"Accor hotels never disappoint me. I've stayed at many Sofitel properties in various countries, and they're always excellent. This one is perfectly located on Macau Peninsula, with easy walking access to fantastic food options like local eateries, cafes, restaurants, and markets. The casino being closed actually made it quieter, which was a plus. While the hotel facilities are a bit dated, they are immaculately maintained, clearly showing its past grandeur. I'll definitely stay here again; it's incredibly convenient. The front desk service was also superb."

"The location is not really very convenient and it’s not directly connected to most casino so you’ll have to expect to pay for public transportation mostly. For other hotels, u can usually travel between Macau and Taipa with their shuttle buses for free. For this hotel, the shuttle bus system isn’t very good, the frequency of departure is low and the operating time is limited. The walking route that shows on google maps isn’t quite accurate so be prepared."

"✅ I chose this hotel last minute for a business trip to Australia, and my satisfaction exceeded all expectations. It's conveniently located close to where I needed to be, and I was able to upgrade my room at the front desk for an extra fee. The check-in and check-out processes were very efficient. ✅ The soundproofing in the 'Royal Fireworks Suite' I stayed in this time was excellent, and the room itself was incredibly spacious. The afternoon sun made it feel very bright and cozy, and it even had a super king-size bed (2.2m), which was incredibly soft. The internet speed was fast, the hot water came quickly, and everything I needed was provided. As a business traveler, I was genuinely touched to find such a room. ✅ The hotel has a car park, and there's a large bus station nearby, making it convenient whether you're driving or using public transport. The hotel's other facilities are also quite complete and modern; from the gym to the swimming pool, you can feel the attention to detail. You can enjoy beautiful views from various spots throughout the hotel, and every area was very clean and hygienic, which is something I particularly appreciate. #HighEndHotelsYouHaveToSleepInToUnderstand"

"Check-in was smooth, but I had to wait an hour, and the luggage storage staff weren't very friendly. The lady who gave me my room card was excellent; she gave me a fantastic room on the 11th floor with a beautiful night view and even thoughtfully asked if I needed children's toiletries. The shuttle bus was very convenient, getting to the Border Gate (Guanzai) was super easy, and the staff were welcoming and even helped with my luggage. The hotel lobby also has many shops, so no need to worry about food. There's a Japanese supermarket that sells a lot of snacks."

The Venetian Macao is an incredible, immersive hotel experience. 350 world-class shopping choices line a masterfully reconstructed Grand Canal, bridges spanning each bank, just as they do in Venice. An incredible array of dining options, bring guests the best of global cuisines no matter their appetite.

"This is my second time in Macau. Last time I stayed at The Parisian, but The Venetian this time? In three words: absolutely fantastic! 👏🌟 Firstly, the exterior is magnificent, and it's connected to The Londoner and The Parisian. Secondly, I stayed in a North Wing suite on the 30th floor this time. The room was huge, and everything from the bed and sofa to the bathroom was satisfying. The bathroom even had a vanity table, which was a nice touch. Furthermore, the service was well-organized, fast, and convenient. The day before, I stayed in Hong Kong at what turned out to be a 'fake' five-star hotel. This time, as soon as I arrived at the front desk, even though it was still midday, three staff members immediately assisted me. They confirmed my luggage storage, room preferences, and provided a detailed map with clear explanations. This allowed us to drop off our bags and start exploring right away. Plus, the room number was sent via SMS, room cards were issued in advance, and our luggage was delivered directly to the room. I can only say everything was perfect! Also, The Venetian's buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. They had pan-fried salmon and 'Buddha Jumps Over the Wall,' and I even found my favorite peach gum and white fungus soup. Everyone, from the security guards at the casino entrance to the staff in the restaurants and lobby, was incredibly nice. If the bottled water in the room ran out, you just scanned a code, and a server would bring it to your door instantly. Of course, my favorite part was the gondola ride. The artificial blue sky above was so realistic and beautiful! 🤩 A truly memorable experience."

"We requested a smoking room, but there was hardly any lingering smell, which was great. We stayed on the 17th floor, and the breakfast included a fantastic lobster buffet – truly all-you-can-eat! Downstairs, you can go shopping, and it's quite close to Wynn Palace. To get to Senado Square, there's no shuttle, so you'll need to take a taxi or other transportation. We paid 80 MOP for a taxi there. On the way back, we took a shuttle to another hotel and then walked the rest of the way. Overall, the breakfast offers much better value for money than the local cha chaan tengs, so it's definitely worth trying."

