"The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, but public transportation is quite convenient. The room itself had several shortcomings in terms of both hardware and service: the space was small, the bed size was narrow, and there was no electric kettle provided. The central air conditioning had poor cooling performance, and staff would even turn off the AC without permission. Housekeeping was passive; they wouldn't clean the room unless explicitly asked, and didn't proactively inform guests about their cleaning policy. Breakfast was the same every single day with no variety. Disposable slippers were not provided at all during my stay. For drinking water, I only received two 330ml bottles on the first day of check-in, with no replenishment for subsequent nights. Overall, the stay was just average."

"A Week in Barcelona — Staying at Hotel Serhs Del Port (Early February) Spending a week in Barcelona in early February felt relaxed and unhurried, and staying at Hotel Serhs Del Port played a big part in that. Overall, it was a comfortable base with a few details that really stood out—both good and not so good. I was very lucky with my room placement. My room faced the patio, which meant it stayed wonderfully quiet. The window didn’t look out onto the main street or neighboring buildings, and that made a big difference—especially at night. After long days out in the city, coming back to that calm felt like a small luxury. The breakfast was another highlight. The selection was good and varied, with both cold and warm dishes, pastries, and a fresh orange juice extractor that felt especially fitting for Spain. It was easy to start the day well-fed without needing to think too much about it. I also really appreciated the coworking space. It was pleasant and functional, and I found myself using it often. Having a comfortable place to sit and work without retreating to the room made the stay feel more balanced and productive. The staff, both at the front desk and in the restaurant, were consistently friendly and helpful. Interactions felt natural and unforced, which always makes a hotel feel more welcoming. Location-wise, the hotel was very convenient. La Rambla was only about a 4–5 minute walk away, close enough to be easily accessible but far enough to avoid the constant noise. The surrounding area was lively in a good way, filled with restaurants, bars, and supermarkets, making daily life simple and flexible. That said, there was one downside that was hard to ignore: the walls were thin. I could clearly hear the snoring/ coughing of the gentleman in the neighboring room, which definitely broke the illusion of privacy on some nights. All in all, Hotel Serhs Del Port offered a comfortable, well-located stay with thoughtful touches and friendly service. A quieter room placement made a big difference—but thinner walls are something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper."

"The hotel's location is excellent, situated in a safe area of Barcelona and within walking distance of major attractions. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and accommodating; we arrived early in the morning and they had a room ready for us, allowing us to rest immediately after our flight. The hotel breakfast is a real highlight, offering a great mix of à la carte and buffet options. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Barcelona."

"The room was super spacious and well-designed. The shower had great water pressure, and there was a complimentary kettle and water available. However, after we put up the 'please clean' sign, the cleaning staff entered our room and used the hotel's bottled water, but didn't actually clean the room or refill the tissues. They even swapped our 'please clean' sign for a 'do not disturb' sign, which made it feel like they were cutting corners."

"First time in Barcelona and I stayed at the Royal Passeig de Gràcia. The front desk staff were very welcoming during check-in. The room was really comfortable, clean, and tidy, with floor-to-ceiling windows. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could see the very top of Sagrada Familia from my room – amazing! The hotel is right in the city center, making shopping incredibly convenient. Casa Milà is just 50 meters to the right when you exit the hotel, and Casa Batlló is about 450 meters to the left, across the street. If you turn left at the first intersection and keep walking for about 20 minutes, you'll reach Sagrada Familia. Plaza Catalunya is also very close... it's just so convenient! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Barcelona."

"Overall, I was a bit disappointed with this hotel. For a four-star establishment, I expected more. Some areas of the hotel seem a bit dated, giving it the impression of a package tour hotel rather than a modern city hotel. The pool area is decent, but nothing special. The artificial turf doesn't look particularly high-quality, and the pool's atmosphere didn't win me over. Guests often sit in the water with cocktails, which doesn't exactly contribute to a relaxed ambiance. The lobby and lounge also feel rather cold and uninviting. While there is a bar, it unfortunately lacks a genuine bar atmosphere or coziness. I believe there's significant room for improvement here. The room itself was tidy, but the refrigerator could be a bit larger. It would be practical if it could accommodate ice or larger drinks. On the positive side, I'd like to highlight the beds – they were really comfortable and ensured a good night's sleep. One point that particularly bothered me: the hotel descriptions barely mention that it's located directly next to a highway or a highway exit. Vehicles pass practically right by the hotel. This is less noticeable on weekends, but during the week, the traffic is clearly audible. I found the traffic noise particularly disturbing when having breakfast outdoors. Ultimately, I made the best of my stay and had a pleasant time. Nevertheless, I wouldn't classify this hotel as a particularly high-quality four-star establishment, and I would likely choose a different accommodation for my next visit to Barcelona. Overall, it was a solid, but rather average experience."
