"A fabulous hotel. We stayed in a room with a balcony which was a nice size, very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was wonderful with a lot of choice. Staff were happy and want to help you. They gave us some ideas for different types of restaurants, one that we went to was a pizza restaurant, it was the best pizza I have ever eaten! The hotel is centrally located to the port and the beaches, right in the middle of the roads to take you to the shops. It is quiet with a large car park (payable) and a garden type piazza. There is a fabulous bakery/cafe attached to the building. I would definitely stay again. Do check your rooms though as this is a converted hotel from a very old building so each room is slightly different in shape and size."

"the service was amazing. The staff went out of their way to help us when we couldn't get to the hotel due to the street blocks all over the city. However, the hotel itself is somewhat worn and tiring. The bed feels cheap. The location is great and right by the beach though."

"The room was clean and comfortable, daily needs were provided, and the living room and bedroom had an air conditioner, which was great. Check in and check out are very convenient. The location of the hotel is very good, turn right is a vegetable and fruit shop, very fresh and cheap, there is a small restaurant to enjoy coffee and breakfast in the alley. The hotel turns left and goes out the alley left. It is a bar on the left and a restaurant on the right."

"Disappointing Experience 🫣 I had a rather unpleasant stay at *Appartamenti Rosa Dei Venti* in Trapani. First of all, the parking situation is very misleading. It's advertised as “free parking near the property,” but in reality, you’ll be given a business card upon arrival with the name of a parking lot located 3 km away in an industrial area beyond the port. They do offer a free shuttle to and from the parking lot, but be prepared to wait. Even if you prearrange your pick-up time, you'll likely have to call and ask “Where are you?” when the time comes. As for the apartment itself — unfortunately, it was far from cozy. The building hardly gets any sunlight, so the space feels dark and chilly. I was freezing at night under a very thin blanket. The bathroom window opens into the shared stairwell, so you can hear people coming in and out, and even sounds from neighboring bathrooms — not exactly pleasant. The location is central, but that also means a lot of street noise. There’s a café just below the windows. I was lucky it was a weekday and they closed around 11 PM — but not without the clatter of dumpsters and shutters being slammed. Conversations from people downstairs are easily heard inside the room. To be fair, the apartment was clean, which is probably the only positive I can mention. In summary, if you're staying in Trapani for just a day or two, I’d recommend booking a hotel instead — something more welcoming and better managed. And unless you're traveling without a car and plan to spend all your time in the city center, this place may not be the best option. For me, it was an overall disappointing experience."

"Must give bad reviews, the front desk staff attitude is bad, obviously I set a breakfast sea view room, actually told that there is no breakfast, give me the room is a corner facing the corner, very very poor experience."
