Qionghai Beach Hotels

"I was in Qionghai on business this time and stumbled upon this newly opened hotel. It's right in the city center, making it convenient to get anywhere. Check-in was super easy; they support digital ID cards, and the front desk lady was quick and efficient, getting me all set up in two or three minutes. She also kindly directed me to the laundry room and water dispenser. The smart room system is fantastic; no need to hunt for switches – I can just call out to turn on the lights or adjust the AC, which is perfect for someone as lazy as me. The Mlily zero-pressure mattress was incredibly comfortable. After a tiring day of accompanying someone, lying on it really helped my whole body relax, and I slept wonderfully. I booked the audio-visual room, and watching movies on the 100-inch screen was amazing. Catching up on shows after a busy evening was such a stress reliever. Plus, they offer complimentary snacks and soft drinks – impeccable attention to detail. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Qionghai!"

"True to its reputation as a conference hotel, the property is grand and impressive. The room amenities are thoughtfully designed, and the staff training is exceptional. Special mention goes to Julia Xu, our concierge, who contacted me days in advance. She was incredibly attentive and thorough in understanding our needs, and her responses were remarkably prompt – it felt like she always had her phone in hand! Polite and patient, she made the first stop of our Hainan trip a delightful experience. It’s a wonderful hotel with wonderful staff; I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit."

"There is some distance from the most lively story of the sea, and there is no business around, so the price is cheaper than those mature resort hotels, which is more convenient for tourists renting a car. All rooms are facing the sea, and they are not entangled in the hotel's grades to pursue cost-effectiveness and actual sea views. This hotel is worth it. The front desk helped us upgrade the room for free. The room and balcony are quite big. Going out is Red Rock Beach, sparsely populated."

"Beautiful hotel, great location, and to top it all, we've met a team of staff who are nice, warm and friendly. Special thanks to hotel lobby manager-in-charge (a young lady whose name we don't know), hotel nurse (we don't have her name either) and hotel customer service C C. During our stay at the hotel, my wife slipped and hurt her left foot while taking a walk outside near the pool. It's very kind of them to have provided us heart-warming service and help. We will surely choose to live here again if coming to Hainan, and we'll also recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues."

"We stayed in the hotel during the day. The hotel has complete entertainment facilities, which is very suitable for my love of sports. The swimming pool is very large. At night, we drove to the seaside to enjoy the sea breeze. It only took 10 minutes by car and there was a strong atmosphere of fireworks. It was a good experience. I recommend everyone to stay here!"

"This time I went to Boao and stayed at Dongyu Island Hotel for 2 nights and Yalun for 1 night. Although Dongyu Island was 200 cheaper than Yalun, the experience was very good. On the first day, I added a housekeeper ”Nancy” and consulted her on many things. Secondly, both the doorman and the concierge are very polite and enthusiastic, which is different from the Asia Hotel (which is cold and has a bad attitude). The environment is very quiet and the equipment is new! Strongly recommend"

"The room was clean, bright, and had a great view—a sea view room, which instantly lifted my spirits. The staff were very friendly, and my child loved it. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again for my next vacation. The hotel also has a cafeteria, a free swimming pool, free parking, a pharmacy, a supermarket, a shopping street, and the beach is just a few minutes' walk away. Overall, it's quite nice, great value for the price, and worth recommending."

"The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable bedding and excellent hygiene! No carpets, so no musty smell, which is great for people with allergies. The hotel is right by the sea; its back door opens directly onto the coastal road, next to 'The Story of the Sea' – the most beautiful dining spot by the beach. We heard that even a former UN Secretary-General once dined there. Even at night, young couples were taking wedding photos on the beach. Walking west, you reach the mouth of the Wanquan River. Overall, though it's an older four-star hotel and the exterior looks a bit dated, the air is fresh, and it's very clean. The lobby even offers complimentary tea and bananas, which is a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious. In the evening, we went to the nearby Tanmen Town Fisherman's Wharf and bought live abalone, wild sea shrimp, mouse grouper, and scallops. We brought them back to the hotel, and the restaurant chef helped prepare them for a reasonable fee, which felt much safer than eating seafood at small outside eateries! The restaurant waitstaff, especially the aunties, provided superb service. They even kindly warned us when we ordered too many extra vegetables and soup, fearing we wouldn't finish them.
