I frequently staying at this property when travelling to Bintulu, mostly is the location nearby the town area and convenient access to the shopping mall by just walking. The hotel having its good maintenance in room and others facilities. In conclusion, the property is in good location and offer the best accommodation in town.

The food in the hotel's Chinese restaurant on the 1st floor was a bit salty. The hotel's breakfast not much variety. The room was quite big and the toilet lighting was a bit dark. 😎

It was a good hotel, cold lobby, ballroom are big and spaces restaurants but the location is a bit out of the city. Having the shopping mall connected is very convenient and the shops nearby caters to one's basic needs without having to go too far.

Situated at ideal location, near to The Spring Mall, Tg Batu shophouses, Tg Batu Beach & Taman Tumbina. Easy check in, check out process. Maintenance act swiftly update n received of bathroom drain clogged. My child like the rooftop child pool as well.

Despite its prime location, the hotel offers very reasonable prices, making it a great value for money. The staff were also friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout my stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located hotel without breaking the bank!

We stayed for 8nights. Almost every day has to revalidate room key card, unable to open room door. Old wall and doors with wallpaper falling off. Noisy as can hear tv karaoke till midnight every day

The facilities was great, the location was nearby to airport and they also provide pickup. Will repeat for sure.

Room was spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy to deal with. The location above the mall is quite good, easy to find food. Downside, toilet quite smelly, hotel condition looks old. Breakfast in hotel was just like another hotel. Continental breakfast. Was expecting for some local dish served. But nvm.
