A beautiful suite complex. Family, mental atmosphere. Perfectly clean, everything clean and comfortable. Any request is pleasantly recalled. Apartments are fully equipped with everything necessary. Feel like home! Very recommended for families! We're happy to return again! The staff is wonderful, kind, responsive, in two weeks of residence became us as native. Having arrived at st Regis Goa our expectations were high and we were truly looking forward to spending Chinese new year eve. On arrival everything seemed a bit chaotic in the lobby and then I soon found out that they were expecting a wedding and the next day was fully booked because of that. As we got through the day I noticed that the staff were all paying attention mostly to the wedding preparations and not the in house guests. From this hotel I expected a better service to be honest and even the so called special butler assigned to us was responding with delays of almost an hour which is not nice for such a so called high standard hotel. Nonetheless we enjoyed our stay but decided against having dinner at the property because even though I mentioned it is Chinese new year no special do up was done for us so even though I did not expect given that we were in India and they don’t celebrate obviously but since I did mention at check in this would have brought out Regis standards in a big way as they are known for worldwide but no special thing was organized for us. The shower drainage was blocked and I had to unplug the cover just to let the water drain out. This should be checked before guests arrive. Even the towels had this strange odour which only means it was not laundered properly. Otherwise the property is great but they should improve for the standard they portray and the rates they charge. Also another point to note is that while booking through trip.com I booked a better level room and after I paid it was immediately cancelled and refund was provided but strangely when I tried to re-book the price had gone up significantly and this is not a nice thing to do to guests. Now I’m not sure if this was the booking app failure or failure on part of the hotel but notable to mention nonetheless. So I opted for the normal lagoon room instead because I felt cheated and didn’t want to pay more for something that was clearly indicated. Pool was fantastic and room was decent but big mosquito problem on the property. We actually stayed next door the previous night at holiday inn and didn’t notice mosquitos as much as here so beware and get enough repellant. The carpet in the room also needs to be deep cleaned as it was literally black with dirt. Even spider web in the room. Shocking for a Regis hotel. Hats of to the garden cleaning ladies who do a fabulous job and the valet and entrance staff and the guy who gave us a nice welcome and welcome drink. Breakfast was fantastic so speaks volumes of the chefs and staff behind the scenes. Highlight of the hotel no doubt. Best one so far in India!

Good location, bit dated but we'll maintained. Breakfast spread was good but kept repeating, in room service was good specially for the baby twins we had with us.

Great hotel. Big, convenient room in which everything is thought up to small things and very much liked. Modern stylish interior, huge bathroom. Excellent big bed, soft furniture in the room and on the veranda. Enjoyed every moment of stay. Relatiently compact, very beautiful and well-designed area of the hotel. Delicious breakfast on the menu in the restaurant. Beautiful interiors of the restaurant and resepchen. Some restaurants, beautiful pools with comfortable lying. Beautiful, polite staff. We were settled three hours earlier, we are grateful to the hotel. The only one, was booked a room with two beds, provided a room with one. Given the size of the bed, it wasn't a big problem, just took an extra blanket, but it was a little unpleasant at first. I would be happy to return to this hotel.

This resort has the potential to be good as it looks well, has a decent pool area and the rooms are well proportioned. There is just something missing in the fine detail of running a resort. Breakfast was decent but we found dinners disappointing, particularly the risotto which was delivered cold and then seemingly microwaved when we pointed this out. We attended a Sao Joao pool celebration which was a bit disappointing, it supposedly started at 12.30 but decorations were still going up at 1pm. Most disappointing was when we arrived very early due to a night train arriving four hours early but we’re not offered as much as a glass of water and when we asked if our bags could be stored whilst we purchased breakfast we were told no and just to eat poolside. Saying that most other staff we dealt with were friendly.

We were at the hotel with a large group for a week. This is the worst Radisson I've ever stayed at. There is nothing to do at breakfast, it is better not to take it. In principle, there are no questions about the number. The area is small, the pool is very small. To get to the beach you have to go through the Novotel, about 600 meters. The beach is of course excellent, just be careful in the sheks, we were cheated on the far right, we need to check and immediately negotiate the cost of seafood.

An absolutely delightful stay. I highly recommend this place to everyone and especially those looking to relax and unwind by the beach. Not ***y places in India are like this. The facilities and staff are all top notch. Very professional and polite. They took care of all our needs without hesitation. There's a nice garden to walk at night, with direct access to beach and security guards on both exits. The resort had very ample variety of food, with different restaurants to choose from. Though perhaps a bit overpriced compared to equally good restaurants nearby. Overall, I wished we had stayed a little longer but already had flights booked. Definitely will come back when I'm back in Goa.

This is a proper 5 star property. They know how to treat their guests. They decorated the room, and arranged a surprise, everything was special. There was a small blunder, but they made up for it, and sorted everything out, a perfect 5 star experience. Also the attached beach by the hotel… is a different sensory experience to wake up to. Начну в хорошего: Отель расположен на первой линии, выходишь сразу на пляж. Если взять номер с видом на море, то очень красиво Завтраки нормальные, голодным не останешься( кофе только растворимый, если это важно кому). Хороший бассейн. Минусы: Номера грязноватые и портепаны, пыль плохо протирают, кондиционер оказался очень шумным, спасали только беруши. За 4 дня убил в туалете 4 таракана, пятый сбежал Вокруг отеля живут бедняки( наверное они же рыбаки, которые живут по соседству)в домах из г-на и палок. Персонал какой-то не приветственный. В первый день бассейн был закрыт на профилактику.

Hello! Russian staff does not say, early settlement for extra fee is impossible. Staff slow, room fund is very old and dry. Unfortunately, the photos on the website correspond to hotel rooms. The hotel is completely vegetarian, the only thing that pleases is the closest location to the beach from all the hotels nearby. I'm not sure if I'll go to this hotel again and not advise friends any more.
