YOHO Treasure Island hotel, a landmark situated in the center of the transportation hub in the peninsula of Macau, boasts breathtaking views. The hotel features rooms with a sophisticated luxurious design that captures some of the most iconic landmarks, such as the stunning views of Nam Van Lake, the dazzling Nam Van Lake fountain, and the renowned Wynn fountain. As the sea meets the sky, the lake blends with the city, forming an unforgettable scenery. YOHO Treasure Island hotel provides long-stay apartment-style suites with fully equipped kitchens and washing machines, allowing you to feel at home while away. And located in the key area of Macau peninsula, the hotel is right in front of the largest bus transfer station in Macau and is connected to nearby Grand Lisboa, Hotel Lisboa, Wynn Resorts, MGM Macau, StarWorld Hotel, and Bank of China Building via pedestrian tunnels, offering convenient transportation while surrounded by stunning views. At sunset, the sunset paints the sky orange, reflecting on the lake surface, creating a romantic and beautiful scenery. When darkness falls, experience the dazzling city landscapes up close and bring home an unforgettable experience.

"The Yoho Treasure Island Hotel has an unbeatable location with a wide range of shopping outlets right on-site, which makes for a very convenient and enjoyable stay. Having previously stayed at its sister hotel, the Yoho Roosevelt, which was absolutely amazing, I did find this property didn't quite measure up in comparison. My room had a faint damp smell, and while the breakfast was okay, it became repetitive and wasn't worth the price. Still, with its great setting and potential, the hotel offers a solid experience-though it falls short of the excellence I've come to expect from the Yoho brand."

"The hotel is just beautiful. Very clean, very comfortable and very elegant. The staff was so nice and welcoming and the room was probably the most comfortable we have been in during our time in China. The bed was beyond comfortable!!! We normally wake up around 8:00 but in that bed we slept until 11:00 with no issues! We also enjoyed the swimming pool and the jacuzzi after a long day visit. They also have a spa, where you can get pampered for a fair price. We also tried the restaurant upstairs which offers a 10% discount for hotel guests. And we loved that too. I highly recommend it!"

The minibar items were complimentary, except for the premium bottled water and wine (though no wine was provided in the room). A deposit of MOP 1,000 was required at check-in, which was fully refunded upon checkout. The hotel also offered free shuttle buses to major hotels and key departure points across Macau. The concierge, Charles, was particularly helpful in advising us on the correct shuttle bus number to reach our intended destination."

Hotel Central, nestled in the vibrant heart of Macau's historic city along Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro, is ideally situated near iconic landmarks such as St. Paul's Ruins and the Senado Square. Following a meticulous HK$2 billion acquisition and revitalization project, this century-old treasure was gloriously reborn in 2024. This singular century-old boutique hotel ingeniously merges a nostalgic retro aesthetic with advanced technology and eco-friendly principles, resulting in an ambiance that is both evocative of the past and refreshingly contemporary.

"I absolutely loved this hotel! If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. The cleanliness is top-notch, but what truly stands out is the staff. They went above and beyond in every aspect—from luggage storage to local recommendations. Even when it rained, they were right there to ensure our comfort. The room amenities are premium and very generous. Location-wise, it’s perfect—right next to Senado Square and a short walk to St. Paul’s Ruins. Breakfast was impressive, and the rooftop bar is a must-visit; the drinks are great, and the night view of the city is stunning. Everything was perfect. I’ll definitely be back and will highly recommend it to all my friends!"

"Hit the jackpot with this hotel! The views of Parisian and Londoner (macau) from the window are absolutely stunning. The hotel itself is packed with Disney installations – even adults will love them! Downstairs, there's a Paw Patrol-themed kids' playground that's a direct hit with little ones. The service is excellent, and the mini-bar even has instant noodles, which is a nice touch for kids. The only bummer is that the water park is closed from Tuesday to Thursday, so we didn't get a chance to use it. A bit heartbroken about that. 💔"

"Meeting Selene for the first time, I was immediately struck by the genuine smile in her eyes—it wasn't a professional facade, but pure sincerity. During check-in, she quietly informed me that my room had been complimentary upgraded, as if sharing a delightful little secret. With patience, she circled authentic local eateries on the map: the beef offal hotpot downstairs, a late-night dessert shop, and the alleys near Senado Square, all within walking distance. Every detail conveyed a thoughtful 'I'm treating you like a friend' vibe. What truly impressed me was her gentle demeanor and composure. Even with the phone ringing constantly behind her, she calmly and unhurriedly answered all my questions. Selene truly brought warmth to the hotel. If Art House is Macao's artistic living room, then she is the warmest lamp in that room—making you want to return again and again."

Macau's Rocks Hotel, a five-story European-style building, is situated at the end of Fisherman's Wharf, within reasonable distance of downtown. The hotel's Victorian-style rooms feature luxurious bathrooms and private balconies, all of which look out onto the dazzling view.Vic's Café offers an Australian style buffet, while the rooftop Sky Lounge features a comprehensive collection of wines and spirits and stunning view.

