"Here's a detailed review of my stay: 📍 **Location:** One of the hotel's best features is its location. It's close to the metro station, and the public beach is about a 5-minute walk away. However, it's often crowded, not a private beach, and lacks any water sports or activities. It's also right next to the Outlet Village, accessible in just 2-3 minutes via a bridge, which is a great perk for shopping enthusiasts. 🏨 **Arrival and Reception:** The hotel entrance is beautiful and modern, making a great first impression. Upon arrival, the reception area was busy, and unfortunately, we had to carry most of our luggage ourselves. Only one small bag was assisted, while we pushed the rest of our suitcases up to our rooms. We had booked two rooms and were kindly upgraded to a pool-view room for one of them, while the other remained a mountain view as booked. To be honest, the pool-view room was smaller than the original room we had reserved. 🛏️ **Room:** The room was modern, elegant, and high-tech, with everything looking brand new. The toilet (excuse the description) was smart, and the hotel provided a Dyson hairdryer and special, high-quality outdoor slippers. Our room was approximately 50 square meters, making it spacious and comfortable, with two air conditioners providing excellent cooling throughout our stay. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable, ensuring a peaceful sleep. Sound insulation within the room was excellent, and the integrated sound system with the projector/TV was fantastic with great quality. However, when walking through the corridors, you could hear TVs from some rooms. 🧹 **Cleanliness and Service:** Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was on the last night after the typhoon. During room cleaning, they only cleaned the balcony and emptied the trash, while the room floor remained wet, the bed wasn't made, bathroom tissues weren't replaced, towels weren't changed, and basic amenities weren't refilled. Overall, the service didn't feel like that of a five-star hotel. Most staff members were either busy on their phones or rushing around the restaurant unprofessionally. One surprising incident was when I went for breakfast about 45 minutes before closing, and when I asked for boiled eggs, I was told they weren't available, even though there was still plenty of time before the buffet ended. On the other hand, I'd like to thank the receptionist who checked us in; he spoke fluent English and was very helpful. I also appreciate the staff member responsible for the WeChat service, who was very quick to respond to all our inquiries throughout our stay. 🍽️ **Breakfast:** We stayed for 5 days, and the breakfast was the same every day with no notable variety. For us as Muslims, the options were very limited, mostly consisting of toast, eggs, and fruits. I hope they add more options suitable for international guests. 💡 **Facilities:** * Curtains and lighting are electronically controlled. * There's a robot for room service deliveries, which was a nice touch. * Customer service via WeChat is very quick to respond. * Upon check-in, we received free vouchers for Wish Tower entry, as well as mini-bar drinks. * The pool operates from 2 PM to 10 PM. I think the opening time is too late, especially for those who want to swim in the morning. * The pool is about 120 meters long, with a lifeguard present at all times. * Pool towels are not provided at the pool area; you have to bring them from your room, which I found surprising for a five-star hotel. * There's a small but functional gym. * The pool view is more vibrant and appealing than the mountain view. 📶 **Wi-Fi:** The internet speed was moderate, sufficient for daily use, but not the best. 🛗 **Elevators:** There are only two elevators, but during our stay, the waiting time wasn't long. 🚿 **Bathroom:** The toilet has a heated seat feature but lacks an electronic bidet, which I would have expected in a hotel of this caliber. 👕 **Services:** There's no iron in the room. Instead, there's a laundry room with a steam iron available for use. Frankly, I was surprised that room ironing service wasn't available, especially for a five-star hotel. 🌪️ **During the Typhoon:** Our stay coincided with a typhoon, and the winds were extremely strong, making the balcony door shake frighteningly. Credit to the hotel for securing the pool area and closing it to prevent items from flying around. However, guests were unfortunately not informed of any instructions or warnings; we discovered this ourselves. I would have appreciated a message or notice to reassure guests and explain safety procedures."

"The room's window faces the beach, and the view is indeed beautiful. There are also some bars on the beach downstairs, so you can sit on the sand at night, watch the stars, and enjoy the sea breeze, which was a great experience for me. As for the service, the staff were very friendly, and they even brought desserts in the evening. The hygiene was also quite good."

