clean, with enough towels and products. The staff is helpful, welcoming and does everything to make the stay pleasant. Spacious room! Be careful with the parking lot because there is not enough space … we could not park our car at the hotel and places are very difficult to find in this city.

Our room was very comfortable and the 4th floor location was great! The room was listed as a garden view, but from our lovely terrace, we definitely had partial ocean view! We loved having a terrace complete with a table, 2 chairs, two lounge chairs and a remote control awning, to make shade if needed! The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The front desk staff and the staff in the dining area were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices were varied and good. We didn’t use the rooftop pool, lounge chairs, or hot tub but it looked fun. We also didn’t swim or access the private beach; the price of 50 Euros for 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella seemed a bit expensive. We were unsure if we could have gone there just to sit and have a drink without paying a fee. We should have asked. The location is about a 20 minute walk from the train station and there are no sidewalks for a small section as you get close to the hotel, so you have to change to the water side of the street and then cross back over. The city buses from the train station seem to always be very, very full so using the bus with any luggage would have been almost impossible.

Located in La Spezia, a hotel for visiting Cinque Terre, the hotel is close to the train station and can be reached on foot. The hotel room is very clean and the breakfast is also good.

The hotel has a good environment and is decorated in an old-fashioned style. You need to go to the Savoi Hotel next door to complete the formalities. Very close to Piazza Principe Station. It takes about 15 minutes and more than 20 minutes to walk to Garibaldi Street and Ferrari Square.

Stayed 1 night in this hotel only because it was fully booked! ): Location wise - excellent. Walking distance from La Spezia train station, only 8 min walk. Manageable with luggages. Walk to city center and port is also easy and around 15mins only. Because of the good location, we didn’t have to spend on Transportation! Nearby there are many shops to get water, there is also a Carrefour 300m away. Safe area with lots of local shops. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable. There is a nice balcony to chill like an italian. They provide basic toilet amenities and even 2 bottles of water. Toilet is clean. Only bad thing is water pressure is quite slow so bath time takes long. However, the large and spacious room makes up for it. Room is also very quiet for a good night’s sleep. I slept very well. Check in office is at another location around 100m away from property. Do note it is not at the same area. Plus point is property had a small elevator for heavyweight luggages. Most italian buildings do not have elevators Will definitely recommend this place! Very convenient and affordable. Highly recommend!

Really the best hotel we have stayed in in Liguria. We were even able to check in at 11:30 a.m. without paying an extra charge. The hotel is very well equipped. It is right in the middle of Genoa by the harbor. 1A!

The hotel is perfectly OK, there was even an airport shuttle. Unfortunately there was no shower gel in the room.

I and my colleagues stayed for one night at the building. Comfortable location near the motorway exit. Modern, clean and comfortable structure. The room may be a little small, but for one night it's good. A large parking is available and free. Breakfast is wide and varies in both sweet and salt. Options also for those with gluten intolerances.

Very nice hotel, clean rooms, rich breakfast, only 5 minutes away from the city center, very convenient. Everything in Genova is very cheap, you can have a cup of cappuccino for 1.5 euros in a street cafe, a large bottle of 660ml Italian beer in the supermarket is only 1.3 euros, and mineral water is only 0.15 euros. You can have a plate of stir-fried vegetables or two braised lion heads for 6 euros in a Chinese restaurant, all of which are unimaginable in Shanghai.

The Grand Hotel Torre Fara is the result of a great expertise and quality restructuring carried out on a 20-year-old article of then dominant, impressive and very burning architecture that was originally a marine colony the regime. Well furnished and furnished rooms with everything and a restaurant/breakfast (good), large and bright, being a whole glass paddle directly on the sea, enjoying a superb view of Portofino, fifth scenery as added value. the location is excellent right across the Milano Brignole Rail station, and there are plenty of eateries and shopping nearby. The room is clean, and drinks and snacks in the fridge are free to guests. This is impressive and well received by both me and my wife. The room is quiet, even though our room is right across the elevator. The elevator is one of the oldest I have seen, and it works perfectly. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. Since I booked this hotel more than a month ago, so the tariff was quite reasonable.

Service has improved somewhat than before, and credit cards without UnionPay sign are finally available. It is cold to walk in this area with high buildings everywhere this season. There are not many train stations nearby, so you still have to see clearly and plan your trip.

close to the portal, need take taxi or bus to the train station. While I enjoy 20minutes walking through the main street to get there. Great staff, checked in for me earlier than expected, because the room was ready. I appreciate that. I paid in a good price for Clean and good amenities, very happy stay there. If I'm going back to the city, I'm gonna stay with them again

From La Spezia Train Station, walk three or four minutes to the left. The exterior of the hotel is very old, and the elevator is of the old style. It can only accommodate two people and luggage. But the room is quite spacious, there are slippers, the minibar is too rich, although we did not enjoy it. There is a coffee machine in the common area of the corridor and small snacks are provided. Lemons are abundant here, so there is also a supply of fresh lemons. Due to limited space, breakfast is not served at the hotel, but at a restaurant at 11 o'clock on the left of the gate. You can get a croissant, juice and a hot drink with the hotel’s breakfast card. The city tax was first charged when staying in the hotel. It may be due to limited staff. We did not find the service staff at 8 am on the day of check-out. We put the key in the room and left directly. The overall feeling of the hotel is pretty good, you can recommend it!

When I arrived on the first day, the navigation was always wrong. I turned around and around and finally found the hotel. There was only one parking space in front of the door, so I parked first. I asked the front desk, and they said that this was the parking space for checking in and I couldn't park there. I went out to look for a parking space for a long time and couldn't find a parking space. I was very tired at the time and wanted to rest for a while before moving the car. After completing the formalities, the front desk didn't give me a room card and asked me to move the car with a very determined attitude. I said I would put my luggage in the room first. The female service staff at the front desk said that she would come down to move the car in 10 minutes. I asked her where to park? She said she would park in the underground parking lot of the center. I asked her if there was a parking space? She said she didn't know and she had to find it herself. It was so annoying. I could only put my luggage first and then move the car. When I got to the room, the waiter was still mopping the floor. I touched the sheets and they were wet. I asked her to change them, but the waiter didn't understand and called the front desk. I said you can come and see for yourself. The older lady at the front desk came up and told the waiter to change the dry sheets. I really don't understand why they had to give me wet sheets when there were dry sheets? After we changed the sheets, we went out to look for a parking space. We went around and around looking for a parking space. Maybe it was the weekend, so parking spaces were hard to find. We used the navigation to go around and around and finally parked the car in the underground garage. We were exhausted both physically and mentally. It was already past 9 o'clock in the evening when we walked back to the hotel. It was a very unhappy experience.

It is a very authentic B&B. The room is also clean. The shampoo and shower gel is from an Italian brand. There is sufficient hot water supply to relieve fatigue. However, the mattress is a bit soft, but it is acceptable for one night's stay. Close doors and windows carefully, there are mosquitoes.

I knew it was an airbnb hotel when I checked in, except that it was a bit inconvenient to check in. I had to ring the doorbell to call the landlord. Everything else was good. The room was big enough and the bathroom was clean.

It's a good walk from the station. The road to the hotel is a pedestrian road, so taxis don't go. I went to Naples 21 from the station and was guided by the staff. The staff took a destination on the app to tell me the wrong way Google Maps told me the wrong way I left my key in the room, but I solved it by phone. There are everything I need in the room. You can simply cook and eat, and there are microwave ovens, coffee pots, coffee machines, toasters, electric stoves, etc. There's a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine. There's a strange elevator, so you don't have to worry about heavy luggage. Spacious, comfortable and comfortable
