Check-in was quick and easy. The room was quite spacious and the decor felt fresh and new. The elevators were fast, so there was hardly any waiting. We stayed for three days, and one morning there was a bit of a scare: at around 5 AM, the room's speaker blared a fire alarm. It was pretty terrifying. For the next five minutes, all they said was that they were investigating the cause, without actually confirming it was clear, which made it hard to relax and sleep afterward. I promptly contacted Trip.com customer service, who helped me inquire about the cause – their service was really good. The breakfast selection was also quite varied; you could definitely get your fill. I made sure to try the Nyonya kueh every day – highly recommend it!

Stayed for 2 nights Always to stay here rate wise depends, u could grab a great offer but unfortunately i didnt I stayed dueing ramadan, and had 2 sahoor but both servings are dissappointment, tasteless and i dont know Even try their iftar programme too, but hurmm sadly it was the same Silver linings is walking distance to Imago mall, 10min ehailing to airport The parking is free (first come first serve) Owh forgot about the room smell, smells draft abit Recommended hotel but need to step up on the culinaries.

The room was great, definitely on par with a 5-star hotel in China. They even had Chinese power strips in the room, so no need for an adapter, which was super convenient. I highly recommend this hotel, it's a really good one.

The rooms are quite spacious, and there's a connecting door between every two adjacent rooms, which is great for families traveling together as you can open them up. There's a lovely lady at the front desk who speaks Chinese, and she was a lifesaver for communication. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around to everything.

Room is spacious and clean. Bathroom provides toiletries with very good hot and cold water pressure for bathing. We have a bery good view of mount kinabalu in the clear morning at room 941.Good spread of breakfast and pool is also available. Bed is comfy. Overall , i have an excellent stay at Promenade hotel and it is close to the Airport. Grab car is easily available.

The room's location is pretty good. It's quiet and only a 10-minute walk to the beach. There's also a pool on the rooftop, and it's self-check-in. You can store your luggage at the security booth downstairs for 6-10 Malaysian Ringgit. It's a bit far from the city center, but there's not much to do there anyway, just eat and browse. The main reason to go to Kota Kinabalu is for the sea.

Waiting for the boat at the pier, the staff member was really nice. He brought us chairs to sit on and even offered us water. Although I didn't catch his name, I really want to thank him! Upon arrival, the front desk was already there to greet us. Honestly, if your English isn't great, communication on the island can be a bit challenging, for instance, regarding the shower water, Wi-Fi, or power outages. They explained everything in great detail, and the next day, they even followed up to ask about the hot water – they truly care about guest satisfaction. Oh, and they upgraded us to a high-floor villa! We encountered two geckos and a small snake in the room, but the kids weren't scared at all because they knew they were harmless creatures. A super-sized cockroach crawled out of the drain in the bathroom, haha, my child watched it for ages. To be honest, considering it's in the mountains, maintaining it to this standard is quite impressive. It was a great experience, far from the city's hustle and bustle, allowing us to enjoy the charm of the ocean and the forest. We stayed in a high-floor villa and ordered room service for dinner. The delivery staff worked so hard, carrying the trays all the way to our room, and the food was still surprisingly hot, which really touched us. We gave them a small tip as a token of our appreciation for their efforts.

Hotel is very clean staff are very friendly. Very convenient place near to Imago hotel n there is nice swimming pool. Have Secret Recipes down the hotel land 24 hrs dobi n 24 hrs convenient shop. Good place we lived it.

The room was long and narrow, a bit smaller than I expected, and felt a bit cramped. The interior decor was new and stylish, but the location was a real downside. Opening the window revealed nothing but the airport runway and other low-rise buildings nearby – absolutely no view. We were just across the road from the airport, but the planes weren't even the loudest noise; the motorcycles passing by every night were the real problem. The separate toilet and shower were a nice touch, but for both nights of our stay, the shower drain was blocked, causing flooding halfway through our showers. The staff, however, were quite good; they responded promptly to calls even late at night to clean up, but it was still incredibly frustrating. They only offered good service with no real solutions or compensation – no offer to change rooms or any other form of redress. Overall, besides the service attitude and the decor, there's really nothing else to praise. I wouldn't recommend it to friends.

The location is pretty good, right at the northernmost end of Gaya Street, next to the Hyatt, Suria Sabah, and the Atkinson Clock Tower. There's a rooftop pool with four lounge chairs and a small bar. The room was a bit small with an inward-facing window, so it was just okay. I didn't dare drink the tap water. It's suitable for a one-night layover when you first arrive, but a resort is definitely more comfortable for a relaxing vacation.