"The room was beautiful and spotless. All the toiletries were L'Occitane. The front desk staff were professional and spoke good Mandarin. I tried breakfast one day; it's on the top floor. The food was tasty, but the space was a bit small. For the rest of my stay, I walked across the plaza next to the Sands to Governor Marques de Aguiar Avenue, where there are several cha chaan tengs (Hong Kong-style diners) nearby. If you walk one more block, there are more large restaurants, which is where I had dinner every night. Every day when I returned to the room, I would sit on the balcony and enjoy the sea breeze. It was really comfortable. I've already recommended it to my relatives and friends."

"This hotel is huge! They offer shuttle services to major attractions and the airport, which makes getting around super convenient. We arrived a bit past 1 PM, and the front desk was able to get us into a room early. Our room was spacious and beautiful, and the garden was absolutely delightful. The breakfast here is also excellent – I've had many hotel breakfasts, and this one really stands out (though I haven't tried any super high-end places). There's even a mall within the hotel with plenty of dining and shopping options, although it's so big my feet hurt from all the walking! It's also very close to the airport. I'd definitely come back if I get the chance."

AAnonymous UserOverall, we had a great time at Grand Resort Deck, and if you're coming for the water fun, it's a must-visit. However, there are a few details to note: 1. Many people mention that the hotel provides sand toys and water guns. While they do have them, they're in very short supply. I asked several staff members, and they all said they didn't have any. The Macau staff generally have good attitudes, but I'd still recommend bringing your own. 2. The hotel feels a bit 'stingy' compared to expectations. For example, my friend booked with me, and she also had kids, but because she didn't request a tent in advance, they couldn't get one. Also, contrary to what many bloggers said, there were no small gifts for children. For two kids, they only gave one children's bathrobe and wouldn't allow more. We visited after the Qingming Festival, but it still felt like resources were very limited. 3. Breakfast was really subpar. The first time, we went to a cafe for a semi-buffet and thought we'd gone to the wrong place. There wasn't much variety, and the servers kept bringing the wrong dishes, completely mixing up orders. The dining area was small. They called it a semi-buffet, but the à la carte menu only had some Chinese dim sum. Plus, children over 6 were charged extra. My daughter, who is under 1.2 meters, was still questioned. While I understand paying extra for older kids according to policy, the buffet should at least be more abundant. Given the quality, I really regret booking breakfast. Paying over 700 for breakfast for the family in an environment like that in the picture, I'd rather go to the Galaxy mall or order in-room dining. My advice for Chinese breakfast is either to try another hotel in Galaxy or just skip booking it here. 4. The hotel is very close to the automated light rail, which was a pleasant surprise. It's very convenient for taking the cable car, watching the House of Dancing Water show, and enjoying the night views. The kids also loved the light rail, finding it very high-tech.

AAnonymous UserBooked the Grand Lisboa Hotel for my parents' silver wedding anniversary. Given that they're older, a prime location was crucial, and their stay was fantastic. The hotel not only offered a complimentary airport pick-up but also thoughtfully upgraded them to a suite and provided an anniversary cake. The service was professional and attentive, with incredible attention to detail. My parents were extremely satisfied. Highly recommend – the Grand Lisboa will definitely be our first choice next time we're in Macau! 👍🏻

FFabinnOne of the most iconic buildings in Asian (one of the ugliest too??) with a great view over the lake from the room. A lot of options for foodies and the food quality was high. Service was good even before the holiday. However, if you are looking for a relaxing and zen holiday, this would not be ideal. The lobby is always packed; it looks like a train station. The interior design of the room... I am not capable of appreciating it (yet). Love the in-room steam shower very much.

KKekekekekekekunFantastic! The staff were so warm and welcoming, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend the Kyoto Restaurant's double dinner set; it's incredibly good value for money. To be able to have such an amazing meal in Macau for around 100 [currency, assuming MOP or HKD based on context] is unbeatable. I'll definitely be back!

AAnonymous UserThe location is excellent, right across from Grand Lisboa, just a 2-minute walk. I stayed on the 11th floor; the room was very clean and tidy, with no strange smells. The bathroom was well-equipped with soap, a shower cap, and lotion. The bed was comfortable. There was only one UK-style power outlet near the dressing table, and the one by the bed was a USB charging port. The soundproofing could be a bit better. It's super close to the 21A/26A bus stop and the famous Lao Day Beef Offal, and Senado Square is also very nearby. Overall, it's great.

The soundproofing was also good, so it was very quiet in the evening. The shower pressure in the bathroom was strong, and the hot water came quickly, washing away all my fatigue.

However, as a convenient and high-value base, especially for tourists planning to frequently explore, the Presidential Hotel remains a practical choice.
