Close to the station. The air conditioning was nice and cool. There are no laundry facilities at the hotel. Breakfast is available at the counter for 13.5 euros per person. The service attitude was good. They only provide one small bottle of 3-in-1 shower gel.

It was an unpleasant experience. Long story short: the hotel was overbooked and we (including a tiring pregnant lady!) were asked to stay in another one 7 km away, SE-side of Berlin, away from city center, in a relatively bad neighborhood. The clear reason of overbooking is unknown, but this happened to many customers, not just us. It either indicates the hotel is too greedy to deliberately cancel the early orders booked with lower prices (probably us), or that they have a poor management. Either way, it’s frustrating.

У меня был отдельный номер на 5 этаже, справа и слева не было других номеров, так что ночью было прекрасно тихо :) когда кто-то проходил по коридору- было слышно, стены не очень толстые. Горячая вода была всегда, напор отличный. Вай-фай ловил прекрасно. В номере было довольно прохладно, одна из батарей не работала, я выкрутила на максимум остальные батареи - стало теплее. Гель для душа и мыло хорошие. То, чего мне не хватало - чайник в номере. Но на ресепшен можно просить налить горячей воды. Через дорогу большой продуктовый магазин REWE. Также в 3-5 мин ходьбы 2 разные станции метро. Пешком можно дойти до основных достопримечательностей (20-40 мин). Однозначно рекомендую этот отель.

An excellent hotel for the price. If you plan to explore the area on foot, this is the ideal choice. It is close to the train station, conveniently located, and features nice rooms. For Europe, the price is very affordable. You can book with confidence—I highly recommend it for a comfortable stay. You just need to go by walk. A lot of great places you can see just go walk around the hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment. The space is impressively large, impeccably clean, and comes fully equipped with everything you could possibly need — from a well-stocked kitchen to comfortable, thoughtfully arranged living areas. Nothing felt missing or improvised; you could tell great care went into making it a complete and functional home. The location is simply unbeatable. Centrally situated yet tucked away in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood, you get the best of both worlds: easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport, without any of the noise or chaos you’d expect from a central address. We traveled with our young children and it was an ideal setup for a family. The apartment offers plenty of room for kids to move around safely, and the calm surroundings meant peaceful evenings and restful nights — something every parent traveling with little ones will truly appreciate. Whether you’re visiting as a couple, a group of friends, or a family with small children, this apartment ticks every single box. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, well-located, and comfortable stay. A true 5-star experience from start to finish.

Don’t know why they gave me a room for wheelchair user which I obviously am not and therefore the facilities are not ergonomic for me at all. Hotel staff called me after 10pm on my first night to ask me to go downstairs to sign a document is bizarre as it was already my bedtime. The hair dryer in the bathroom is completely useless. Breakfast has limited selection and the same food is served every morning.

I had a really nice stay! The hotel looks a bit dated but is still comfortable. The staff is friendly and the breakfast while simple, had a lot of choices. The window was open in my room when I checked in, so while the air in the room was fresh, it was cold since it was an evening in February. I had to turn on the radiator in the bathroom to try to warm up the room. The location is convenient, next to the u-bahn, multiple grocery stores and the huxley neue welt. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this area if you’re a tourist as it has a bad reputation and isn’t near any touristic attractions but if like me you have plans there then definitely book a room at this hotel. I know I’ll be back if I need to go to a concert there again.

The building is new, so the quality and cleanliness of the facilities are high. It is located in a residential area far from the city center. It is next to the railroad tracks, so you have to consider the noise. However, the unfriendly service, not the building problem, remains as a bad memory. I clearly paid in advance, but they stopped me because I tried to pay on site. The accommodation platform said that they did not confirm the payment. Fortunately, I printed out the payment receipt, and only then did they let me check in when I showed them the receipt. The problem is that they didn't even apologize. Well, that can happen. I understand that there can be mistakes. I paid for breakfast for 4 days during my 4-night stay. However, I never passed the breakfast restaurant properly. My room number was always missing. I solved it by talking about the missing room number at the reception the first day, but the same thing happened the next day. No, I paid for breakfast so proudly, but do I have to explain my situation at the reception every time? In the end, I was rejected at the restaurant on the last day because my room number was missing. I gave up on explaining. From check-in to check-out, I had to explain myself in this hotel to get the rights I paid for. I had to leave in a depressed mood from the morning. I don't want to go there again. If you don't expect service, then go.

very happy with the room, room is big and spacious with aircon, fridge, and water heater. staff was very friendly as well. location’s good. will stay again if i were to visit berlin

Very good location, with convenient transport accessibility to any part of the city. All the joys of Kreuzberg are nearby. The room is very clean, cleaning on request, check-in and check-out is possible independently. We were kindly allowed to leave our bags on the last day of our stay in Berlin. We liked everything!
