Ron Keke is the GOAT!!! The location is super convenient, and they provide all the toiletries you could ask for, including very practical facial cleansers and masks! For this price at this location, what more could you possibly want? Just go for Ron Keke, you won't regret it! The overall vibe is quite retro, but the room is a bit small. If you lay out two suitcases on the floor, you might not have much room to walk around.

Excellent service, they handled our luggage very well. The room was also very comfortable. I especially loved their breakfast, which had a great variety. The location is perfect for exploring on foot right downstairs, and it's close to a famous unagi restaurant. I'd definitely come back here.

The Apartment Hotel 11 Nagoya was a very convenient stay. It was super clean and comfortable. It's a walk to the subway and a short walk to other spots. There's lots of stores and restaurants close to the hotel as well. We used the airport bus from Sakae station to Nagoya airport NGO and it was super convenient (cashless service). They also have a bus from the airport that stops at Nagoya Tokyu hotel, which will be even more convenient. Looking forward to the next stay in Nagoya.

I can only say that the price we paid when booking 2 months in advance was somewhat justified for this hotel. The exterior looks decent, but the inside is very old and worn. My biggest complaint is about the escalator. Since the front desk is on the second floor and we arrived around 2 PM, the escalator was only going down 😓. There were stairs next to it, but our luggage was too heavy for us girls to carry up. After searching for a long time, we found that if you want to use the elevator, you have to go through the main entrance, then turn left and follow a 'secret' path. There's a button 🔘 at the entrance; press it to let the front desk know you're checking in, and they'll open the door! However, when we came back in the evening, the escalator was going up 😓. Maybe we just arrived at the wrong time! Service: The female receptionist's attitude was mediocre, no smile, and she seemed rather unenthusiastic. She felt a bit stern! Facilities: The hot springs ♨️ on the third floor downstairs are quite nice and seem to have been renovated recently. They feel out of place with the old, worn-out hotel! The room facilities themselves are quite complete, but the soundproofing is a bit poor!

The biggest advantages: 1. Free parking available. 2. Features a large public bath. 3. Surrounded by many shopping malls. 4. Excellent cleanliness. 5. Breakfast includes eel rice (unadon). Disadvantages: The room wasn't what I wanted; the floor was too low. Although it had a balcony, it was too far from the elevator, and since my mother has difficulty walking, the room being so far inside with no alternative was inconvenient.

The location is excellent, right outside Exit 4 of Hisaya-odori Station. The room is a typical Japanese layout, very small, but has everything you need and is super clean. There's a public bath on the top floor which is great for unwinding. It's very convenient for shopping, visiting Nagoya TV Tower, and buying Harbs cakes. Breakfast is decent, and you can even have unagi don. If you book this hotel for both the beginning and end of your trip, they offer free luggage storage, which is a really nice touch.

I was impressed by the fantastic breakfast, which featured a wide selection of delicious options. The spacious rooms offered a great view of the planes taking off and landing, making the stay enjoyable. Additionally, thoughtful amenities like a wet towel dispenser at the buffet table added a nice touch. However, the room felt a bit dark, which could be improved. Overall, it’s a solid choice for travelers seeking comfort and convenience.

The location is great! From the central exit of Nagoya Subway Station, turn right, go down two sets of stairs, and you'll find an elevator lobby. Take that elevator to the 1st floor, then switch to the elevator across from it to the 11th-floor lobby for check-in. I was relieved that my large suitcase could open and lay flat in the room, and there was also a full-length mirror. The cleanliness was excellent, with no strange odors. My room faced the street, but it wasn't noisy, and I could see the TV Tower across the way. Taking the elevator directly to the 3rd floor leads you to the bus station, which is very convenient for traveling to other cities. The only minor issue was that the Wi-Fi was unstable and would disconnect automatically.