"I booked the Cony Rabbit themed room, and the pink decor was absolutely delightful and unique. The hotel's surroundings are very quiet, and there's an outlet store right downstairs, which was super convenient for shopping. The front desk even gave me VIP tickets for the Wynn Palace cable car, so I didn't have to queue! I love that you can keep the room key card as a souvenir. The only minor point is that check-in is uniformly at 3 PM; it would be even better if the time could be a bit more flexible."

"It was alright, overall I'm very satisfied. Facilities: Good, visually appealing Cleanliness: Good Environment: Decent, very spacious Service: Overall, the service was very satisfying. The front desk, luggage storage, and restaurant staff were all very enthusiastic. My only slight dissatisfaction was that when I was leaving, a staff member offered to help me get a taxi, saying it would only be 80+ Australian dollars, but when I arrived, I was charged 121 Chinese Yuan 🥹🥹🥹"

GgogoSwitched from Studio City to Galaxy, and the contrast is stark. Galaxy's service is absolutely outstanding, from being escorted to check-in to the front desk staff walking us to the elevator after we were done. I used to think this level of service was standard for larger hotels, but Studio City was so disappointing, making the difference incredibly obvious. My kids absolutely loved the Grand Resort Deck; it's a fantastic option for children from the North wanting to play in the water during long holidays. **Facilities**: Very well-maintained; everything still looks new. **Hygiene**: Even for someone like me who's quite particular about cleanliness, it was great. **Environment**: There's a casino downstairs that the elderly enjoyed, and the kids also loved the Kids' Club. The old town is nearby too, a popular spot for photos, just across the road, which is super convenient. **Service**: Very satisfied.

MMomorobotUnexpectedly, I was very satisfied! I'd prepared myself for the Grand Lisboa being old, but I was pleasantly surprised by how great the value for money was, both in terms of service and facilities.👍 Although some areas of the hotel were under renovation, it didn't significantly impact my stay. I thought the room size would be small when I booked it, but it was actually perfectly adequate. It had a desk and even a small tea area with three soft, large armchairs – very comfortable! The bathroom was beautiful! It's a shame I didn't take photos. Even though it wasn't a smart toilet, it was still comfortable. A special, key highlight is the staff! Super professional and enthusiastic! 100 points! Full marks! 💯 Detailed, specific, and professional! There's a shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport; you just need to book it a day in advance. 😊

FFuhuafeixueThe location is fantastic! It's super close to Grand Lisboa, Wynn, MGM, Senado Square, the Ruins of St. Paul's, Yaohan, and Galeries Lafayette – all within walking distance. It's also convenient to catch a bus to Taipa. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and even upgrading our room. They even helped us wait for our shuttle on our departure day.

MM429528****The room was quite spacious, clean, and tidy, and the bathroom even had a bathtub. Although the decor felt a bit dated, showing its age, it was a very comfortable stay. The bed was large, and the bedding was completely odorless and spotless. I chose a non-smoking room, and there was indeed no lingering scent of second-hand smoke, which was great. Since the windows were tightly shut, it felt a little stuffy upon check-in. The surrounding area is bustling with commercial streets and many brand-name shops. Across the street, there's New Yaohan for shopping, and it's only a five-minute walk to Grand Lisboa. The transportation is very convenient, and it's also great for walking, perfect for friends planning a city walk. The service was excellent; staff would always proactively open doors or help with luggage into the elevator whenever we encountered them at the entrance or by the elevators. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would definitely return if I get the chance.

TTokyo girlThe staffs especially the Filipinos ( Mark Spencer ) and the lady in braces were so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The room is huge and the corridors smells nice. But I don’t like the smell of our room because I don’t smoke. The bed was comfortable. Few meters away, you can take a bus to Macau Immigration when going to HK. Also, walking distance to bus stations ,Grand Lisbon and Senado Square. Excellent location!

SStevenOng.Hotel is old and tired, need renovation badly. However room is clean and tidy. Reception service was so-so and not welcoming. Check-in was good though, just the night time when approached another receptionist for my own room number but was given a cold and not welcoming reply. It was normal for guest to forget their own room numbers as they don’t stay permanently. However a simple way to verify was guest able to give his identity numbers and name. Or hotel can always accompany the guest to the room to verify. However this guy was so unpleasant and blunt in his replied. Will not stay again in this hotel.
