The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options including Western and local Malaysian dishes. The location is super convenient, less than 1km walk from Gaya Street, so it was a nice stroll back to the hotel after dinner to help digest. The front desk staff, both the gentlemen and ladies, were always smiling. We communicated smoothly using a translation app. We also booked a Kawa half-day tour (2 PM - 9 PM) through the hotel. To our surprise, it was a private car and guide service for only 180 MYR – an absolutely amazing value!

Stayed for 2 nights Always to stay here rate wise depends, u could grab a great offer but unfortunately i didnt I stayed dueing ramadan, and had 2 sahoor but both servings are dissappointment, tasteless and i dont know Even try their iftar programme too, but hurmm sadly it was the same Silver linings is walking distance to Imago mall, 10min ehailing to airport The parking is free (first come first serve) Owh forgot about the room smell, smells draft abit Recommended hotel but need to step up on the culinaries.

The hotel is located in the city center. The interior of the hotel is very modern and the room is clean. The staffs are very friendly , helpful and always greet us whenever we go back to the hotel . Two convenience stores downstairs and some restaurants.

The location is super convenient, right next to Suria Sabah shopping mall. Shopping, groceries, and dining are all within easy reach. The DBKK jetty is a 3-5 minute walk away, making island hopping a breeze. Gaya Street is also a 6-10 minute walk, perfect for shopping and picking up local specialties. All in all, the location is excellent! (The best part is that you can find Shu Da Xia hotpot inside Suria Sabah, and there's another Sichuan restaurant next to Ya Yan. It's tough getting used to local food when traveling abroad, it's often too sweet, so having familiar Chinese food was a huge blessing!) The family room we booked for four was very spacious. On our first day, we were lucky to find a very pretty front desk lady who spoke Chinese, though she was the only one – the other staff only spoke English. Communication was smooth on the first day, and check-in was quick. We ran into her again on our last day, and she offered free luggage storage. I'd definitely stay here again next time. The buffet breakfast had limited variety, but it was enough to fill you up, and you could still find something you liked. (Don't set your expectations too high; it's not as lavish as the breakfasts offered in various hotels back home.) There's also a rooftop pool, which we unfortunately didn't get to use due to time constraints. We had a sea view from our room, which was a pleasant surprise!

Great sea view and pretty convenient transportation. The breakfast was really just so-so though, not much variety. I'm not sure what those online reviews praising the breakfast were even talking about!

The room has cooking facilities, including an induction hob and microwave, making it perfect for a family of three or a couple's getaway. The hotel uses a key card system for elevator access, ensuring great security. Plus, there's a fantastic swimming pool and gym on the 11th floor. It operates like a self-service apartment, so you'll need to contact them via WeChat in advance to arrange key collection, check-in, and check-out.

The hotel is located on an island with a nice environment, perfect for those who want to relax and chill without island hopping. The staff are very enthusiastic. The restaurant offers a limited selection of dishes, but the taste is good. As it's an island hotel, prices are definitely higher than in the city. Downsides: 1. We had to pay a separate island entrance fee, just like the island-hopping tourists. 2. There's no Wi-Fi in the rooms, and mobile network signals are also unavailable on the island. Internet access is only available in the lobby and restaurant, so those who can't live without internet should think twice. 3. The room experiences three short power outages daily. 4. During the day, there are many noisy island-hopping tourists. It only gets quiet before 9 AM and after 4 PM when the tourists have left. 5. The duvet doesn't have a cover; the comforter is sandwiched between two sheets. The comforter often slips out during sleep and looks quite dirty. Hopefully, these issues can be improved.

The room was really big and comfortable, with two 1.8-meter king-size beds. The location is excellent, making it super convenient to get a taxi to the pier or the airport. Originally, I was on the eighth floor right next to the elevator, and the elevator doors were so noisy all night that I couldn't sleep. The next morning, I went to the front desk, and the lady there was very helpful and quickly moved me to the 12th floor. From the room, you can see the most beautiful sunset!

This isn't a resort, but rather an excellent transit hotel for your first night. The quality is top-tier: it is brand-new, impeccably clean, fully automated, and staffed by incredibly friendly people. ＞ Location:Not on the beach, but in the airport's Arab quarter. There is a 24/7 supermarket nearby, though no renowned restaurants. ＞ Recommendation:If you land in the evening, save your money by staying here first to rest before heading to your resort the next day. ＞ 这家不是传统度假酒店，而是极佳的中转站。酒店品质顶尖，设施崭新、全智能化且卫生极佳，员工也非常友善。 ＞ 位置：不在海滩边，位于机场附近的阿拉伯区。周边有24小时超市，但无知名餐厅。 ＞ *建议：若您傍晚落地，无需将钱浪费在度假酒店上，推荐先住在这里休整一晚，次日再前往度假。

Rooms are adequately spacious, not too narrow. Washroom however the doors are half size for a regular men size. Location is great. Walking distance, non-covered pedestrian walkway to the Suria Mall and a few groceries stores. If you're driving, sufficient street parking spaces available and pay by the Flexi Parking APP during business hours , Mon to Sat.