This was my first time staying at this hotel in Nagoya, and I have to admit, the room was really small, even for one person it felt cramped. Luckily, the hotel's location is excellent, right in the business district with Mitsukoshi and Matsuzakaya department stores nearby, which is super convenient for shopping. The hotel breakfast was decent, but the famed unagi don (eel rice bowl) never made an appearance. Also, when I went for breakfast on the second floor in the morning, there was no one at the restaurant entrance. I just stood there with my meal ticket, feeling a bit silly. After waiting for a while, I couldn't hold back and said, ”Is anyone here?” That's when a male staff member, who I believe was Southeast Asian, peeked out from a room next to the reception desk. He only stood up after seeing the meal ticket in my hand, and then I was finally able to enter the restaurant. I hope the hotel strengthens its staff's service awareness, especially the training for foreign employees. Only then can they attract more guests amidst fierce market competition.

The hotel is nice and clean, and the staff is very friendly. But our choice of hotel wasn't very logical. We arrived from Nagoya to visit the Toyota Museum for a day and were leaving for Tokyo the next day. Overall, it ended up being a hassle to get to the hotel after the Shinkansen, then back, and then to the museum, which involved transfers. I then chose a traditional-style room for a change, but sleeping on the floor was a bit hard. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station. Those are my mistakes, not the hotel's.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is good, right in the center of Rong. However, the room size is quite small, and the lighting is very dim. The room design feels a bit overly complex and impractical, and the mini-fridge is ridiculously tiny. The hotel corridors and elevators are predominantly dark-toned, making them feel very gloomy. The biggest flaw is that the hotel starts from the 24th floor upwards, requiring a transfer to another elevator on the 24th floor. During peak hours in the evening, there's a long queue for the elevators, which would make descending very difficult in an emergency. The front desk staff also aren't as welcoming as in other hotels; sometimes they don't even greet guests passing by. I won't be staying here again.

JJackie choiYYThis hotel is located in a quiet area, with a car park right next to it. I appreciate the 500 yen parking voucher provided by the hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and able to answer all our questions. The hotel offers a bedrock bath and sauna for one complimentary use, but unfortunately, the times I wanted were fully booked, so I recommend booking early. The front desk also offers a variety of amenities, including skincare products and children's body wash, which is very comprehensive. The room design is excellent! It has all sorts of facilities, and it's very convenient for storing belongings. The toilet has a heater, and the kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, coffee maker, and water purifier. The room's design concept is perfect for families, with enough space to accommodate two large suitcases.

DDan39Hotel is clean n location wise quite near to the night activities where u can stay around till quite late and still feel the vibrant of the city. For those driving, the hotel got a carpark just beside it but it was full when we arrived to check in after 7pm. The staff then recommended us to park our car at a nearby carpark (see pic attached). This nearby carpark is chargeable at ¥2000 for overnight parking (payable at hotel counter) and the price is reasonable considering the location.

KKafeishangdemaoerduoThe renovated rooms are really modern and well-equipped. They're not huge, but super convenient! Takashimaya is within walking distance, and it's easy to get to Meitetsu Station. Perfect for sightseeing. There are tons of shopping and dining options nearby, so you'll never have to worry about food. For breakfast, they even offer Nagoya specialties like Ogura toast and Kishimen noodles. I'd definitely choose this place again on my next trip!

GGuest UserExcellent value for over 1600. The front desk staff spoke good English and gave us a room with a view facing Legoland. The hotel facilities are very kid-friendly, and the restaurant serves food that children love. Don't forget to open the safe in your room – it comes with a bag of LEGO toys! For dining, I recommend the street behind the hotel, Maker's Pier, which offers a wide variety of choices. The hotel also has a children's pool where kids can play and even build their own life raft. Be sure to book in advance; reservations for the afternoon or evening slots open at 12 PM, and each session is 30 minutes long. There's also a small children's playground next to the restaurant.

AAnonymous UserWe were a family of four (two adults, two children) and stayed one night, then went to Shinhotaka, and then returned for another night. The hotel was kind enough to store our luggage in between stays, which was incredibly convenient! On the second night, I accidentally booked the wrong room, but the hotel upgraded us for free, which was really appreciated!
