Open kitchen with all NEW stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. There are two full-size refrigerators. One in the kitchen and one located in the ground floor pool room.The dining area seats 14. The kitchen has all of the small appliances, pots and pans, and serving utensils that you will need for a week of vacationing. Just off the dining area is a large game room with a slate top pool table and the kids favorite, air hockey table. Down the hall from the living area is the master bedroom with King size bed. Second floor has a laundry room with washer and dryer.Just off the living area is the second floor bath with a walk-in shower and jetted tub.Step out side on the 10 x 40 foot porch with gas grill and rocking chairs.You can sit on the front porch and watch the ocean and listen the waves crashing.There’s a private heated inground pool 14 x 36 .(There is a fee for heating the pool.)Commercial park style charcoal grill, picnic table, and plenty of lounge chairs and seating for your party.Just open the door from the pool and you are greeted with a entertaining area, with a large sectional sofa, and a 71 inch flat-screen TV. The home has a NEW washer and dryer on the second level just off the living area.
