"Location is perfect, the free use of the e-bike enabled me to venture out and discover the wonders of the area. Sunrise welcomed me, I was totally delighted by the beautiful scenery of the wider area. There is a small shore near by and they provide beach clam hunting tools, also great activity for travelling families. The family room I stayed in is very spacious with a view overlooking the veggie gardens and the Bay. Clean, crisp and comfy. The host is the bees knees! she is extra attentive and ensures your stay is exceptional. Breakfast is delicious(seafood noodles), and the food available to order at a nearby seafood restaurant is great! I was craving fruit and chocolate the evening I arrived, next minute a fruit/food truck showed up at the hotel. Everything is basically at your doorstep. It was a magical holistic experience. Come and open your mind to the infinite possibilities✨I recommend to stay atleast 3-4 days to enjoy the surrounding areas aswell, mauri ora!"

"The most fortunate thing about this trip was encountering this hotel that is like a paradise on earth. The moment I stepped into the hotel, it was as if I had stepped into a carefully crafted dream. The design of the lobby is unique, and the warm yellow light pours down, like a layer of gentle gauze, quietly dispelling fatigue. The friendly smile and warm greetings of the front desk staff are like a wisp of spring breeze, blowing into my heart instantly, making me feel the kindness and warmth of this strange city. "A beautiful first-line sea view cream style homestay! The large floor-to-ceiling windows in the lobby have an invincible view. In the evening, the blues always look at the sea atmosphere and are directly full. The tatami teahouse by the window takes pictures. \n The sea view room booked is very large, the bedding is soft and clean, facing the sea, the decoration is gentle and high-end, the lighting soft decoration details are attentive, the hygiene is in place, the facilities are complete, the first choice for watching the sea, come back next time!"

"The sea-view room was absolutely gorgeous for photos! The location of the guesthouse was superb, and the receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful—I almost felt bad for her helping with my luggage! The bed, blankets, and pillows were all very comfortable; even though I'm someone who's very particular about beds, I slept very well! I must mention that the breakfast was incredibly healthy and hygienic! Each person received their own plate, and the portions were just right!"

"We traveled on this holiday, and the room by the sea was really beautiful. Although it was a rainy day and we didn't see the sunset, we still saw a different kind of beauty. This homestay is very clean and the service is good. Especially the girls who check in the residents will ask about their requirements and feelings in a timely manner. "A Hotel Stay in Dongbi Village, Xiapu: Seafood and Relaxing Moments Hidden Between Mountains and Sea, A Glimpse of the Ocean and a Giant Octopus 🐙 Initially, while searching for accommodations in Xiapu on Ctrip, I was torn between different options. However, after seeing a guest review of this hotel—”The owner's seafood dinner is divine!”—I booked it instantly. Now, having stayed there, I realize that the recommendation was far more compelling than any written description. The hotel is located next to Dongbi Village, away from the hustle and bustle of the village center. Stepping into this area, my heart immediately felt at peace. Upon arriving at the hotel entrance, I immediately saw the enormous octopus sculpture, both endearing and distinctive. Even first-timers wouldn't miss it; it's a true ”landmark.” Entering the room, the first thing that caught my eye was the floor-to-ceiling window facing the sea, offering an unbelievably expansive view. Standing by the window, the azure ocean stretched out before me, and the sea breeze, carrying a faint salty scent, made even breathing feel fresh and invigorating. No need to make a special trip to the beach; you can enjoy breathtaking views of sunrises and sunsets, and the ebb and flow of the tides, all without leaving your room. Whether it's watching the morning sun paint the river red or admiring the sunset's golden glow, every scene is a masterpiece. The room's decor was also exceptionally pleasing. Cleanliness was a given, but what was even more remarkable was its simple and elegant style. There were no unnecessary decorations, yet every corner exuded warmth. What surprised me most was the specially designed tea table in the room, with neatly arranged teaware and thoughtfully provided tea leaves. After waking from an afternoon nap, I would boil water, brew a pot of local tea, and sit around the tea table with my companions. Sipping tea, gazing at the sea outside the window, and occasionally exchanging a few casual words, time flowed by slowly, and all fatigue vanished in this tranquility. Let me highlight something special. The owner's wonderful cook couldn't book dinner on the first day due to a family emergency, but she rushed back the next day to prepare it for us so as not to disappoint. We were so touched! The long-awaited seafood dinner was amazing. The swimming crabs, freshly served, had gleaming shells, bursting with plump, sweet, and firm meat, bursting with the unique freshness of the sea. The razor clams were plump and free of any sand; each bite was tender and bouncy, bursting with juice in our mouths – the deliciousness was undeniable; I wouldn't be exaggerating when I say it's the best razor clams I've ever had. And then there were the firm-fleshed prawns. Every dish preserved the pure, natural flavor of the seafood, without excessive seasoning, yet so fresh we couldn't stop eating. We were so busy enjoying the food, praising the flavors, that by the time we realized we wanted to take a picture, the plates were almost empty. It's a bit of a shame we didn't get a photo, but the delightful surprise on our palates will forever remain in our memories. This hotel was undoubtedly the highlight of our trip to Xiapu, offering both tranquility surrounded by mountains and sea, and a seafood feast that tantalized our taste buds. Next time we visit Xiapu, this will be our top choice without a doubt, and we might even bring friends to share this hidden gem nestled beside Dongbi Village."

"I decided to travel here on the spur of the moment, and I have to say that I was quite pleasantly surprised by this B&B. The people at the front desk were very welcoming when I entered. They would help me check in very considerately. I was also surprised that there was an elevator in the B&B. This made it very convenient for us to pick up our luggage. We didn’t have to worry about carrying too much luggage. The housekeeper will help us take our luggage back to the room very considerately. I mean it is a walk-and-go trip, so I don’t have much guide. The housekeeper of this B&B will introduce to me what I can do nearby. This is a place that I really need if I am lazy. The most important thing is their room. It is very comfortable to walk in. The sanitary environment is very clean. Their toiletries are disposable, which is more hygienic and can be avoided. Some unclean things, mainly due to the safety hazards of accommodation, are exposed on the Internet now, so they are very good here. I stayed in a room facing the sea, and I could look at the sea view while lying on the bed. It was very comfortable, and They have a great view here, directly facing the sea. They will also prepare some tea sets, lounge chairs and the like for us to use in the room. It is very suitable for little sisters to travel together. I recommend this place. It is very good. "The location of the homestay is very good, the scenery is superb, the temporary reservation on the same day, there is a parent-child room. Originally booked at Xiaoyan Beach, I found that it was particularly desolate there, and the beach was all silt. I changed it here and found it was very wise. There are many restaurants around the homestay, but the price is not high, they are very ordinary small seafood, the price is not cheap. The owner of the hotel was very enthusiastic and sent mineral water and specialties when he left, very attentive. The bedding is a thin duvet, very comfortable. The breakfast is more ordinary."

"Except for a little fat legs, everything else is pretty good Although it has been a bit cloudy these days and I haven't seen the sunrise, the view from the room is still good. It's super close to Gaoluo Beach. It's right across the street when you go downstairs. If you want to go to the beach, you can just walk away. The boss's wife's food is also delicious.
