A special mention goes to the chef and the culinary team—every meal was delicious, and their attention to detail really stood out. They were always willing to accommodate requests and made the dining experience even more enjoyable.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel is warm and comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. I truly appreciated the hospitality and professionalism throughout my visit.

Would not come back here but the location was superb and view itself is impeccable."

"Great location and excellent service. Housekeeping was daily, and they provided a bathrobe, iron, and ironing board upon request. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious. The breakfast selection was quite limited, but we didn't leave hungry. For fruit, they only had apples, watermelon, canned pineapple, and peaches.
The pool was small but heated.
There are plenty of cafes and a supermarket nearby where you can get a good meal."

"My experience at the Radisson Blu hotel, unfortunately, wasn't what I expected.
I was anticipating a much better standard from a hotel bearing the Radisson Blu name, but from the moment I walked in, I felt the hotel was old and in clear need of renovation, both in terms of decor, furniture, and room details.
What I disliked most was how cramped the rooms were; they didn't provide the sense of comfort or luxury I'd anticipated, especially considering the price and the hotel's brand. The furniture and design also seemed dated, and the overall atmosphere wasn't comfortable for me.
I travel and stay in many hotels, and I understand that each hotel offers a different standard and experience. However, for me, this experience wasn't successful, and I didn't feel the hotel reflected the level I'd come to expect from Radisson Blu.
I hope the management pays more attention to renovating the rooms, updating the furniture and decor, and improving the comfort level and spaciousness, as the location and name deserve a much better experience.
Unfortunately, based on my personal experience, I didn't like the hotel and didn't feel comfortable in the rooms. I don't think I'll repeat my stay in its current state."

"The room is nice and exceeded my expectations. The breakfast has a variety of bread and cheese, along with sparkling water and different types of scrambled eggs. The staff is very friendly; they help with luggage and calling cabs, and they even have stickers for the kids. There's a bus to Yas Island at 11:30 in the morning right outside. McDonald's and a supermarket are a 10-minute walk away. If you call a taxi from the Emirates Airlines office in Abu Dhabi, it costs about 24 AED, but calling a taxi directly should be cheaper. If I come back, I would choose this place again."

"We stayed for one night during our transit to China. The staff were incredibly responsive and helpful. They provided an extra bed and bedding free of charge. We accidentally left a suitcase in the hallway, and before we even realized it, the staff had already noticed and were looking for us to return it. The breakfasts were excellent, with omelets made fresh to order and a good selection of non-alcoholic drinks. The hotel has its own beach, and we even managed to squeeze in a swim before our long flight. There are many attractions nearby, including the Marina Mall. You can see the Etihad Towers from the beach.
Everything was super. I highly recommend it. I would definitely consider staying here again for a longer vacation with a meal plan!

Taking advantage of the situation in the Middle East, I snagged a great deal on a hotel. 1500 a night for this quality is unbeatable. All the toiletries are Le Labo 22, which I personally love. Breakfast is typical high-end Western fare, and I'm quite used to it. The service is up to the usual Park Hyatt standard. I'd say it's definitely worth experiencing if you can get it for under 2500.

The hotel offers good value for money if you’re looking for an affordable 5-star stay, but it didn’t quite deliver the level of service and experience I expected from a luxury property.
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, although fairly basic in terms of design and amenities. One of the highlights was the nice view of Qasr Al Watan and the nearby Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental. The gym was well-equipped, while the pool and beach areas were decent but not particularly memorable.
Service could be improved, especially around staffing. The towel booth often seemed understaffed, and in general the hotel appeared to be operating with limited personnel, which affected the overall experience.
I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it to travelers seeking a true luxury resort experience. However, if your priority is finding a reasonably priced 5-star hotel with clean rooms, good facilities, and attractive views, it could still be a suitable option.

The Shangri-La brand is truly trustworthy. Its Arabian castle-style architecture is impressive, and it's located right across from the beautiful Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. The front desk service was excellent. My only regret is that I overslept and missed breakfast!

