"The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable bedding and excellent hygiene! No carpets, so no musty smell, which is great for people with allergies. The hotel is right by the sea; its back door opens directly onto the coastal road, next to 'The Story of the Sea' – the most beautiful dining spot by the beach. We heard that even a former UN Secretary-General once dined there. Even at night, young couples were taking wedding photos on the beach. Walking west, you reach the mouth of the Wanquan River. Overall, though it's an older four-star hotel and the exterior looks a bit dated, the air is fresh, and it's very clean. The lobby even offers complimentary tea and bananas, which is a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious. In the evening, we went to the nearby Tanmen Town Fisherman's Wharf and bought live abalone, wild sea shrimp, mouse grouper, and scallops. We brought them back to the hotel, and the restaurant chef helped prepare them for a reasonable fee, which felt much safer than eating seafood at small outside eateries! The restaurant waitstaff, especially the aunties, provided superb service. They even kindly warned us when we ordered too many extra vegetables and soup, fearing we wouldn't finish them. "This hotel is quite comfortable. It has a large, airy balcony that feels just like home, providing great ventilation. There's no thick glass obstructing the view, so you can clearly see the sea. I'm quite satisfied with it. Plus, there's a restaurant downstairs, which is really convenient when you don't feel like going out at night; you can just grab some seafood noodles or dumplings there. Parking is also very easy. The room itself is spacious, with plenty of tables and chairs. The balcony even has a small coffee table and two cozy recliners."

"Beautiful hotel, great location, and to top it all, we've met a team of staff who are nice, warm and friendly. Special thanks to hotel lobby manager-in-charge (a young lady whose name we don't know), hotel nurse (we don't have her name either) and hotel customer service C C. During our stay at the hotel, my wife slipped and hurt her left foot while taking a walk outside near the pool. It's very kind of them to have provided us heart-warming service and help. We will surely choose to live here again if coming to Hainan, and we'll also recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues."

Our housekeeper, Julia, was friendly and responded to our requests quickly and efficiently. Consumables and any other items we needed in the room were replenished as requested. Her service was truly professional."

"Advantages: The hotel is close to the beach, making it convenient to go there. The rooms face the sea and offer sunrise views. The breakfast noodles are delicious. Complimentary hot seafood porridge is provided in the evening. All the staff are very welcoming; even on a typhoon day, when we were sitting in the lobby, hotel staff proactively came over to turn on music and provide bottled water. Ordering takeout is convenient, with robots delivering it to the rooms. Disadvantages: Sometimes the rooms have a slight odor, but opening the door to ventilate for a while helps."

"Amy at the reservation center was very enthusiastic and introduced the activities during the May Day holiday. Fishing and shrimping, which my little friend really likes, was very fun. Informing in advance that we can take the transfer point bus for free at the transfer station avoided a lot of embarrassment. Especially Amy was very careful to remind us to pay attention to the weather and take good sun protection. It was a very considerate service. I will come to Boao next time."

At night, we drove to the seaside to enjoy the sea breeze. It only took 10 minutes by car and there was a strong atmosphere of fireworks. It was a good experience. "A splendid hotel with great hospitality from receptionist who reserved us executive floor and complementary breakfast to kid. Like 👍🏻 A great fun of water games facilities just next to the swimming pools. We had a good time. 👍🏻 Wonderful view at executive floor especially the view of sun rise from the top. Chilled wind breeze filled the hotel which gives us a feel of truly holidays."
