"This hotel is still in its trial operation, and the front desk service was a bit chaotic with insufficient staff, leading to slow work efficiency. I tried to check in after 4 PM, but there was no room available. The deposit was MOP 2,000, and I was told it would be refunded within 14 days upon checkout. Although it was refunded the following evening, it's the first time in Macau I've encountered a hotel that doesn't refund the deposit on the same day. The hotel's decor is luxurious, but the smell of new renovations hasn't dissipated. The design is quite winding and has too many mirrors, making it easy to get lost. The room was spacious and clean enough, but lacked attention to detail. Going to the restroom or living room required constantly going up and down stairs, which would be difficult for elderly guests. There's only a panda pavilion nearby, but the coffee shop downstairs has good food and drinks. The hotel doesn't offer a free shuttle service, so you have to take the light rail or public bus. Overall, there's room for improvement."

"This hotel is amazing, I'm super satisfied! It's so convenient for concerts, just cross the road and you're at the Galaxy. Getting a taxi or car is easy too! Most importantly, the room was very clean and comfortable. The TV was a bit small, but I don't really watch it anyway, so no big deal. The service was also great; the front desk staff were all very polite and dedicated! I'll definitely stay here again next time!!! And Lay's concert was the absolute best! 👍👍👍"

"What a gem! This was I think our 5th stay here and we've already booked our next stay soon! That's how amazing it is here in Artyzen. We just adore this resort and the staff are always hospitable and kind. They remember us by our first names. What a nice touch. We enjoyed our suite, pool, gym, kidsco, breakfast and eating by the pool. Thank you to Mr. Will, Jennifer, Maricris, Yang, the bell man who always help and assist us (sorry I forgot his name) and of course Mr. Patrick for always taking care of us and making sure we have an unforgettable stay as always. "I've stayed at this hotel a few times, and it always feels cozy. There are quite a few rooms available, and the transportation is pretty convenient, with a Sands shuttle bus nearby. It's a great option for families, couples, or business travelers. Especially the sea view rooms – you can relax and enjoy the ocean view. A really good choice!"