The public areas are beautiful, and the pool water is super clean. Even in February, it didn't feel cold. The staff thoughtfully helped set up towels and provided ice buckets. The hotel also has its own hydroponic vegetable room. Breakfast was rich and varied, the beach was incredibly white, and the ocean water was stunning. It was a wonderful experience, and I hope to visit again.

The parking is free, and they'll let you in if you show your booking.
The room has a sea view, which is especially beautiful at sunset.
The soundproofing is great; you can barely hear anything.
The bedding is new and clean, with no strange smells, and the room is also very spacious.
As for the downsides, the breakfast isn't very good, with only a few options suitable for a 'Guangdong palate'. Also, the toilet sometimes doesn't flush, and you have to wait for the tank to refill.

Place is good generally. However a few issues stands out. At reception check-in, they will ask you to email them your booking details or take a photo of your app booking. Please remember to hide certain private details ie. Trip.com pin number as that is only for our personal use. We waited about 1hr for checking almost 3pm the usual check-in time although many people were checking out earlier. When we entered room, bedsheets were all wet. It didn't dry properly, both beds were wet. They helped us changed. Then the lights short-circuited, they need to reset. Then the toilet choked. The flushing mechanism can be improved, it gets stuck when you press the button and flushing is not smooth. breakfast was decent, limited options for mains. Overall, it was passable. But for Yas island hotel and brand name of park inn, we expected a lot better. Similar to a budget hotel vibe

fuqiduoduo00After landing in Dubai, we took a private car to Abu Dhabi. First, we visited the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, then the Presidential Palace, and finally returned to our pre-selected hotel. I wanted to experience the Ritz-Carlton, and surprisingly, it was right opposite the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque! This allowed us to take another evening stroll to admire the Grand Mosque's night view later in our stay – it was so convenient and enjoyable. The Ritz-Carlton resort hotel has a spacious and grand lobby. My driver and I aren't fluent in English, but we managed to check in smoothly. Our room was on a good floor, cozy, with a sea-view balcony. The bed was dry and comfortable, and the turndown service was excellent; everything was just right. The restaurant service was also very attentive; after being shown to our table, they asked what coffee we'd like and brought it over promptly. The food selection was extensive, and the ingredients were high-quality. On a nice day, the outdoor dining area is a must-choose spot for comfortable sun and sea views, which was a key factor in selecting this hotel. The staff at the Arabic specialty counter were also incredibly lovely and enthusiastic. If I get the chance to visit again, I would definitely choose this place for a peaceful and leisurely holiday.

Hospitality is all about people, ofc, it is a great place, great pool, beach, etc etc etc
But I wanna highlight the people here, we stayed there for our anniversary, and this was the best decision, they truly care and truly show the definition of M.O. Hospitality
Room, breakfast, dining venues, activities by the beach, 2 great pools, everything is great !
I wanna say huge thank you to Olga the director of guest services, Hamza F.O, Haseeb from Vendome, Alex and his amazing bird friend, Ayesh from housekeeping, Dominic & Man from beach side, i hope I didn't forget anyone, see you all soon !

We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Abu Dhabi. Everything was excellent — the breakfast was outstanding with a great variety and high quality.
The pre-Christmas dinner was also fantastic: very diverse, beautifully prepared, and truly enjoyable. Overall, a great experience and we would be happy to return.

We had a wonderful stay! It was me and my 3 daughters, The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and professional, and they made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We really appreciated the late check-out, and no one rushed or bothered us, which made the experience even more relaxing.
A special thanks to Mr. Charles, who came around on the first morning to personally ask every guest for feedback about the breakfast and the hotel. He listened carefully and took notes. We mentioned that Lebanese bread was missing, and to our surprise, it was available the very next day. That level of care and attention is truly appreciated.
The only area for improvement is the breakfast buffet. While the quality was good, we felt it could offer more variety considering the price.
Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again. 😊
