Bedroom, sitting room, full kitchen & dining table, extra breakfast nook, and full bath are all private spaces. Sunny Blue Unit Two on the second floor is IN HISTORIC DOWNTOWN Murfreesboro, an urban oasis walking distance from the historic square. The gardens and outdoor spaces make this a cozy spot. There are a big communal front porch and cozy bistro tables in the urban garden. The quaint, light-filled, 1920’s house has heart pine floors in all of the rooms. UNIT 2 on the second floor is a two-bedroom, 1 bath suite. There is a complete micro kitchen fully equipped, and a small eating area. Of the two private bedrooms, one has a desk/study area. The other has a four-poster heart pine bed. The tiled bathroom has been newly remodeled, complete with a meditation alcove. The sunny hall includes a futon available for extra guests. The home is simply furnished with all of the amenities you need in a clean spacious, light-filled environment.