"We stayed at the Intercontinental from August 31st to September 3rd – two adults and children aged 16 and 10. We chose a deluxe room with a garden view (which actually offered views of both the garden and skyscrapers) with two double beds. From the pictures, the beds looked large, but in reality, they were more like 1.5-person beds. The room itself was decent, but upon arrival, we had concerns about the cleanliness. We asked the staff for a cleaner room. They asked us to wait, and given our initial disappointment with the room, the hotel decided to compensate us with an upgraded room. That's when the magic began, as we found ourselves in an apartment! It featured a beautiful living room, a large master bedroom, and another room with two separate beds. There were two bathrooms and three toilets. It was a very spacious and beautiful room; we can't even imagine how much it costs. This upgrade was arranged by a hotel staff member named Dafne. She was so concerned that we were upset and wanted to make our stay more enjoyable. She certainly succeeded, as the room was simply magnificent. Additionally, we were constantly asked if everything was alright and if we were satisfied. The hotel breakfasts were excellent, with everything you could need. Fresh vegetables, fruits, yogurts, omelets, meats – you definitely wouldn't leave hungry. They also served delicious coffee and many fresh juices. The hotel has a fantastic pool and water park; even at 40, you can still enjoy the slides! It was our daughter's birthday, and Dafne helped us order a cake and arrange a lovely presentation during breakfast. Of course, the hotel isn't new, but it has a great atmosphere, is cozy, and the staff tries their absolute best. We really appreciated the attention. "This was a great stay! The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around. The room was spotless, with good natural light, and the soft bedding made for a very comfortable sleep. The public areas were clean, and the overall ambiance was elegant. Aisy at the front desk was very polite, handled check-in efficiently, and was quick to respond to our needs. The facilities are well-maintained, and overall it offers great value for money. We had a very pleasant stay and will definitely choose this hotel first next time we're in the area. The cleaning staff, however, weren't very patient or enthusiastic."

"This budget hotel is the ultimate spot for watching sports! It's easy to find, offers free parking, and the super-fast Wi-Fi means no lag during live streams. The room is spacious enough for a couple of friends to hang out. Cleanliness is top-notch, and the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom are really convenient. The front desk staff are friendly and even let late-night food deliveries come straight to the room. For such a great price, you can comfortably catch the entire World Cup here. Definitely saved this one for future stays!"

"I'd been eyeing this place since last year, so I finally went when my boyfriend had some time off. The hotel is right by the sea, and the whole environment is really quiet and secluded. Staying in the room felt like being on a little island, falling asleep to the sound of the waves. It's also super photogenic. The room even has a private plunge pool where you can soak and enjoy the sea view. Besides the sofa being a bit old, there were no other issues with the room, and it didn't affect our stay or photos."

"We checked in on Friday afternoon. Driving there was quite a roller coaster – steep inclines and declines, but the hotel is right by the sea. Since we were traveling as a family, the staff at the front desk saw we had a lot of luggage after we parked and proactively helped us carry it to the lobby. We arrived at 4 PM, and for the price of 392💰, they upgraded our sea-view balcony room to an even better location. The windows in the hallway had a unique, ship-cabin-like design, which was a nice touch. However, there was a leak in the hallway, possibly from the air conditioning or a roof waterproofing issue. This unexpected situation meant we had to be extra careful with the kids and elderly walking through. Once inside the room, I have to say, the usable space was incredibly high. My mom was even surprised at how big the room was, and the balcony was huge too. Listening to the sound of the waves while watching the sunset 🌄 was absolutely unbeatable at this price point! Although some of the in-room facilities looked a bit dated, the shower had great water pressure and the equipment seemed fairly new – it felt as refreshing as a university dorm shower. The hotel offers direct access to the beach downstairs, plus there's a popular seaside restaurant (which was pretty good value for money). We spent the afternoon with 'The Old Man and the Sea' (my mom taking photos at the seaside restaurant) while I took the kids to play in the water. It was an incredibly worthwhile experience! Several friends who saw my photos are already planning to book, hahaha 😁"

"I was immediately impressed upon entering – the sea view is stunning! The room is incredibly spacious, and the air conditioning was already on, which was a nice touch. The service was excellent, and the room was very clean. Their shower gel smells wonderful, and combined with the sea view, it felt just like a Hawaiian vacation. The coffee was amazing; the Americano uses beans from Sam's Club, no wonder it's so fragrant and delicious! I loved it. The breakfast was also tasty, I just forgot to take a picture. I definitely want to come back next time!"

"The location is beside the Harbour. You will have a good walk outside and have the sea breeze right in front of you The rooms are well cleaned and comfortable. I had the city view room. It’s perfect for me because of its spacious interior, its white décor and the linens are fresh. The staff clean the room everyday. So I am so happy to return after y trip to the beach. One recommendation for the staff is to have better relationships with foreign travelers. I didn’t get attention from the female staff member at the front desk. She kept on gossiping behind my back when I walked in the main hall. I will not return to the hotel became of that staff. All others treated me with fairness. They were the only reason I gave a good review."
