"It is appalling how dirty the room and the bathroom were! Don't waste your money and time on a hotel like this ! I am a local person and was disappointed by the service compared to 10 years ago ! There is way better in Assini ,myself and daughter are disappointed and it was her birthday!"

"I made a reservation for the weekend of 9 May 15 by email. On my way to Assinie I was informed to attend a meeting the following day in Abidjan. I informed the owner that I will therefore only be able to stay for one night in stead of 2 nights. He insisted that I still pay for 2 nights, threatened me with the police and then instructed me to leave immediately. Unbelievable experience. I walked a few meters on the beach to Hotel l'Ocean which I found cheaper, much bigger and cleaner rooms, excellent free wifi, good food and friendly service."
